Meh! Expensive especially on the weekend and the room rate is not equivalent to the care! The locks on some doors are inoperable. Thin, crisp towels. Not all rooms are vintage. Some better ones are giving to whom they prefer. The staff girls at night and in the day were great with the exception of one, who was loud, rude and obnoxious. The entire place needs to be upgraded to the modern world. In high season, they cater to a certain group and the locals are treated like crap!
The staff needs training especially on how to handle online booking refund and other issues. like simply referring them to the booking agent to get their money back. Certain staff was great that's all I notice. A simple smile can constitute a warm welcome.

The location
The customer service was horrible, they made me feel like I was a criminal, upset when you ask a question, like what to do with dirty linen and towels when you need new ones. Farrah was the nicest person there, everyone else was a nightmare and I dreaded asking for anything. The rules of the stay are unreasonable: one bag of luggage, no guest are allowed, it's a pet friendly motel but requires a deposit for your pet. I felt harassed the first few days of my stay by the Spanish young man at the front desk, claiming there were complaints about noise when most of the time no one was there. They were rude from the time we checked in untill the day we left which was over a week long stay. Had I not paid over $600 I would have left earlier. They are scamming people and kicking them out with no option of refund based off no real reason to make them leave, because I was threatened about it I tip toed around my room and was very uncomfortable!

I was next to a room full of Drug addicts, they started to fight around 11 pm,the threw the furniture through the wall and broke the windows,,I called the night desk at 1:05 am they did respond, they called the Police because they would not open their room,I made the front desk aware of the situation, I asked that my Card not be charged, they Informed me that the manager was not available until 4pm,She called at 6pm,I asked that my card not be charged, she refused,In the Meantine I would like to reiterate that this is NOT a family Motel ,this is NOT a safe environment for a Vacation stay
