About this apartment rental
Adagio is a gated property. This condo is located in the center of the D building in front of the 8,000 square foot pool. This location means no elevators or stairs. You have beautiful views of the pool fountain from your patio and living area. The pool includes three tiers with waterfalls. This unit was professionally decorated and remodeled in 2012. All new furnishings and new TV's in every bedroom plus den area. The unit is just steps away from the beach and a gulf side 1700 square foot heated infinity edge pool. This pool overlooks the blue green water of the Emerald Coast. There is a large whirlpool spa overlooking the main pool. The European cobblestone pool decking includes sun and shaded areas with lounge chairs and dining tables. There is a fitness center that overlooks the pool.

This condo is perfect and had everything we needed. Adagio is a beautiful place to stay with multiple pools, ocean/beach as well as a bike/walking path right out front. The owner, Sandy, shared information and recommendations about the area prior to our trip which was so helpful. We also enjoyed visiting the surrounding towns along 30A!! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The condo itself was amazing, extremely large and extremely clean. We were allowed to check in early since no one was in the condo the day before. Communication was great and the amenities in the condo and adagio itself were all great! Would definitely book this one again in the future!

This condo is immaculate and very well equipped with everything you would need for a great vacation. The unit is very convenient on the ground floor to all the amenities and has a great view of the fountain and resort style pool. We have stayed in many units over the years in the 30A area and this was one of our favorite. The Adagio complex exceeded our expectations and we especially enjoyed the heated beach front pool. Great communication from the hosts and would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a luxury rental.

Great Unit a Short Walk to the Beach
This unit had everything my family of four needed. We were steps to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The sheets and mattress in the master are about due for an upgrade, but other than that everything about our stay was perfect..

Excellent Stay!
Host was amazing and communicate so quickly! Condo was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was in the kitchen! Excellent location on the bottom near pool and short walk to beach. Beds were comfortable. We stayed with our three kids and had a wonderful time eating on the patio every day for lunch. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this unit. Great vacation!

It made our stay as a family of 6 so much easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the nice soaps, complimentary beach chairs we could carry out to the beach each day, and the comfortable furniture. The decor was very well done. The owners were wonderful to communicate with, and very reliable. We were very pleased -- loved the location by the pool with a short walk to the beach! Great ground floor for a family with kids! Absolutely on complaints!! It was spotless upon our arrival. Don't think you could find a better condo in the area. This was our second time to use this condo and would recommend it to anyone. Being on the ground floor is a real plus. We would rent again.

This is a beautiful, comfortable condo at one of the most perfect beaches in the US. So many great places to visit and eat. Adagio D-103 is an amazing place! We just got back from 7 nights there, and we'll definitely be back. We've stayed in several ground-floor Adagio units, including one of the building B units (facing the beach), and we'll pick D103 every time now. The furnishings are way nicer than any place we've ever stayed, as opposed to so many that seem to be furnished with old stuff the owner didn't want in their house anymore. This one is decked out, right down to the artwork. In fact, there's a LOT of great artwork in there, which really puts the icing on the cake.
Sandy took great care of us the whole time, too. We had an issue pop up with the lights in one bedroom, and she had someone there within a couple hours after I sent the email; he took care of it quickly, and we never even had to leave the beach!
The utensils and kitchen appliances are above and beyond also - super nice cookware, every utensil known to man, and nothing old or broken. Even the ice machine worked great. And speaking of the furnishings not being rejects from home... all the TVs are HUGE flat screens, obviously not rejected from anywhere!
It was all super clean, and nothing but top-level across the board. Thanks for the great hospitality, Sandy - we'll be back ASAP!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this exact condo. This unit is by far one of the best at Adaigo. The ground floor is convenient and is equipped with just about everything. Also, one of the cleanest condos you will find anywhere. One thing that makes D103 special is the owners, Ben and Sandy. They are the best owners and their communication is to be commended. We love this unit!

We loved Adagio D103!
We loved our Fall Break in D 103. It was decorated beautifully and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. My girls loved having 2 double beds in the 3rd bedroom instead of twins. This unit was also very clean! I've stayed in several units and this is my favorite. Adagio is in a great location on 30a.

Best beach vacation !
This complex is my favorite get away on 30 a. This unit is by far the best one we have stayed at. Calling it a unit is unfair. It is more of a home, and that is how we feel when we stay at Ben & Sandy's place.

Our beach stay
We really enjoyed your condo. We will probably be renting from you again next year but we want the week of July 14 through 21. Every thing in the condo was wonderful. The only problem was there went enough wash rags and hand towels. We had on hand towel and two wash rags in the master. The other 2 bathrooms had 2 of each. Other than that the condo was well stocked and we loved having the ice maker. Please send me the rates for next year. Thank you so much!

Phenomenal, Awesome, Spectacular
This unit was the nicest and best maintained we have stayed in. The condo is decorated beautifully. The furnishings are first class. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amagio D-103. I would recommend this condo for a wonderful place to stay. I can never imagine staying anywhere else. My family told me that this one will be hard for me to top.

D-103 is Amazing
D-103 was the most equipped condo out of the 5 units that we have stayed in at Adaigo. The owners were also the best communicators by far of any condo we have rented. It was equipped with nice linens, towels, etc., and even had hand soap at every sink. The beds were so comfy. The washing machine and dryer were large and not the small ones you find in many condos. We will definitely be back to this unit.

Beautiful beach get away!
We had such a wonderful time! The condo is beautifully decorated and is so comfortable. Location is fantastic and the views are amazing. We had everything that we needed, and if we had any questions Ben and Sandy were just a call away. The Adagio is amazing, especially the heated pool overlooking the ocean. I look forward to our family coming back here again.

Six adults, one seven year old, and two year old and seven days!
Our family loved every moment of our time at Adagio. Rental 440356 was just what we needed. Everything was just what we were looking for. The entire place is just what the pictures depict.
We have vacationed at Adagio several times. The accommodations for 2016 were by far the best. We have already started filling our piggy banks for next year!

Absolute Perfection
I can't say anything but great things about this condo. My family of 5 (3 girls 12, 5, 2), spent a lovely week with some close friends at the Adagio and LOVED this condo! It's beautifully decorated, very clean, and well stocked with anything you may need. The ground level location was perfect for us because it was easy access to the pools with the kiddos after dinner. The walk to the beach was short and easy, even though we had to take a few trips with all the kiddos gear. Ben and Sandy were great to rent from, great communication and very nice to work with. We will return to Adagio D-103 soon. We highly recommend renting from these folks!!

Spring Perfection
This is an incredible condo! Honestly, one of the cleanest that we have ever stayed in. Ben and Sandy are wonderful to rent from. They are very responsive, and have thought of every detail so your stay is wonderful. We had everything we needed from kitchen ware to beach chairs. This is definitely our new favorite condo at the Adagio. Thank you again, Ben and Sandy, for a wonderful week. Can't wait to go back next year!
