Nothing between the condo and the beach. Spend time with your family and friends in this spacious 2 bedroom + 2 bunks and pull out couch, 3 bathroom condo with brand new furniture, uncompromising community amenities and a view of the sunset over the Florida Gulf that is unlike any other.

Condo description: The condo will provide plenty of space to stretch out and relax during your vacation to socialize and spend time with the family or just to take a break from the sun and the water. Walking in the front door gives you an immediate view to the balcony and water beyond. Two master bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and a full bath attached, divide the condo. A pair of bunk beds reside in a hallway off to the right perfect for kids or even adults and provide the feeling of a third bedroom. Another full bathroom is just off of the bunks and is accessible for the main living space.

The kitchen is roomy and provides all the appliances you'll need including stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and more. Plates, silverware and cooking pots and pans are provided as well. A bar outcrop faces the kitchen with a pair of stools for dining or conversing.

The living room has a big screen smart TV, a couch that folds out into a bed, love seat and a overstuffed chair for seating. The dining area includes seating for 8 for dinner or game time!

For those that need, a washer and dryer are also provided.

Property Amenities: This property has it all including two huge outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a 4000+ sq ft fitness center, game room, a movie theater with seating for 70, two steam rooms and free wireless internet. You'll find restaurants on-site as well as within walking distance.

The beach for Tidewater guests spans nearly two football fields! You'll find plenty of room for sunning, walking, boogie boards, shell hunting, picnics, Frisbee, volleyball and so much more.

Location!!: Panama City is known for its beach and for its fun! Just a short half mile walk you'll find Pier Park, a collection of restaurants (Longhorn, Five Guys, Panera, Margaritaville, Bootleg BBQ, etc.), shopping (Dillard's, Target, Ron Jon, etc.) and nightlife that will surely keep your vacation exciting no matter your mood or disposition. A 16-screen movie theater is also there for the occasional off-time. Grocery stores are also nearby if you want to pick up items for the week to prepare inside the condo. Tidewater is close to everything in Panama City and young and old alike will love the activities provided on and off the water.

This was a very nice, roomy unit. The location was excellent. The hosts were always quick to respond. While we stayed, my sister had an accident and tripped into the door, causing damage. I immediately reached out to the hosts and they were understanding. We would stay at Tidewater again.

There was a huge waste water sewage drain with black nasty water draining into the ocean causing nasty stinky water along the beach front. We did not want to get in the ocean because we were afraid to get some kind of disease. Elevators were extremely slow. The room was awesome and very clean. It also provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The only disappointment was outside of the actual unit.

Overall its good place to stay and make great vacation with family & friends. I liked the location and neighborhood most best part of it, easy access and short distance from beach, pools and Jacuzzi were awesome. Room Size and Living room size were fine. Nice ocean view from balcony. I see few things to improve like cleanliness of floors and kitchen area. add some extra paper towels and household logistics which we had to buy. Freezer was not working 100% , It was Okay kind of, suggest to replace it. Some of bed and pillow covers were not clean , overall not very much satisfied with cleaning , and pathetic lifts time in loading/unloading because of less number of lifts vs crowd.

We have stayed multiple places throughout our summer visits to PCB, and other than the elevators, which we understand are not condo owners fault, we were absolutely pleased! So at home with great communication and nice amenities!

Beautiful view! Great for two families with or without kids. Everything in the condo was as described. Bed was comfy, plenty of seating in the living room and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The pools were nice and so was the beach access. The only issue was the elevators, which is common in all the big condo buildings in PCB. But with a little bit of planning, the elevators were manageable.

We stayed at tidewater resort, the room itself was beyond our expectations! Our property owner was easy to be in contact with. The room was fully stocked with more than we needed! The bad- the elevator wait times was between 30 mins to an hour!! So we wasted a lot of our vacation time just waiting! The property owner/manager was harassing everyone on the beach to move their umbrellas/ chairs from in front of the condo because it would possibly block the view of those who paid $70.00 for her chairs & umbrellas! So we had to walk ridiculously far away to be able to set down! Which was horrible with 5 kids!! 10/10 will never stay here again because of that reason! We payed for beach front and thats what i expected. Not to be shoved so far down the beach!!! She also was taking photos of people while they would set their items up (umbrella,cahirs,mats) & call security to come have them moved!!! I myself do not like having photos of my family taken without my permission! Lesson learned tho and we will NEVER stay here again!

Have been staying in this condo for 7 Winters now, and are returning next year. Great accommodations, right on the beach. Owners are super, made updates almost every year to the condo, always accessable by email or phone, and get back to us ASAP.

Annual family vacation. Unit was very nice and well furnished. Expect long waits for the elevators. Condo complex has lots of amenities such as arcade on site, hot tub, 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, movie theater on site with 2 movie showings daily.

The condo was great, clean and accomadating. The elevators at Tidewater are a complete nightmare! We waited up to 45 minutes every time we needed to use the elevator. The place is huge and they need to find a more efficient way to accomadate all of the people staying there.

The property view to the beach is awesome, the only thing we don't like is the time waiting for the elevator is ridiculous, takes too long to get it, We lost a tour because we were waiting for almost thirty minutes for the elevator!

Condo was good but needed a little touch up. Location was great right next to the pier and pier park. Getting down from the 13th floor was a chore because of the elevator wait time. Waited almost 30 minutes more than once. Was told tidewater was working to fix the problem but it will be fall before it happens.

We have rented the same condo in the Tidewater for 6 years and renewed for 2024. The condo is top notch, and the owners are fantastic. This is a two bedroom unit that can sleep 8, and we have done it with no problem. It is an easy walk to Pier Park, and several different restaurants are also walking distance. The view from our 13th floor balcony is spectacular, especially the Sunsets. I recommend everyone give the Tidewater a good look, But our unit is taken from the beginning of January thru mid March and we have no plans to give it up.

Loved the room and the weather while we were there. Only problem was the elevators at the hotel and at check-in they had us staying in the wrong room and said we were there for a month when we were only there for a week. I highly recommend Tidewater and will definitely come back

The condo itself was amazing and beautiful! It was a prime location with amazing views! The check in/out was great and easy! The condo itself was plenty of room and the owners responded quickly and promptly, even allowing us early access! Had a big family and it was very accommodating, and fit us well! Really no complaints besides the elevators. However it wasn’t bad, not the owners control, and we have stayed other places in the area and were worse with the elevator situation. Definitely recommend for anyone to stay here! Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo but it definitely could use a deep cleaning like scrub the walls, baseboards and shampooing the carpets and upholstery. It is just due a more thorough cleaning. Saturday and Sunday the elevators were terrible but come Monday and the remainder of the week they began to run smoothly. We went during a busy time but it didn’t phase us. Clear water, clean beach and beautiful weather! We really enjoyed ourselves here! Thank you!

We were told prior to arrival that the room had been “trashed” by the prior guests and that they were gonna try to “meet the 4pm check in time”.. upon arrival we immediately noticed that the floors were FILTHY. Our feet were black from walking around. I wouldn’t let my 8 month old walk around in his walker. There was legit gum stuck to the floor in the living room. The owners were quick to respond and offered to come back the next morning to clean the floors but we just cleaned them ourselves. We had to take a trip to Walmart to get groceries so we just bought a cheap mop. We even found old condom boxes laying around. Base boards were gross and the sliding balcony door was super hard to open and shut. That was more than likely related to the black gunk in the seal that needs cleaned. Owner gave a $50 refund for drinks, that was nice so thank you for that! Other than that it was a nice condo. Also take my advice and don’t even attempt to use the washer and dryer.. it will take 4 hours to dry anything you wash. I’m usually not one to ever complain but we have stayed at the tide water 5+ times and this was the worst experience by far.

Honestly, this condo was top notch. The beds were comfortable, extra bathroom was a blessing, and the view was gorgeous. We had double red flags all week, but the condo itself was so wonderful. They played extra kid movies for the young children and the heated indoor pool was fantastic! We did go outside a couple times, and that pool was also great, just a little chilly for our one year old. The older kids weren’t phased by the temp. It was nice to have indooe or outdoor options. Extremely close to food and pier park for shopping. They had a pack and play in one of the closets, which was so thoughtful! The cooler they have to use, we didn’t use it, is huge and wheeled for your convenience. Even my kids said they liked this condo the best of all the ones we stayed in. Highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

The condo was spacious and the property grounds were nice and well kept. We had no elevator issues but it was not a busy week so less people helped with elevator wait times. The property is tidy and cozy but really needs a good cleaning. The floors were really dirty and the bathrooms could have been much cleaner, as well as the baseboards throughout. The property owners were great and very helpful so we appreciated that.
