Enjoy one of Keystone River Run's closest mountain residences within walking distance to the gondola. Our family vacation home is remodeled and updated for our personal use. Stylish and fashionable mountain home has a distinctive contemporary western flair. It is on a custom setting close to River Run, providing you with the perfect getaway for skiing or other mountain activities.
This home features a vaulted great room layout with large view windows and custom leather furniture. You will enjoy resting while watching people ski down the mountain. The gas fireplace will warm you on those winter nights! The two extra large community hot-tubs are just 50 feet from the front door!
Relish the fragrance of pine and wildflowers! Breathing clean, crisp mountain air while enjoying soaking the hot tub. There is a large gas grill on the deck is for your convenience.
Our home offers 3 sleeping areas, 2 bedrooms (California King and double log queen bunk bed), living areas has a couch one could sleep on plus blowup beds as needed. 2 full size bathrooms, master bath has jetted tub. You will be comfortable staying here.
The kitchen has stainless appliances, slab granite counter seating for 3 and a kitchen table seating 6. You will find it stocked with a fine assortment of kitchen gadgets; spices and condiments. We have stocked the kitchen with many essentials for your convenience.
Each room in the house has been carefully designed and decorated featuring high end furnishings, western art and bedroom furniture. The home faces the ski mountain with great views of the ski hill! Enjoy watching people ski down the mountain from the comfort of your Private Western Ski home. Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Walk in just minutes to the enclosed gondola lift for easy skiing and downhill activities. There is night time skiing for the diehards and fireworks on Saturday night on the mountain. The condo is updated with attractive furnishings and artwork. We stayed for two months so we appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer, and garage, to store our motorcycle. There are pretty views of the mountainside and it’s just a short walk to River Run village, where there are shops and restaurants. We had one issue with the kitchen faucet which was not resolved quickly. We had to shut off the cold water valve because it was leaking from the base and then the hot water would just dribble out.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this condo.

We had a great week staying here. Skiing was just a short drive. It is possible to walk it but not in ski boots. The space was awesome and we had excellent communication with the owner. We would 100% recommend staying here.

Pail has a great condo. Condo was an easy walk for our family just down the road to the gondola and ski lift. We utilized the purchase of a daily locker to keep our hiking boots in so we wouldn’t have to wear our ski boots on the walk. Thanks for that info, Paul!
The condo was super comfortable. Plenty of room for our family. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed! Our daughter loved the loft and the fact she didn’t have to share a room with her brothers!

Whether you like to ski out of River Run or Mountain House, this is a GREAT place for you. We were close enough to everything without feeling as if we were in a noisy, busy area.
The condo is well appointed with everything you might need. Being able to park a car in the driveway and have one in the car was fantastic.

This two bedroom (with large size bunk beds in one room ) and a loft area with a mattress as well as a master bedroom was everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Kitchen well equipped. Would highly recommend, great value
Pros: very big rooms & condo, plenty of space. Even a 3rd little room loft that the kids loved. A small bed and kids used it as a home base. Espresso machine was a big plus! Beds were super comfy. Master bath had a great jetted tub. Close to stores , restaurants & the village
Cons: we had a family of 6 so hot water ran out unless you strategically space everyone out. Long walk with ski gear and kids. Only one humidifier and it didn’t seem to work too well..

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. It was a great place to relax after a long day of skiing. The condo was well equipped, clean, pretty view, and easy check-in/out. The surprise loft was a kid favorite spot to hang out. The garage was convenient for ski gear, wet shoes, etc. It is quite of a walk to the gondola but doable, especially if you store your ski gear instead of carrying it all. We noticed the bus stops close by if you want to take the bus over instead.

Me and 2 friends stayed here for 3 days to ski at Keystone and it was a great experience. The property was very nice and clean. It was in the same square as a few restaurants and a small grocery store so we had everything we needed within a few minutes. It was less than a 5 min drive to keystone parking which was super convenient. The hot tub right down the street was great after a long day of skiing. The only downside was the memory foam beds were uncomfortable for our liking but may be good for some who like a firmer bed.

Under maintenance
We showed up to no hot water. The owner did try to walk us through some ideas but needed professional help. Owner recommended their community hot tubs to bathe in…what??? We did get the hot water fixed the following day. The owner wanted my husband to help the maintenance guy move the dryer off the washer (stackables) to get to the hot water tank…what??? Since when did we become his maintenance crew? Couple days later painters showed up at 7a at our 2nd floor bedroom windows - hammering, fixing the roof, and proceeded to cover windows and front door. They told us it would take them 3 days to do their work. The 3rd day they showed up at 6:55a continuing to cover the rest of windows/patio door - we had no ventilation that day. Owner told me he knew nothing about the painting. We asked multiple neighbors and all had been aware for weeks and even said the owner is on the board there! I expected some sort of refund for the time we stayed covered in plastic - the owner never responded to me again. We also could not locate a garage door opener which was fun when we had to use the covered/wet painted over key pad - the owner never responded about this either. We were there 16 nights. The day before we left the painters were again on the balcony touching up. Shady owner…

Great Ski Getaway
This comfortable property is ideally situated near Keystone resort (although we chose to drive to the Mt. House lifts as the hike to the River Run gondola is a character builder). Property had everything we needed and was outfitted with better quality housewares and linens than we usually find in a rental property. Queen bunk beds were very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Nice stay
We had a great visit. It’s definitely a good walk to the gondola. Carrying our ski gear there and back each day definitely gave us an extra workout! We had a group of 8 with 4 teens. We all slept comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, a nice place!

Perfect stay
The overall property could not have been better, it is about a 10min walk to the gondola. The amenities were perfect and the host was even better. We stayed with a group of 4 and we all had beds, the home could've probably slept 8 but was perfect for 4. Thanks for the stay!

This condo is in such a perfect location.. super close to the keystone village, superbly appointed with everything you might need, comfy beds, cozy living room with gas fireplace, great kitchen, and of course beautiful views…. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent Place at Keystone!
This was our family's first trip to Keystone and the Mountain House was both clean, modern, and has an excellent location. About a half mile walk to the chair lift and even shorter walk to the village. Strongly recommend this rental.

Great stay
The property is great. Our family, includes 9yo and 4YO, loved it. Although it is very close to river run, with kids and ski equipment, we opted to drive and pay to park at Mountain House. We skied there one day and took a shuttle to River Run the next day. The Snake River Steakhouse down the street from the property is fantastic!

Outstanding Stay in Snake River
Wonderful condo with outstanding views of Keystone ski runs. This condo is wonderfully decorated from the comfortable leather sofa/loveseat to hardwood floors...has a charming, warm and cozy ski chalet feel...love the antique skis and ski posters that hang on the walls. The flip of a switch and you have a see through fireplace in both the living and dining area. Kitchen is fully stocked. 2 bedroom/2 bath was plenty of room for my partner and I and would accommodate more...A cute loft for anyone with kiddos. Washer/dryer a huge plus. Outdoor deck with grill for those who want to have their morning coffee or evening glass of wine as the sun sets. (The only thing I might recommend would be a mattress topper for the master bedroom bed. But that's all a matter of personal taste. ) The owner was outstanding in his communication from beginning to end even recommending some fantastic local places to have dinner. Attentive and accommodating. Will be returning to this gem.

Great Location - Responsive Owner
Except for a miscommunication with the cleaning company, everything went very well. The cleaning company assumed we were not arriving until August 1st, when in reality, the owner told them we were leaving on that date. We arrived after a very long drive from Dallas, Texas to see the place uncleaned. Thankfully, we had friends in the area and after I spoke to Paul he promptly resolved the issue and had the company rush to get the place ready. The reset of the week went well. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the place - important because we have an 18 month old that licks and touches everything, which seemingly is a risk in these COVID-19 times. Further, the house is less a parking lot away from the Keystone Village area (walking distance) and we made good use of that. Highly recommend this place for your next stay, whether with friends or family.
