This charming home is perfectly located in downtown Frankenmuth! It is a very short walk right in to the heart of town and just a 15 minute drive to the Birch Run Premium Shopping Outlets! The home is updated throughout, very clean & spacious w/ 5 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The basement features a ping pong table and card table! Boasting beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, a granite kitchen w/ stainless appliances, and a nice wooded back yard with patio!

The home is fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay including linens, towels, TV, wifi internet, and more. Plenty of room for the whole family with both a living and family room, large dining area, and rec room in the basement with a ping pong table.

The home features 5 upstairs bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have queen sized beds, 1 bedroom with two single size beds, and 1 smaller bedroom with a futon/bunk bed. The home also now features an on-demand water heater, never run out of heat for showers!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Franklun St, in Frankenmuth. The house was spotless, with plenty of room. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal, a perfect plus. There were plenty of towels, hangers in the closets, and a bbq grill. Loved everything about our stay. Walking distance from all the shops and restaurants in downtown

It was great, short to everything downtown, quiet neighborhood. It was just as advertised. Had a really great time Frankenmuth is a very nice German town that we’ve been to 3 or 4 times before.

The house was a great location in Frankenmuth two blocks from Main Street in town. The home is older but it was clean with the exception of some food left in cabinets from previous occupants. The yard outside could do with some work. Lots of weeds and some poison ivy growing up the front porch. In spite of a few smaller things I would not be opposed to renting this house again.

This is a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. Several evening strolls to town for ice cream and to listen to music by local performers in the park. We all had a great time, ages 74 to 10.

This was a great location for my extended family during graduation season. It was within walking distance of downtown, and the kids enjoyed the children, tween, and teen area in the library across the street and visited several times during the week (the town library is wonderful). The grass isn't awesome and the backyard isn't anything to look at, but the swing in the front was nice and my parents could people watch. Great location near residential areas for those with family who live in town.

We were in Michigan for our daughter’s graduation from medical school at CMU. We had a wonderful time exploring the Frankenmuth area!! Such a charming little community! Our accommodations were wonderful!!

This is a wonderful house for large family get togethers. There were 11 of us and everyone was comfortable. It is walking distance from downtown, which allowed different groups to venture out. Beautiful, clean, house in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it.

The house was so cozy! Everyone slept well in the four beds we used, with comfortable linens and good pillows. Lots of soft, absorbent towels. Quiet neighborhood, right across the street from a wonderful library with a dedicated children’s area that the 3 year old loved. So quiet, yet only two blocks from the busy Main Street. The ping pong table was a hit with the kids and parents alike. The house is so cool with old woodwork and trim in many areas, yet modern conveniences. I only had one question (about coffee maker) and received my answer the same day. My adult granddaughter kept mentioning how happy she was we chose this house as she loved the sturdy, comforting feel of every room. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house “rules” were very practical and common sense, not demanding or limiting like some places. Very glad we found this rental and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy Frankenmuth yet have a quiet escape from the busyness of the town.

The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. There was plenty of room for all guests. It was walking distance to Main St in Frankenmuth. It was the perfect place for a girls weekend to Frankenmuth. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing time the house was clean and nice. Fit 10 adults perfectly. We loved being so close to downtown. Our favorite was being able to sit on the porch and watch the horse and carriages go by. The neighborhood is beautiful!

Property was an excellent location and perfectly clean and well maintained. For an older home it is clearly well cared for. Never ran out of hot water, plenty of kitchenware, towels and linens. Easy and quick communication with manager. We will definitely consider staying here again!

10 of us girls stayed at this house. The location is amazing as it is only a block off of Main Street and walking distance to pretty much everything. It is an older home, but it is very well built and absolutely adorable. There are only two bathrooms so when you have 10 people you have to figure out a bathroom schedule for showering, but we worked out a great system and it worked well for us. Sleeping arrangements were fantastic. Every room has it’s s own air conditioner so nobody was too warm when we were sleeping. The kitchen is very roomy, so there is plenty of room for cooking. They have tons of pots and pans and plates and silverware. The only thing I would suggest is bring your own casserole dishes as there were none of those but when we needed one luckily somebody else had brought one, so it worked out well. Overall, we absolutely love this place for the location and for the house itself. The front porch is absolutely adorable with the porch swing and it is one of the quietest streets we’ve ever stayed on. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and hanging out when we weren’t downtown. There’s also a very cute patio outback that we hung out as well. We would absolutely stay at this home again.

This house was very nice and it was in a great location. We had 4 couples staying there, and there was just enough space not to feel crowded. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials for cooking. There was plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone. The backyard was nice to sit and have drinks and relax. The neighborhood is very nice, well-kept and quiet, and the people are very friendly. We walked to every attraction in Frankenmuth, since the house is only a block from the Main Street. There are plenty of great restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. I would recommend staying here if you’re going to be visiting Frankenmuth.

We really enjoyed this house. The location was AMAZING. So close to walk to several of the downtown restaurants and shops. It was also a great street for a walk/run. My kids loved the ping pong table and bunk room. The kitchen also had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend the house!

This listing is exactly as promised and more. It's only a one block walk to main street with all of the food and shopping. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked and even had a crock-pot! The host provided plenty of towels and other essentials. The house is exceptionally clean and had plenty of room for our group (six adult, two kids [6&8], a toddler, and an infant. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location, so much within walking distance (zehnders, Bav.Inn, brewery). Ample parking for 4 cars. Beds comfy. Couches could be a little more comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedding and towels were soft. Ping pong table was a plus. We had a great time. Enjoyed having the Christmas 🎄.
