It was quiet. Good bed. Cabins are surrounded by native plants.
We only got a message after booking from the host that there were a lot of steps. Some of them were broken and slippery. I would only recommend the Cabin for those who are in good shape.
There was no breakfast.
The place is overpriced compared to most places we stayed in Patagonia.

Extremely cosy accommodation in a small woodland right beside the town of Chaiten. We extended our stay here due to the comfort of the cabin and the hospitality of the owner Ignacio. Excellent stay!

Our cabana was exceptional!! Clean and cute, close to everything, super comforatable bed. Roxanna the hostess is charming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. If you go to Puyuahaipi stay here!!! You won't regret it!!
No Complaints.

Loved the feeling of staying in a forest. The cabañas are well maintained.
Wood for fire provided.
Clean and cozy.
Adequately equipped kitchen
Bedroom was quite tight - this would be ok if they could put up more hooks/places to hang things. Especially in the bathroom. We didn’t have anywhere to hang towels.

We loved our cute little cabin in the woods with a fern lined path to get to it.
When it rained one day Ijnatio left us wood and we soon had a cosy fire going.

Nothing about this place was acceptable.
The owner was rude and has issues with foreigners. Terrible location. No services at all. Lots of steps that you had to carry your bags up.

Absolutely loved the whole vibe of the place. Beautiful wooden walkways surrounded by the natural forest to get to each cabin. You're in town, so you can walk everywhere, but feels like you're out of the way. Super comfy bed too! It was absolutely perfect for 2 people. Ignacio is an excellent host/owner-operator and as an added bonus for us, spoke English
There was nothing really. Not an issue for us, but this definitely isn't a wheelchair accessible property.

high quality chic cabins in a lovely quiet wooded setting. you will need to walk on safe and comfortable elevated wooden steps to get to your cabin from your car. the views from the windows are beautiful and the bedding and towels are luxurious. it is quite tiny but a notch or two above your regular Chile cabin. note that the property is hidden in the forrest. upon arrival on the meadow look to your left to park. on the right there are a few other cabins. you will need to WhatsApp the owner and someone will come immediately to check you in. We were welcomed by Elizabeth, a Britt living here for a long time. she was extremely helpful in giving us any and all tips on food, (the pizza place around the corner is really fantastic) easy treks and even options further down our trip.

Tranquil location
Arrived very late due to the ferry being delayed. A fire welcomed us and it was a welcome sight. Very thoughtful.
Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
Friendly staff.
Beautiful cabin.

The owner was very welcoming and helpful, and made our stay very comfortable. The bed and shower are very good, and the wood burner is very efficient. The location is wonderful, with small path leading to your individual cabin.

Comfortable cabaña, secluded but very close to the town. Ignacio is a great host, ready to help, cordial and with great attention to details.
All was great.

We had a great time. The cabins are well located next to the town, and still give the impression to be lost in the forest. Very comfortable beds, everything was extremely clean. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. I absolutely recommend to stay there!

The cosy cabaña was the perfect place to stay in between our hikes in the neighborhood. The host was amazing! He helped us sorting out our tickets for the boat, gave us some great tips about the area and no question was to much. O would highly recommend going to this place!
