Great stay in Bellevue!
If you are looking for a great centralized location to visit the Seattle area, this is the place for you. We used it to make day trips to Seattle, hike the mountains, and visit the National Parks in the area. The property is in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and we never felt unsafe, even when arriving home late at night. Check in on the first day was a breeze, and we found the entire property to be very clean. All kitchen appliances and laundry are state of the art, and worked as needed. We never actually met our host Tommy personally, but communication via text messages was almost instantaneous, which was really nice. Tommy even offered up some inside tips on things to do in the area. Downtown Bellevue is less that 15 minutes away and offers lots of shopping and fine dining options. In summary, we really enjoyed our stay here, and highly recommend this property if staying in the Seattle area.

sparkling clean comfortable stay
Amazing unit impeccably maintained with a very helpful and communicative host. We were here over Christmas visiting family in Renton and found the location and stay very enjoyable. We didn't cook but really appreciated the snacks and personal notes left for us. Highly recommend and we hope to stay again.

Exceeded expectations
My wife and I stayed 6 nights while visiting our daughter in Bellevue. Everything was clean, quiet, and comfy. Tommy was also helpful when we needed several items for the kitchen. I'd read the description, seen photos, but still didn't presume this would be quite such a pleasant stay.
Pluses included the enjoyable view out, and a trailhead into a small forested park area, just a few hundred feet up the street. This is a hilly, car-dependent suburban neighborhood without local businesses, so our rental car was a necessity.
We'd definitely look for this one again on a future visit.

Very clean spacious basement apartment
Well appointed basement apartment. Stunning views, full kitchen, easy access to both Seattle and Bellevue. We didn’t rent a car, and it was about a $25 Lyft ride to either Seattle or Bellevue. You can hear the owners upstairs whenever they are home, especially the piano playing. But besides that, it’s comfortable, clean, pretty, and has a lot of great amenities.

*****5-STAR***** Beautiful Place Super AWESOME Owner - We hope to return!
BEAUTIFUL Retreat in a wonderful scenic safe neighborhood with beautiful expansive views of the tree tops as far as the eye could see. Enjoyed the trails along the forestry greenbelts. So quiet and TRANQUIL - we slept well with only the sound of BIRDS in the morning. Super clean, organized and well-designed space and have everything we need. AWESOME owner, one of the most sincere host we have encountered. Enjoyed every moment and we hope to return!

Clean but sparingly furnished.only one wash cloth and towel per person for two weeks. Not a lot of c
Most importantly you go down a lot of steep stairs to get to your place and there is no hand rails. It is below the owners of house. Again owner was nice.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood
The place was very clean, well maintained and affordable. All amenities, kitchen, washer and dryer, free wifi etc was provided. The owner, Tommy, was very nice and courteous. Great location, close to Redmond. Private entrance to the suite is a bonus. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful Retreat
The property and neighborhood were amazing. Although we stayed for a really brief period, Tommy made us feel more than welcome. He even unexpectedly sent restaurant recommendations! There's nothing i love more than a local's food recommendation! Thanks, Tommy for being such a gracious host....hope to see you again!

Perfect setting in a SAFE and SECURE neighborhood
This was the perfect choice to stay and the perfect owner. The pictures do not describe how clean and organized the home was. Both bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room were spotless. The location was perfect as it only took me about 15 minutes to get to downtown Seattle and it was right around the corner from where my son had his basketball camp. The owner was SO POLITE and sincere. He ensured we were comfortable and accommodated. I would recommend this location and owner to ANYONE needing a safe, secure, stay.

Beautiful home in lovely part of Bellevue
Very friendly owner, clean, with a beautiful view. It has a steep descent with stairs, not a problem for us but might be for anyone with disabilities. Second bedroom has no windows so it is not ideal, not well ventilated. For 1 or 2 people using master bedroom it’s great!! We were pleased, found it a refreshing place to stay.

Beautiful home. Peaceful and ROMANTIC!
Awesome. SIX STAR. Super clean, quiet and resort like. The description and pictures of the space do not come close to reality. Reality far exceeds your expectations. The space is very well designed, stylish and more spacious than the pictures show and as a bonus, offers a beautiful VIEW of the Seattle downtown. Lots of amenities, thoughtful touches and local tips. The location is upscale. Secluded in a wonderful residential area and close to highway and restaurants and businesses. Close to scenic running trails with several trail entrances to nearby greenbelts. Fantastic host. We love to travel around the world and this is by far the best vacation we have ever had. Highly recommend!
