New cabinets, granite countertops, built in microwave, tile backsplash in kitchen, new tub and tile shower surround, ceiling fan in great room and bedroom, new sleeper sofa and new bedroom furniture.

All Emerald Skye units offer one car parking, direct gulf view, private balcony, outdoor seasonally heated pool, bar-b-que grills, & beautiful white sand. If watching from the balcony dolphins can be seen feeding daily. The lighted pier next door provides a spectacular view of the ocean waves all night. This unit features: new flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, comfortable recliner, king bed, bunk beds, stack laundry & ceramic tile floors throughout. Bunk area can be closed off from living room and bedroom for privacy. The elevator & luggage carts are conveniently located & the front door has keyless entry lock so you never have to use a key!

Great central Orange Beach location near restaurants, fishing, parks, shopping, marinas and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east it's a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, Florida where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels) and the Naval Flight Museum. To the west it's a 1 hour drive to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. A short drive west from Mobile are the Biloxi Casinos. I would highly recommend this condo unit #35.Place was absolutely very nice,had everything you need. The owners were quick to respond to anything you ask and even go as far to bring stuff to you. The view was amazing!!! Went on a Pirate Adventure with Hudson Marina absolutely would recommend great for all ages.All through we were under a Tropical Storm Warning from Francine we had a absolutely amazing time.Would definitely book again with Jason and Milton thanks guys for sharing your amazing place with us.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights at Emerald Skye and it was overall a nice place to be in. The host has quick communication and is prompt to resolve issues. Our particular unit had a moldy smell coming from the A/C unit which we were able to temporarily fix with some air freshener. The host also said that they would work to resolve the smell after our stay. Everywhere else smelled normal or like the beach air. The view of the beach is excellent, and you are within 15 minutes of great restaurants to the east and west.

This was a very nice condo on the 3rd floor. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Everything was clean and comfortable my husband and I had a very relaxing weekend.

Everything about our stay was excellent, great restaurants, grocery, and a Starbucks (wifey) nearby,...one minor disappointment was that the pier in the photos located right next to our building was a private pier, we were hoping to stroll on it a few times, or at night since it was a lighted pier...and maybe one other minor suggestion would be to supply at least 2 rolls of TP instead of just 1.. :)

Everything was great! Condo small but enough for us and we will definitely stay here again! Restaurants close and delicious! Beach fantastic and the young man who you rent the chairs/umbrella from (Matt) was super kind and attentive. Best vacation!!

The bedroom has possible water damage and black mold. Poor quality furniture and appliances, not up to my cleanliness standards. They were working on the building ALL WEEK. It was very loud. I would spend a little more money for a nicer place, but the reviews were good on this one. I'm not sure why. Location is fine, but anywhere is asking that strip.

Great view, great sunsets, perfect location. We stayed for a month and were very comfortable. Nothing fancy but got all the things you need--just as listed! The dock being right outside makes evening walks/views from the deck pretty darn amazing.

Great trip to the beach. Nice condo with short walk to the beach. Gorgeous weather. Beach wasn’t crowded. The only down side was hearing dumpster being emptied every morning between 5-6am. This is outside owner’s control though. Great condo, great price!

Great location in the heart of Orange Beach. It is easy to enter, exit and park, and in a low-density area. The condo has been updated, very clean, the king size bed very comfortable, and the condo has everything you would need for a stay. Jason communicates well and is very attentive if you have a question, etc.

The condo was in a great location. Sitting on the balcony and watching the waves come in was fantastic. The condo was clean and updated. We stayed in C35 and the only downside was the ceiling fan was broke, and the A/C made a rumbling sound and it turned on and off constantly. This was in the bedroom. I did tell Jason about it.

I have stayed at emerald skye numerous times. I love it there. I don’t stay anywhere else when i go to orange beach. It is always clean and has the best beach view. I will rent this unit again

The condo was very clean and everything it said. We have a handicap son who loves to be in the water. We were happy the pool was heated. The weather we can not control, one day in the 70 then it kept dropping till it hit 50's. When we booked it our hearts were to be on the beach every day. Oh well we went to shops and hit the indoor waterpark one day. Went to Flora-bama. Plenty to do and see. Wish there were sidewalks so we could take my son for walks. We would book this place again.

This was a wonderful experience. The property was exactly as described. The location is ideal, close to food and beach shops, and the view is beautiful. Everything was very clean, very well-stocked and the host replied immediately to any questions. I highly recommend this property.

Even though the property is relatively small with only one bedroom, the bunk beds and pull out sofa, really make a difference for sleeping arrangements. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and of course the beach!

Our family of 3 enjoyed our recent stay. The beach is beautiful and in a great location, not overly crowded. The property was nice, easy access to the beach and pool. Definitely bring your own pillows and be aware the mattress is quite firm. Property owners were thorough and prompt with communication. Would consider this property in the future. Thanks!

Location is amazing! Beach service by Iike’s wa sheets! Shout out to Pierce! Owner was the best I have ever dealt with! I just texted and he immediately answered any questions I had. The only issue was the AC unit, when on, blows hot air into the balcony making it a little warm out there. Other than that was a great stay!

Very clean and they even supplied shampoo, soap & body lotion. Great location! Owner was very accommodating, he let us park our Jet skis at his home for a minimal fee.
