had a great time. Unit was well maintained and close to the town. Maybe an 8 minute walk to Gondola One. The locker is a huge plus to keep ski's and boots just 18 steps from the Gondola. I would stay here again!! thank you

We stayed 2 weeks in this condo and we had an amazing time. The condo was clean when we arrived, was furnished, and updated as promise. Since the unit is on the top floor, and in the corner, noise from other units is extremely limited to non-existent. Pablo, the owner, was communicative, friendly, and helpful. There is no better condo or location for the price in Vail village. I would 100% recommend this unit for anyone, including families with young children.

We loved staying at the apartment. The bedrooms were separated nicely, the decor clean and easy, the kitchen, linens and supplies were all very well stocked with equipment, the AC worked well, the building was well maintained and very well located, the pool was great. Plus, Pablo was easy to reach and helpful. A+

We spent 6 days in February with another family (4 adults + 4 teenagers) and this place was great! Nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable family room for everyone to hang out together. Each couple had their own bedroom / bathroom and the 4 kids had two bedrooms and a shared "Jack and Jill" bathroom. The location was great with the village restaurants and shopping right across the street. It was a bit of a walk to gondola one (8-10 min), but it was a nice walk through the village and the ski locker right at the gondola made it very easy and convenient to get on and off the mountain. We'd definitely consider staying here and recommend to others.

Beautiful and modern 3 bedroom apartment, best location ever, the kitchen has everything you will need. What I recommend is to clean better the apartment, it was somewhat dirty in the floors when we got there, all the white blankets where also dirty and some sheets, couch and sofa where full of hair. We washed everything when we arrived and that solved this issue. Also, 3 of the heaters remote controls had no battery. The fireplace didn’t work but they came to fix it after 2 days and then everything was okay. Overall the apartment is great I just recommend to improve the cleanliness and little details.

This home is in really nice condition and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for a large family. The den and kitchen have excellent lighting which we've found to be lacking in previous properties we’ve rented in years past. We were very pleased.

This was an excellent stay! Just as it looks in the pictures, so modern and comfortable. It’s only a few steps away from the shops and 5min walking to the gondola. Honestly can’t think of a better place to stay. Communication with Pablo was great as well and he was always available for anything we needed. 100% recommended.

This was a fantastic property. Each corner of the apartment was meticulously thought out. The decor is very well appointed. The bathrooms are comfortable with excellent water pressure. The cleanliness drought was top notch. A fabulous place to stay if you want to ski from Vail Village or Lionshead.

Great location, responsive manager. Very practical, not huge living space, but perfect for what we were looking for 6 friends for a summer outdoor getaway. Great spot right in village. Would def rent this again and highly recommend.

Location is superb. Access easy. Apartment has essentially two masters with king beds and two rooms with two twins in each. Common areas work for this number of people. Balcony with grill is small but has a great view of Gore Creek. One very nice advantage is the number of dishes - usually rentals have one plate per occupant so you have to run the dishwasher after each meal. This apartment has 20 place settings or so which is great.

We could not be happier with our stay. The owner (Pablo) made everything so simple and was so helpful! He was very easy to get in touch with, and constantly reached out to make sure everything was ok with the apartment. I would definitely recommend this rental, and would rate it six out five stars if I could ! Thank you Pablo for a fantastic stay !

Love the location as it’s super close to great restaurants. The modern feel is very refreshing for Vail as most properties are old. The washer and dryer and appliances were all new and worked great.

We took the family to Vail for the week and had an amazing time. The home was perfect for our family and extremely convenient for walking in the town to all of the restaurants and shopping. The Sonnenalp is right across the street. The furnishings were new and modern and the house was well appointed for a large family. We rented this lovely condo with another family over a holiday weekend. It was perfect with two master bedrooms and two kids rooms. The kitchen was easy to use and had everything we needed to make family meals. The table seats 8 and another bar height table seats 6. There is a small fireplace to add to the ambiance and bring heat to the morning or evening gatherings. The modern decor was sleek and well done. It was exceptionally clean. For two jet setting families who are used to luxury hotels and accommodations, this property exceeded our expectations.

We spent a whole month this summmer and had a wonderful time. Location is fantastic, in the middle of town walking distance to all the best restaurants. The apartment distribution is great, I have 4 children and we were all very comfortable. The owner was always available to help us with questions and concerns. The building is a little outdated. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property without hesitation.

We have been coming to Vail for few years now. This townhouse is located in a perfect spot. It is at close proximity to restaurants, night life and ski slopes. The house is comfy and elegantly decorated. We normally don’t cook on vacation but due to amenities of the kitchen, prepared dinner twice. Pablo and staff was very helpful.

Apre-Ski anyone? all the best spas, bars and restaurants within a 5min walking radius! I traveled with my family and we just have a great time at Vail!!

We really enjoyed are stay at Villa Cortina - Great Location (easy walk to the slopes and dinner/night life) - Great Condo, very well appointed and decorated - On-site heated pool was like a Giant Hot Tub - Easy Parking and Elevator was helpful given the 3rd floor location The ownership was very accommodating and easy to work with! I will definitely look at this property for my next trip to Vail Mike

We absolutely loved this villa! We took our annual ski trip this year to Vail and had the most incredible stay at Pablo's villa. It's perfectly located for walking to everything that Vail has to offer including restaurants, shopping and most importantly the ski mountain. The villa itself is spectacularly designed and has all of the comforts from home...and then some. There is not one thing that we didn't love about our stay and we look forward to going back next year. Highly recommend!

This is the ultimate property for a family getaway. Everyone has their own space, yet a great downstairs lounge room to congregate. Parking is easy, accessibility is great. The walk to the town is literally across the road. Would recommend to anyone looking for a modern family apartment in the heart of vail.
