About this apartment rental

Relax in our remodeled vacation home. We welcome a maximum of 3 adults, or up to 2 adults + 2 small children. Enjoy the updated custom-built kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, living room furniture, bathtub, bathroom and bedroom vanities, queen mattress & box spring, floor tile, and carpeting throughout.

This quiet, top-floor, 1 bedroom condo has a view of Park City Mountain Resort. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a 43" Smart Samsung TV, and plenty of storage. The living room has updated furniture including a queen sleeper sofa (perfect for 1 adult or 2 small children), a comfortable chair, a storage cabinet, and a 50" Smart Samsung TV. (We do not have cable television service.) The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, bedding, shampoo/conditioner, and hair dryer are provided. We also provide coffee for our guests..

On-site amenities include a year-round indoor hot tub, and an outdoor heated pool open April/May thru October. There is also free parking, coin laundry facilities, vending machines, and an elevator. The condo also has free WiFi, air conditioning, fireplace, and bathtub with shower.

Within walking distance of the Carriage House are many restaurants, shops, and a grocery store.

Park City has a free bus system with bus stops just outside the Carriage House complex, and buses run from morning until night. Buses serve Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, historic Main Street, and shopping and dining areas within Park City and Kimball Junction.

The Carriage House is just across the street from the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail. This 28 mile rail trail offers recreational opportunities for hikers, bikers, and x-country skiers. It is also just a 1+ mile walk to historic Main Street.

This was our first time in Park City, UT with our two teenagers, 13 and 15: we were so excited to go skiing, and this little condo was simply perfect. Clean, cozy, very conveniently located, had everything we needed to get our breakfasts and dinners, watch a movie (one TV for kids one for adults, enjoy the ambience of the fireplace and play some board games. The owner, Julia, was wonderful! She provided us with all the info we needed, helpful tips and recommendations, was super quick to respond to all our questions. If you are like us, and plan to be out and about most of the time, this condo is a true gem. Loved every minute of our worry-free vacay!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The accommodations were as described and the location was convenient to Park City, but had numerous good restaurants in easy walking distance that also made it possible to eat without going into town. After the second day we made great use of the free bus service that stopped just down the street.

Wonderful condo -- lives up to description and reviews. Was clean and comfortable and plenty large for my son and I. the kitchen was well stocked that we were able to cook dinners most the time. The condo is close to supermarkets and restaurants and the Park City bus system made it easy to get to the ski mountains and Main St resturants/bars. The hot tub was a great after ski way to relax. Julie and STeve were great hosts, very responsive with any issues or questions. Would definitely return here again.

We were there for the peak Fall colors. The Aspens were on fire. We enjoyed the property location and had no problem getting around town using our bikes and the free bus service. Good food and many choices in PC. ALways quick communication with the owners. Great advice.

The owners have provided all the amenities that you would need including pots, pans, and lots of towels for the bathroom. Plenty of hooks and places to put coats and skis for winter travelers. Owner's website provided lots of additional information about transportation and local PC establishments. My 14-year-old son and I stayed here for a weekend ski trip, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Reasonable price. Convenient location. Communication from Julie and Steve made everything easy. The condo is in an older building, but it's been well maintained and the unit appeared to have been recently renovated. We made use of the hot tub and pool downstairs, which was a nice touch. Thank you!

This is a building with mostly rental apartments. Park City old town pricing being what it is this was a great alternative. Very accessible to old town on very convenient free transit Apartment kitchen is above expectation and extras ( boot dryer!) are much appreciated. Not luxurious but excellent value. Park city ski hills very close by. Owners very accessible. State of the art keyless entry is a big plus.
