Our goal is to provide comforts of home in a peaceful relaxing atmosphere.
Located on a beautiful beach facing the Gulf of Mexico, this unit is part of the Chateau Condominium, a 15-unit two story building in a small residential town that is not part of a noisy tourist section of Florida, yet is only a short distance to restaurants and excitement. Sand Key and Clearwater Beach are just north of here. Belleair Beach has completed a beach re-nourishment program and the beach is one of the nicest in Pinellas county.
This unit is on the second floor, facing east, with a balcony, which has chairs and picnic table for relaxing.
The Condo gets morning sun from the east, so it is cheery and sunny all morning. In heat of the afternoon, it’s cooler on the shady balcony after spending time in the bright sun by the pool and on the beach.
The unit consists of a one bedroom and a combination kitchen/living room. The rooms are approximately 12 by 12 feet.
In the combination kitchen/living room, offers a electric recliner love seat, there is a 40 inch flat screen LCD Samsung HD TV. with surround sound The free Wi-Fi connection is through Roadrunner. Just bring your laptop and you are all set to work at the window and watch the dolphins go by.
The bedroom offers white rattan furniture and a new Simmons Beautyrest Pillow top queen-size bed with 600 count sheets and choice of pillows. There is also a second TV in the bedroom capable of playing DVD's. The bedroom window has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and a park. At night you can hear the sound of the waves, as you fall asleep. During the day you get extra light and a really nice breeze throughout the rooms
We have a fully tiled bathroom complete with linens.
The unit is ideally sized for a couple. It sleeps only 2. No Smoking. No Pets.

Sally’s place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Sally is a Wonderful Host! Her unit is very nicely layed out, compared to others that we have stayed in at the Chateau. Love the all the tile work (colors and design) Sally’s place had all the connivence’s that one needs and more, she thought of everything! A special touch added to our arrival was the welcoming gifts Sally left for us! We were so glad that we were able to meet Sally, and chat for a while, she is, a very nice woman! Corner unit was a big plus, having 2 windows. Steps to the gulf where we walked every morning and contributed to picking up any garbage that was left on the beach the previous day/night. Thank you for everything Sally, we cannot wait to return.

The process of booking was very easy. Just had to show up and everything was ready. Very close to the beach. Sunset was beautiful from the pool deck and the beach. Easy entry to the building. The owner left great instructions on how to use everything and places to explore around the area. She was great with communication when we had any questions. We will definitely be back.

We just retired and wanted to try being snowbirds! The condo was perfect for 2 people. Some how I missed that it didn’t face the beach but, it really didn’t matter. It is just steps to the pool and gate to the beach. Every thing you possibly could need is provided.

Sally was the best host! It was great having a place to stay that already had everything we needed for a beach vacation. Although we didnt watch any movies because it's football season, her collection was expansive. My husband was more than impressed with our last-minute mini-honeymoon destination. We were remote enough to enjoy our time together, but close enough to get food and explore. I've already sent this listing to a few friends as well!

Everything was perfect, had the pool to ourselves, beach was not real crowded even with public park next to property, sheriff patrolled park very relaxed area.

I would definitely stay here again, it is amazing. Property right on the beach, clean, small, quiet, and peaceful. Sally was fantastic! She was an excellent host with superb communication, and available if needed. She makes sure her guest are taken care of and has extras that many places don't provide. What a wonderful time on our first visit to the area! Great little beach gem!!

Sally the host of this wonderful Condo had everything we needed to make our Vacation great!! Sally goes over and beyond with everything you would need to feel like home!! This Condo was so enjoyable now I know why they call it the Little Jewelry Box!! We will definitely be coming back!!!

We had a great time. The condo was clean and cozy. My only complaint was I didn’t realize how wonderfully it was vacation ready. I overpacked. There was everything you would need from extra towels to a first aid kit, that thankfully I didn’t need. The owner couldn’t be any nicer. She does it right 😎

This cozy condo on the beach was wonderful! Sally has thought of EVERYTHING we might need and it is available! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great property! Great location - close proximity to so many fun things to do - we’ll have to come back to see it all! We enjoyed the Dali museum! Pier 60 and our own beach were beautiful sunsets! Relaxing! Just what we needed!

Sally was great to work with and check in before our stay and during! She made our last minute vacation comfortable with some "extras"! The condo was steps to the beach, pool and a short drive to many restaurants as well as shopping. Quiet area to walk and just relax under the beautiful Florida sunshine! Would love to return again in the future!

My husband and I arrived late on Christmas Eve! We were able to gain entrance to the condo easily! Sally left us some items to snack on, which was so nice of her, with the next day being Christmas Day and all! The Condo also was very clean and we had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay! The plus, was that it was on the beach!! There was also a pool, but too chilly to swim! Maybe next time we vist!! We will definitely stay here again!!

🤩The most wonderful, amazing, ❤️ of gold, caring, respectful, honest, humble knowledgeable owner...😇Sally at The Chateau, goes well above and beyond to make her guests have the most amazing, simple, easy 🌊 breezy stay of their lifetime!! Its immaculatly clean, fresh and sanitized inside💯!! It's also like going to a friend's house, just take your clothes, toothbrushes and medicine with you!! The view is amazing no matter what way you look!! We will definitely be back, it's more romantic and meant for couples and newlyweds 🥰 like us!!

We had an amazing time. Sally had thought of literally everything and even went as far as to hang up happy birthday banners for my best friend and I who were celebrating our 40th birthdays. The condo was clean and stocked and even had welcome gifts. We loved the location and the easy access to both the pool and the beach. We are already planning our next trip!

Home away from home
This place is so cozy it feels like your home. Sally goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. No issues but I’m confident that if there were they wood have been taken care of it. Everything you need is there including beach chairs so you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Will definitely book again when back this way.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sally's condo. It was cozy and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. She had everything on hand that we might need for a nice vacation. We liked the close proximity to the beach, just a few steps from the pool. We also enjoyed reading the scrapbook of how the condo had changed over the years. Belleair Beach was very quiet, away from any hustle and bustle, but just a short drive from lots to do in St. Petersburg and Clearwater Beach! Sally was very thorough in giving us all the information and directions we need to get there, very good communication all week. We would love to go there again!

Lovely Condo, Lovely Host
We had a wonderful stay. Very Clean! Sally was very lovely host. She Checked in on us a few times to make sure we had what we needed. She sent an email to gain access to the property well in advance plus many other pieces of info for a great stay. The entire Property is also very well kept with easy access to the beach. I like the location as we like to visit both Clearwater and Indian Rocks Beach locations . We will be back.

This is the perfect getaway for 2 people. It’s clean, comfortable & Sally has everything you need! My favorite part was the beach was just a few steps away. Shopping, restaurants & fun activities were just minutes away. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Sally, we enjoyed our stay here very much!!

Excellent property and right on the beach! The owner has everything you’ll need in the unit and I mean everything! The next time we come back to this area we will stay here!

Perfection!
Our stay at this little jewelbox by the sea was breathtaking. Everything was perfection. The beach is literally at your feet, yet a short drive from restaurants and shops. Stocked with everything you need including movies, music and books (which I loved!) The neighbors are wonderful and welcoming. Sally goes above and beyond to make your stay magical. I truly can't thank you enough girl!! We can't wait for our next visit! ❤️🏝️

Came to refresh my batteries and it worked
I needed to find somewhere to hit the reset button and this place worked great for me. Sally was awesome and the place had everything I needed for my stay. Easy access to the beach, nice and quiet at night, towels, supplies for almost everything.... I mean they got you covered. If you got time, read the history of the condo as well. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Fantastic getaway
My daughter and I had a fantastic getaway to Belleair Beach. The condo was in a quiet location steps from the beach! Sally was a wonderful host and loved all the communication!

Mom/Daughter Trip
Sally had everything we needed to begin our stay. The fridge had nice goodies as well as spices in the cabinet, ice in the freezer, cooler, towels, etc. I called Sally the first full day we were there to let her know one of the beach chairs were broken, she brought new ones over the next day…I was so impressed and I’m not easily impressed. Early in and late out was so nice because of the times of our flights. Thank you, Sally…we’ll be back!!!

Great beach getaway
This was the perfect beach getaway. We just went to relax, and this condo was perfect for that. Sally was a great landlord. She sent things to do in case of rainy days and lists of places to eat. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing vacation area
Sally has everything there that you will need for the beach. She is a great communicator and checks on you to be sure all is good. It is a very relaxing area and less crowded. She has beach chairs and an umbrella so you can sit out all day if you want. We saw dolphins in the mornings. It is close to Clearwater and restaurants but very enjoyable being away from the crowd. It felt like home. We will definitely go back again.

Sweet spot on Bellair Beach !
Wow !! Loved this condo. The owners have almost anything you would need already stocked. Right on the beach. Very close to restaurants and Clearwater. Comfortable bed and quiet area. After staying at other places on the island, both the girlfriend and I agree this is the place to stay !

Home away from home
This is truly ‘home away from home’ !!! Sally has thought of literally everything! All you need for this beach adventure is your clothes/swimsuit and toothbrush! Sally has made the best of this cozy space. The whole condo is updated. The view of the beach/gulf from the bedroom was amazing! We felt completely safe at the condo. Sally was the best to deal with. She always was quick to respond to any messages. She reached out a few days before our trip, reached out during our trip and even after! She really cares about your stay and wants you to be comfortable! Wants you to feel like it’s your home! Belleair is a quieter part of the area which was nice. The condo is in a perfect location. The porch always had a wonderful breeze. The beach is just steps away. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets every night. The beaches were clean, soft and beautiful sand. Not very many shells. Always plenty of local birds diving for their meal in the water right in front of you. Water so crystal clear you could see beautiful fish, starfish and sand dollars in waste deep waters. We grocery shopped just 10 mins away on the main land. Had breakfast at a little local restaurant just a few blocks down the road and staff were always amazing: Sandy’s restaurant! There is a convenience store and gas station blocks away. We did venture 2 minutes up the Gulf Blvd for dinner, literally 2 minutes to Clearwater. Parking up there can be a bit tricky but just be patient. We were here in May so traffic wasn’t really bad at all but keep the in mind, what time of year your traveling. Plenty of shops and restaurants in Clearwater. This condo is perfect and the location, in my opinion, was perfect! If you stay here, you most definitely won’t be disappointed! I will definitely be back!! Thank you Sally!

This is an amazing deal, fabulous apartment just a short walk to the beach. The apartment has everything a vacationer could want. It is up dated inside, very cozy. In addition, there is a pool on the property which is great if you want sun without all the people.
