This luxury vacation rental is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium in the heart of Clearwater Beach on the beautiful Intercoastal Waterways. Clearwater Beach is known for its pristine white sand beaches and it's just a few steps away. Once there you will discover why Clearwater Beach was voted one of the Best Beach Towns In Florida in 2013.

This unit will comfortably accommodate 7 guests and has all of the modern conveniences necessary to enjoy a beach stay. It is very nicely decorated (as our renters have commented) and is a great place to relax or use as a base to discover central Florida.

Master bedroom: King bed | Bedroom 2: Queen bed | Bedroom 3: two single beds with a trundle.
All the bedrooms have a TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops.

Heated pool, hot tub and a games room. In unit laundry machines.

Free wifi, linens/towels, books.

The building is only 16 years old and feels like a very new and fresh development. Parking underneath the building keeps your car cool and away from the sun.

Loved the condo! Beautiful views from the balcony! We loved watching the dolphins jumping! Location is perfect. We were not only close to the Phillies spring training stadium but also next to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The views of a quiet harbour of the Intracoastal Waterway from the large balcony of this 8th floor penthouse condo are breathtaking! We saw dolphins in the harbour almost every day! In addition to access to the balcony from the living room, the master bedroom also has sliding doors that open to the balcony. The two other bedrooms have views of Sand Key and the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is lovely, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation! It is walking distance to everything! The owner Anna is wonderful and was available to answer any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view was amazing and it was close to other amenities and resorts on the beach that we could enjoy as well. Lots to do within walking distance in addition to the beach. Anna was great about contacting us and also providing information about restaurants and other activities/attractions.

This condo was as described and more. Great views and plenty of space for a family. Short walk to Clearwater Beach. Plenty of shops and dining all within walking distance. The host was amazing and made sure we had a great stay. The host also was wonderful at providing great tips and suggestions for the area.

We loved the cond. We felt right at home. The view was fantastic and it was the best at night. Anna and Ben are the best. Anna even called to tell us there was a little issue and the next day (Sunday) there was someone there first thing in the morning. We definitely would stay here in the future.

This is a beautiful condo with everything you need including beach chairs and some aloe for sunburns, lol. Anna, the person in charge of the condo was great. It was easy to find and is within walking distance to a lot of different restaurants. I am 66 so the pier is a ways to walk but beach walk was ok. Take a wagon with you, if you can, it helps.

Pro: Great location, beautiful and comfortable unit with spectacular views. Pool area is better than the photos. Access to Shepards Beach resort is a highlight. Con: All the smoke detectors went off at 1130pm, 1200 am and 3 am in the unit on 30 Dec. Suspect the batteries were the culprit. The Air Conditioning was not working throughout the visit, suspect the new “Nest”Thermostat was the issue. The patio furniture was dirty and required a good wipe down prior to use The owner was notified and hopefully all issues are resolved before the next tenant and then deserving of a 5 star.

Wonderful views , right In the middle of the restaurants, shopping , walking distance for any & all fun for all ages ! The place is so clean & anything you would need is right there, as if your at your own home . Owner was accommodating & I highly recommend the stay here , well worth the price & access to all the fun outside your door !

I just stayed here for a month with my family including 2 teenagers. The place had everything I needed to use the kitchen for a month and make meals I normally would. Location is excellent. Teens could walk anywhere they wanted. Beach and pier were close by. I was able to work using their wifi, so no issues there. If you are looking for a different Beach experience, Sand Key beach is across the bridge just a couple of blocks away.

Our first time to this area, and loved it! The owners of the property were easily accessed, and the only thing we were surprised about was how much BETTER the condo looked than even in the pics! Truly a luxury condo. Easily walkable for half the island, 5 minute walk to the beach. Amazing views. We will be back!!!

So thankful we were able to spend the week in this beautiful condo! Very up to date and well taken care of! From the arrival to our departure, we had the best time!! Great location with amazing harbor views with dolphins to see in the mornings. We even saw a manatee and three rays one morning. The condo is well equipped in the kitchen for anything you could want to cook from breakfast to dinner! Beds were very comfortable! Plenty of space for all of us! Loved having an assigned parking spot! This makes coming and going so easy! Easy walk to the beach. We even drove over to Sand Key Park to visit their beach which is only two mikes away. It was less crowded and even had a food stand and icee booth. Try Taco Bus across the street! Excellent tacos there! The ice cream shop on the corner of the block is fabulous!! Thankful to the owners for sharing their place with us!!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! The dolphins were out in the bay almost every morning, and we loved getting to watch them. Everything was clean and as pictured, with ample space and nice location to the water. Additionally, Anna was very helpful and responsive when the WiFi went out on us. The only reason we aren’t giving a full 5 stars is because it can be quite loud in the area, and the noise can be heard within the bedrooms. Several nights we were disturbed by other guests and road traffic, but we also understand we visited during a holiday weekend. Once the crowds died down, the noise also became less. Thank you for hosting us!!

We loved our stay at this condo! It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had 3 generations together, and the condo had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is amazing! In addition to the incredible water views, we even saw dolphins!! I would definitely recommend!!

Everything you need

In 8 years of extended stays over the winter months in various location in Clearwater Beach and Sand Key, this property was by far the best equipped for your immediate enjoyments. Pretty much everything you need. Only real disappointment was as a unit available by the week we weren’t able to book the 4-8 weeks we like to spend I the area. Lots of great dining close by and a short walk to the beach. Or you can just walk across the street to Sheppards and rent chairs/umbrellas for the day and have food and drink delivered to you. Love Jimmy’s Fish House across the street for casual dining and live music on the water. We’d be back if we could get more time. Anna is a great host/owner.

We had a great time in Clearwater! Beaches are beautiful! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance of condo. We saw dolphins everyday in the harbor which is seen from the balcony. Sunsets are spectacular!

Absolutely amazing place!

We watched dolphins every morning from the balcony. This unit is absolutely beautiful and well equipped with everything. The only two things we found wrong with unit and honestly don’t consider it bad because we could live without both. First the bedroom with twin beds didn’t have any cable but did have a tv with dvd combo. The VCR would eat the tapes up. The other was the trash drawer needs fixed which is understandable. This unit is within walking distance from the beach and restaurants! Im not sure if there is more then one parking spot so you may ask if you plan on driving more then one car. Arriving was super easy. The codes all worked and we found the keys with the instructions in the email. All and all we loved this unit and will definitely stay again!! Thank you guys for the lovely unit to spend our week in.
