The property was in GREAT shape and very convenient for our golf trip. Highly recommend!

Great stay, owner friendly and very helpful. The bedrooms are on the small side, but quite nice. Hot tubs are great after a day of skiing. Kitchen has everything you need. Bus stop is about a 5 min walk in ski boots. Would rent again.

Would stay again.

The cabin has a somewhat disappointing floor plan in that all 3 bedrooms are in the basement with just one bathroom, and the other bathroom is at the living room level. There is also sleeping area in the attic accessible by a wall ladder for the younger folks. This is one half of the cabin with the other half a mirror image of the first.
Also the bedrooms downstairs hear every noise from the upstairs living room and kitchen and appliances such as dishwasher, washer, people waking.
This makes it a bit awkward to share between multiple families who want to split the two bathrooms with their accessories and if different people are on different schedules.
But if you are with a good company, it's still a great place to stay in Vail for skiing in the winter.
Also, the hosts are very approachable and helpful with anything that can be immediately fixed.

Great place to stay. Everything was clean and the location right next to Vail was perfect. Easy to get into and out of town using the bus nearby.

Larkspur cabins were awesome for a large family!

We rented both sides (East and West cabins) and it was perfect for 4 families(total party size was 16). Rooms were comfortable and 3 rooms down stairs with 1 bathroom, and 1 bedroom and bunkbeds in the upstairs loft area where they has to use the main bathroom, which was fine.
Hot tubs were great! Andy and Meg were super sweet and id we needed anything they were available!
We had a great time in the cabins, cooked out, enjoyed the weather and had a great time!
Great location, too! Vail Village is like 5-7 min away. There’s a Safeway and Walmart for groceries!
Great place ! Will stay here again! Thk you Andy and Meg! Our baseball families all loved your cabin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!! Intermountain was a great little cozy duplex and we rented both sides for 3 families. Plenty of beds (very comfortable) for sleeping and space for relaxing.
Owners were on the ball and responded quickly when we left messages.
Convenience to bus stop, we love to park our cars and utilize the bus services vail provides to and from skiing.
When we come back to Vail, I will definitely look to rent Intermountain again.
Alex and Meg thank you for being amazing hosts and sharing your cabin with others!

Short walk to vail shuttle bus, hot tubs outside were lovely. Cozy living area and plenty of beds for sleeping a large group.

Close to bus stop. Beds for 12. 2 full kitchens convenient and close to everything.

This property worked out well for our extended family while visiting for a wedding. Beds were comfortable, property was clean and kitchen was well stocked. While this property has a lot of beds and can handle a large group, one thing to be aware of is that 2 of the queen beds and 4 of the twins (if renting both units) are in a loft and accessible only by a ladder so not suitable for young children (I would say under 6) or seniors. Access to the shuttle is easy and property is just minutes to downtown Vail. All in all it's a great find for a large group!

Very nice property, stayed with multiple families on both sides. Would stay again!

We had a fantastic week long trip to Vail with a group of work colleagues for a training event. The hosts were amazingly welcoming, helpful, and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at the Larkspur east/west cabin. We had a large group of family and friends and it was so nice to all be able to stay in the same location with plenty of parking! Our group found the house to be very comfortable with the main floor being an open kitchen/living room. It was great relaxing in the hot tubs after a hard day of skiing. The proximity to vail was easy and the owners were great. In advance of the trip, Meg was very responsive to our questions and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Lastly, our kids really enjoyed the tvs with roku and easy access to Netflix. We highly recommend staying at the Larkspur cabin!

Beautiful home about 10 min from skiing at vail (free bus, easy to time) and 15 min drive to beaver creek. Lots of parking at cabins.
We rented east and west cabins. Cooked a couple meals and enjoyed hot tubs. Comfy beds and cool loft room.
Andy and Meg were easy to communicate with. Easy check in and check out.
Overall fantastic stay and highly recommend!

What a great set up for couples in Vail! Meg and Andy were beyond kind and helpful during our stay. We had four couples on one side of the property and loved being able to walk to the bus stop (right down the hill!) and check out all of Vail. The leaves were PERFECT and we loved getting the weekend away from Denver!

Perfect for a large group of adults. Plenty of bedrooms and the hot tubs were nice and toasty.
The kitchens are pretty small so you can't have more than 2 people working on dinner.

This cabin was very nice. Very lived in .
Sleeps plenty but lots of steps not good for small children .
Easy access to Vail village and shopping
We enjoyed our stay .

Cabin was perfect for our whole group of 8! Location is great about a 3 minute walk down to the bus stop that runs. Was easy to get in and out each day to ski all weekend. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I live locally in the Vail Valley, and just got married this past weekend. We rented the Larkspur cabins from Andy and Meg for our celebration, and it was absolutely amazing. We were able to fit both of our immediate families in the cabins with us and a couple of our friends. They were very responsive with whatever help we needed, and even brought over a guitar at one point after seeing one of our family members wear a shirt that said "play guitar and pet dogs". They let us have it the whole weekend, and we played it during our family BBQ. Thank you so much! We all loved it.

We appreciated having the duplex for our two families to celebrate a casual mountain wedding. The "youngsters" stayed on one side and the parents and aunt stayed on the other. We combined meals and did a lot of eating outdoors. The outdoor furniture was not in great shape but was adequate. Indoor furniture was very comfortable and mattresses were comfortable.

This property was beneficial because we could hold a larger group. We were able to rent both sides of the property. Andy was very generous in allowing us to host after the wedding!

We rented both sides for our daughters wedding to serve as home base for our family. It was perfect to give us all a little privacy. Snowstorm hit on our first night here and added to the event. The kids loved playing in the snow. Highly recommend!

We rented the side-by-side townhomes while in Vail for a family wedding. The place was clean and modern, beds were comfortable, and the stay was pleasant. It ended up being a great arrangement.

We had a great stay in the cabin for a family reunion. Kitchen is fully stocked and plenty of room for a large gathering. Everyone was able to do what they wanted during the day and then meet back at the cabin for some QT. Would come again!

We rented both sides of the property for our daughter’s wedding where we housed 6 couples. The house was very comfortable, offering good bedrooms, nice living space, hot tubs and pleasant outdoor deck.

We had our family stay here for a wedding week, and it was great! Owners were very helpful.

We rented both sides of the Larkspur Cabin and also the Larkspur Lodge for our daughter's wedding weekend and the combination of both properties worked out great for our large group. The cabin and lodge were both better than advertised and there was more than enough parking which was critical for our group. Andy was very helpful and great to work with throughout. I would highly recommend this VRBO rental to others looking to accommodate a larger group in a nice location in West Vail. It was also one of the most reasonably priced VRBO properties in the Vail Valley and really provides great value for your money.

This was great! It was everything we needed for a large group reuniting for a wedding. It was simple but exactly everything you would need and very well kept. We were so glad we stayed here instead of a hotel. Thank you so much!

I went up to Vail for my bachelorette party with 15 girls, and this place could not have been any better! There was plenty of room, a big back deck for lounging, 2 hot tubs and 2 completely updated kitchens! It was very clean, the kitchens were fully stocked with everything you could need, and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive - I could call them with anything I had questions about and they responded very promptly. We stayed in the first night since the place was so nice, and went into Vail Village the second night since the bus stop was a 2 minute walk from the house! This place would be perfect during any season. I ABSOLUTELY intend on staying here again!
