This property is truly a gem! The inside is very spacious and extremely well-equipped. Carrie even had some 1/2 & 1/2 in the fridge for our coffee! It's located in a very quiet area. We weren't able to enjoy the little patio as we had a lot of rain but I'm guessing it would be wonderful to sit out there. Carrie was extremely prompt replying to a couple of questions I had. I highly recommend this rental!

This studio is pretty big - plenty of room to have someone over and not feel like they're in your bedroom. Large kitchen and seating area. Lovely deck area to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink with a water feature. Really just a very nice space.

The studio was adorable! We loved our short stay here. It is just a short walk to town. The back deck is great and we were greeted with some snacks left on the table for us. Carrie sent detailed instructions and information on local restaurants which was great. Fantastic place! Would stay here again!

Location was perfect, it's right off of a main route and a quick stroll to Bridge Street where all the restaurants and attractions are.
I was really impressed with the size and furnishings of the apartment. There are 2 full couches, an upholstered chair, a desk, a high-top table with 2 stools, and a cozy porch with 2 chairs. It's way more than 2 people could ever need, but it fills the space nicely.
The small porch overlooks an adorable backyard with a little zen garden. It's an extremely relaxing environment.
The only downside for me was the shower, which was cramped and uncomfortable. I could feel the plastic bending beneath my feet, and it had a lower-flow shower head which made it difficult to rinse off.
The host was very communicative and available and we didn't have any issues that needed addressing, thankfully.
I would absolutely stay here again!

Quaint studio apartment for two in the delightful town of Shelburne Falls. Unfortunately we could only stay two nights but would gladly return to explore the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could want. We slept with the windows open for the first time in years and fell asleep with the sound of a water fountain in the back yard and the distant sound of a train horn in the distance. The host, Carrie, communicated with us during our stay and gave a wealth of information about local restaurants and places to see. Would definitely return.

Cozy is not a bad word here, this is a perfect little pad with everything you need for a comfortable stay in this adorable town. Host had lots of great local tips. If you bring the kids, don’t miss the candlepin bowling alley 5 mins away. Hope to come back!

Carrie's place is clean, quiet and comfortable. It is exactly as advertised and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I used it for a quiet weekend retreat and plan to do so again. Shelburne Falls is a sweet walking around town in the winter and I am sure even more so in the summer.

This property was perfect for the two of us for a weekend getaway! We stopped at Treehouse Brewing in Deerfield on the way in. Saturday we walked to the Sweetheart for lunch then walked downtown and explored the Bridge of Flowers and the Glacial Potholes. We took a quick trip to Northampton and stopped in at Tunnel Bar before heading back for dinner at The Blue Rock Restaurant. Our last day we ran the Treehouse Half Marathon! Carrie was a great host and her property is beautiful and so welcoming and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay, a very good place to make our home base as we rambled around New England. The town of Shelburne Falls is lovely in and of itself and there’s a great grocery store, The Big Y, about 7 miles away. We would use this location again and our host was communicative provided all the necessary things plus some to make for a very comfortable stay.

Really cute garage apartment, quiet and about 5-10 minute walk from the bridge of flowers and the rest of Shelbourne Falls. Had a lovely stay, ate at Hearty Eats and Baked, saw the potholes. Place is quiet and private, the little back deck is nice to sit on, stylistically it's warm and inviting. Hoping to come back in the future!
