What we love about this condo
-Steps from the Nooksack River and trails
-Wood burning fireplace
-Corner unit
-Quite and private

Nice location - you can hear the river and walk the trails from right outside the door. Property was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location. Awesome end unit location. Quiet. Relaxing. We took advantage to walk to Chair 9 while enjoying the stars. Highly recommend for a couples get away.

A very compact and cozy apartment in the perfect location for hiking some amazing mountain trails.

This was the perfect location for a winter trip. We were snowboarding at Mt. Baker and it was the closest lodging to the mountain! The community hot tub was nice to use as well as the wood burning fire in the unit.

Beautiful location but a worn out condo
The condo is old and worn out but the facilities of the complex seemed great for families. It’s outside a very small town, heavily forest, near Mt. Baker.

Cozy little condo
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Snowater, the grounds are beautiful right next to the river, and proximity to beautiful Mt. Baker is perfect. The condo itself is small but has everything. The kitchen is a little weathered and decor a bit tired, but the view of greenery from the living room window is lovely.

Beautiful cabin in winter wonderland
We had a wonderful stay at the Snowater Nook. The cabin is beautiful and perfect for a couple. The cabin was very clean and tidy, and the woods surrounding the area were beautiful to walk around. We stayed here to enjoy skiing up at Mt. Baker, and the location was perfect.

just right
We needed a comfortable place, home base, for day hikes. This is a great location, and the resort is beautifully situated on the river. If you come with children, you will appreciate the play areas. This place was a great value.

Tired Property
We have stayed in Snow Water before in nicer units than this one. Toilet leaked. Very minimal silverware and dishes and glasses. For example, two table knives, two wine glasses. Dishwasher had a missing wheel in the lower tray which interfered with opening and closing the dishwasher. Ran out of hand soap in the bathroom sink. No pillow cases for the extra pillows in the closet. Cobwebs around the front door.

We did not enjoy our stay at Luxury Getaways. We were at Snowater condo 307.
1) Did not enjoy seeing the mouse trap on the floor in the living room
2) Furthermore, did not like seeing the mouse running around the living room
3) Looked under the mattress on the corner and saw a dried blood stain on the spring frame cover
4) Relaxed on the leather couch using the couch pillows. Withing minutes started scratching my skin and head scalp. My partner complained about the same with the other couch pillow.
5) Of the 2 coffee mugs, one was chipped pretty noticeably
6) I can't recommend anyone else staying in that condo, unless they don't mind the distractions.
7) Bed mattress was comfortable

Basic but good
Really enjoyed our stay. Great location with a good energy & we really enjoyed our surroundings. (Nature -river, Forrest, remoteness, etc) It was close to the Ski hill which is what we wanted. The 4 star out of 5 was because of a bunch of little things. TV remote didnt have batteries in it, new shower curtain, towel holders that work, older appliance, suite could use a good cleaning & freshening up. Still worth the stay.

Clean tidy place with some quirks
Overall a good experience, took some getting used to moving around in such a tiny kitchen, but there were ample kitchen utensils and the setup was nice. This place is friendly for people who go to and from the mountain with its nice entrance/ mud room, drying area and plenty of heaters. One big drawback though, I received not one, not two, but three major splinters while I was there from the different wood products around the house. One big one under the fingernail from the door jam where the door lock hits the wood when it closes, one in my foot from the rustic wood coffee table and one (unrelated to property) from the fireplace wood. The bathroom is super tiny and the door has been removed for reasons unknown. It has also been painted a weird green color which made my skin look yellow under the refracted light. Overall we had a great experience, signed the book and enjoyed our stay. Missing the fifth star for the reasons above, but I would be happy to stay again. Great place, very quiet and close to the river with an easy commute to the ski area. Also, the access to Netflix and Hulu was a great touch and was much appreciated, as the typical stash of board games and puzzles is pretty sparse at this property.

Amazing!
My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this condo for her birthday and all I can say is that it is absolutely worth the price tag, if not cheap for what you get out of it. The condo itself is very cozy and inviting, lovely layout and very clean. The surrounding area is stunning, it is quit literally right next to a river and hiking trails!
I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Decent place, but major items broken.
We enjoyed the place, the location to Mt. Baker, but there were 2 major issues that are not communicated with Unit 307. The first is that the 2 major electrical heaters in the living room did not work. This made us go back into town to buy firewood. I wouldn't have a problem with this if I knew about it before I got there. It would have also been nice to have more that 3 logs to burn for a 3 night stay. The second was that the washing machine was broken. We didn't have to do laundry, but as I stated before, it would have been nice to know about beforehand. They ask in the closeout instructions to start a load of laundry for the sheets and towels and we couldn't do this. Otherwise, it was good for where you are in Washington.

Was a perfect couples getaway!
