When the kids are grown, this is the vacation they’ll remember! Our 3BR/2.5BA Okoboji cabin has lots of games and a BBQ-ready outdoor space. Make yourself at home!
Along with the cabin's many amenities, you'll be treated to extras at Bridges Bay Resort in Okoboji. With your reservation, receive six complimentary passes to the indoor/outdoor water park, three pools (both indoors and out) and several restaurants.

ABOUT OUR CABIN
With three roomy bedrooms, the home is great for a large family getaways. Claim the main floor master bedroom for yourself, with a king bed and an en-suite bath with a roomy walk-in shower.
The upstairs 2nd bedroom has a queen-size sleep number bed. The 3rd bedroom is a slumber party favorite, with two twin-over-full bunk beds and large closet (sleeps 6 total). Both guest bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combination.
Kids will love the upstairs game room with a foosball table and another flat-screen smart TV with Nintendo Wii! Four extra guests can sleep on the loft’s daybed with trundle and pull-out couch sleeper.
Our home has tons of upscale touches, but is still family-friendly and kick-your-shoes-off comfy. Curl up in the living room with recliners for a movie night on the flat screen smart TV. The main living space boasts huge windows and cathedral ceilings for an open, airy feel.
The fully-stocked kitchen can easily feed a hungry group, with stainless steel appliances and a spacious island for young sous chefs to help with meal prep. Sit down at the 6-person dining table for a home-cooked meal, then stay for family game night—we provide your pick of games and puzzles.
And our yard provides the setting for a classic Midwestern summer. Gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and tell stories. Firewood will be waiting for you! We also have a grill for BBQs and a bean bag toss game.
Other great amenities include a convenient half bath on the main floor, free Wi-Fi, and a two-car attached garage. You'll always have clean beach towels for the water park and pools, thanks to the washer and dryer.

ABOUT BRIDGES BAY RESORT
Our cabin comes with six complimentary daily passes to the Bridges Bay Resort, which has an indoor water park and pool with swim-up bar. You also have access to several restaurants and two outdoor pools, as well as the zip line, fishing pond, and arcade.
The Okoboji region is rich in year-round activities. The water’s the place to be in summer, with five lakes just minutes apart. Enjoy watersports, swimming, fishing, boating and horseback riding. Great location for us - the waterpark is so close and was great cuz we had 5 little grandchildren. Arnold park is also close. House was very clean and equipped with a full kitchen - we so appreciate this since we ate a lot of meals all together at the house. Lots of little extras for the kids to play with too !!

The house was just as expected. We had our annual family get together and it was the perfect place for it. Map quest has not caught up to the new area yet so make sure to read the notes on how to find it. The water park was a blast for the kids. The house had all the needed space for a family get together. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This house gave us a lot of options for sleeping arrangements! Everything was very nice, neat, and well kept. Ashley was very quick with responding to my questions. The open floor concept on the main level was great for hosting us all and hanging out too. Would definitely book this again!

This is a great space for a family to gather! We had 7 adults and 3 children under 6 years old, so we had to bring an air mattress for one adult, but we were still very comfortable. The property was clean and there were many extra nice touches such as games in the master bedroom closet, a bags game in the garage and a basketball shooting machine as well! The table and chairs on the patio were clean and comfortable and expanded our living space nicely. Also access to the pool and waterparks is great for young and old! We went there to celebrate our 40th Anniversary and we made many great memories together. I would highly recommend this property if you're in the Okoboji area!

Everything about the property was great and conveniently located to all the activities the lakes has to offer. The host was very attentive to any and all questions prior and during our stay. We had no issues whatsoever and slept 10 with family and friends

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and the owner was super easy to communicate with. The upstairs did get rather warm and the water pressure wasn’t the strongest but those aren’t things that would keep us from staying again!

Arnold’s Park, on the edge of water, supplies families with a lot of options outside the cottage. Inside, the cottage had everything we needed from pots and pans to towels. The only issues we had was a few outlets not working, water pressure not bad but not great, and the mattresses in the bunk bed room have definitely done their time. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together with our family and in this wonderful cottage.

The propery is very nice and very well kept! We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids ranging from 15 to 3 years old. Amenities of the Bridges Bay community were great! Pools were very cold as it was very early in the year. Grill could use an upgrade (she's tired). Overall a great property snd community!

Ashley was a great host and the cabin was clean and fully stocked with everything that we needed. Plenty of room for everyone with the main floor and upstairs area. The kids loved the games in the master closet and of course the main attraction, the waterpark. Would definitely recommend!

This property was a perfect way for friends and family to get away from home for a bit. The kitchen was perfect for making a family meal and the kids loved playing with the different options for board and tv games! The available option to go to the water park was a great addition to the adventure! The owners were also very accommodating to a change in schedule due to some impending bad weather. Overall a great stay!

Overall cabin was great for a 10-12 guests, plenty room! Very tight parking in the winter as alot of snow yet on the sides of roads in the cabin division. The cabin might not have been used yet this winter as it was very dusty on all surfaces. I cleaned myself before other guests arrived. Overall would stay in Bridges Bay area again!!

Huge place and perfect for a big family…needs another bathroom and small repairs and little extra like more trash bags, toilet paper and please fix the dishwasher everyone has complained about, etc. also the back patio out to the spa is solid ice and dangerous

Needed a house to hold 7 adults for an ice fishing trip. The fish were not biting but the accommodations helped make up for that. I would recommend and go back anytime.
