Tastefully decorated with artworks of Belgian and international artists, this spacious 120 SQM2 2 bedrooms is located steps to one of the most sought after squares in Brussels, the Brugman Place. With its stylish restaurants, outdoor bars and boutiques and its handsome art deco buildings, the Brugmann Place is also one of the safest and quietest area in town. Stores, pharmacies, butchers, bakeries, fisheries are all within walking distance. You are at 10 ' walk to the Châtelain and 15' to Louise avenue. This is a lovely apartment in the Southern part of Brussels with surrounded by beautiful homes, apartments, excellent restaurants, totally walkable but with local transit as well to move around the city and see the sights. The apartment was just as described. Art was wonderful! Beds were comfy and we used the kitchen and washer and dryer. The building is super secure and the neighborhood is safe as well. You feel very at home. It’s was perfect for our party of 4 (two couples.). If ever in Brussels again we would definitely plan to stay here. PS: our favorite restaurant was a 3 min walk, Au Savoy and our favorite waiter there was Adrian.

Initially told by the property manager that we had left the property in an immaculate state. We were then charged by the owner the exact maximum for damages to the property after we had left and 24 hours before the window to charge us was closed. We were sent grainy pictures as proof.
Disappointing that the owner simply didn't simply charge €500 more for the stay if that's the price they wanted than to pull this money-grab.

The apartment is large, comfortable and well equipped in a secure building. Transportation is nearby along with restaurants and markets. Host is most accommodating.

A beautiful quiet location within Brussels. Easy access to all the local amenities from transportation to dining. The only issue we had is upon exit. We did not inform the property owner that there was a defective Ed platform and we were charge for the repair of the unit. if you do select any property, I recommend you go through thoroughly review all the amenities and document before accepting. The property owner was outstanding and communication and understanding, but still charge me for repairing the defective bed that does not affect my review I give them a five because of cleanliness, overall location, and the willingness to communicate clearly .

The property was exactly as advertised, very clean and tastefully decorated. It was well equipped with everything we needed and we especially appreciated the laundry facilities and the iron/steamer. The location was centrally located to public transportation and there were many dining options within walking distance.

This is a great apartment in a quiet neighbourhood but with all the amenities you need on your doorstep.
It's a ten minute walk to a tram terminus and from there you're into the city centre in around twenty minutes and to gare du midi in even less.
Apartment had all the facilities we needed and the photos don't do it justice.
I booked car parking as well and that's in a secure underground car park, although there is street parking nearby that you could use.
Our host, Maurice, was great, with really good communication and the property manager, Mona, was excellent. She met us at the property when we arrived and showed us round the apartment at check in, taking time to ensure that we understood everything and that we had no unanswered questions.
My test of a property is whether or not we'd stay there again and we absolutely would!

This is a wonderful apartment in Ixelles. Very much off the tourist beat but well connected by tram and bus. We greatly enjoyed our stay here. THe flat is on the second floor (there's a lift), VERY quiet, very nice balcony for rainy days. Nice cafes and restaurants round the corner. I would warmly recommend it to families and couples without small children.

Could not have been better, a gracious apartment in the charming and elegant area of Ixelles/Uccle. Many embassies in the area but has many small resteraunts and small tree lined squares making a social and comfortable lifstyle.
Could not fault the apartment its cleanliness ( Marie the maid came each week to freshen up the home)
It truly was a home away from our Australian rural property.
Brussels being the centre and Capital of EU made for many day trips

Very nice quiet place to stay. It’s a bit away from city center but there were numerous restaurants, groceries etc., nearby which made it easy to do things in the neighborhood. The owner’s guidebook was very helpful.

Would highly recommend this apartment. Very spacious and light filled with large windows throughout. 2 Bedrooms, spacious living area and kitchen, small terrace. It was warm when we visited and after some miscommunication with our property contact regarding fans, I reached out to the owner and the fans were delivered the next morning. This made our stay very comfortable. Some traffic noise outside of our bedrooms with our windows open but nothing that is unexpected for a city stay. The in-unit laundry was a huge bonus as we did not want to check any luggage with all of the travel issues this summer coming from the U.S.

Amazing apartment
We greatly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It is close to the historic center, which can be easily accessed by tram. The apartment is spacious, very stylishly furnished, and super clean. Maria, the cleaning person did an amazing job. We would also like to thank Mona, the property manager. She was prompt with responding to my emails before our arrival, all our requests were accommodated, and overall Mona was very helpful.
We greatly enjoyed our stay at the property and highly recommend it! We’ll definitely be back!

This apartment was perfect for two couples. There was ample room, very modern amenities and a quiet neighborhood. We did not have a car so I am not sure if there was parking available. Public transportation is necessary if you were exploring the old town. We enjoyed walking the charming neighborhood where the apartment was located.

The superkingsize beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms super modern and practical
The flat also has everything you need for a little bit of inventive cooking using all the fresh ingredients sold at the local market and in the many local deli
The neighbourhood is great with its sophisticated shops, restaurants, wine bars and art nouveau architecture
The flat is also very well located near many transport hubs, tram 3 to the bourse and grand place, tram 7 to the nearby park and green space, tram 92 to the Sablon and Porte Louise, gateway to the flee market and its many antiques shops

Spacious apartment in an upscale Brussels neighborhood
This apartment is very spacious and well appointed with many conveniences. It is in a security building with an elevator. There is no need to climb stairs. It is a short walk to the Metro line 3 which will take you to Brussels Midi station and to Metro line 93 which takes you to Grand Place and to the museums. There are also many fine restaurants in the neighborhood.

First of all I can not express how helpful and accommodating Maurice was during the entire booking process. He was fantastic in assisting and answering my questions especially after I had to re-book when our tour dates got changed.

This apartment far exceeded our expectations. The pictures are exacting. We felt at home.
This apartment is beautiful, well appointed and comfortable.
The location was perfect. Lovely and quiet. Close to the tram stops. Unknowingly conveniently located to the Midi stop where we could travel by train to Bruges, my husband's home town Ninove and accessible to the high speed train which our son and his girlfriend took to Paris to get engaged.
Thanks again for a wonderful stay and allowing me to continue my dream of living like an European.

Wonderful Stay - Beautiful Condo
Our family had a wonderful stay. The Condo is modern and clean. All appliances are new and modern. The location is very convenient.
The owner Maurice was very accommodating, very responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage earlier. Deposit was also returned promptly. Thank you Maurice.

Wonderful location in great apartment
Great location especially if you have uber which got us to all the spots
we wanted to see. Good walking distance to the Horta museum which was central to our trip. Loved the local restaurant called La Canne en Ville which we ate at twice. Well worth the price if you value comfort. When we arrived were greeted by Mona who was very helpful and charming.

First Class Vacation Rental Exceeds Expectations
I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with this rental. The apartment is in top shape and the location is very convenient to the metro and food shopping. I love to cook and this is the best equipped kitchen I have experienced - a major fetish I have is dull knives (I travel with a knife sharpener) and I did not have to use it.
The bedrooms are wonderful, one en-suite and one with the shower next to it - for us not a problem at all. The furnishings are top rate and very comfortable. The sheets and towels were changed mid-way through our one week rental - a real plus! There is a small terrace that allowed us to enjoy the weather. There is a lift (the apartment is on the second floor) which is a plus.
The neighborhood is quiet, safe and shopping & cafes are all within a walking distance. For two couples this is a memorable luxury rental. I would rent this again without hesitation.
