Peninsula Vallarta is a beautiful new 5-star resort that is perfectly located on the beach in the heart of the hotel zone and is just a 10 minute taxi from downtown Puerto Vallarta, the marina or airport. The resort has amenities that include a stunning lobby, and a business/computer center that offers free internet access. An enormous infinity pool overlooks the ocean and mountains and is complete with a full length wading pool perfect for children.
Located on the 12th floor, this condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large master with private ensuite with built-in closets and a jacuzzi tube. The second bedroom has two double beds and a private ensuite as well. Both bedrooms feature floor to ceiling windows with patio doors leading out to a large balcony with a mountain/ocean view to the NE. The third bedroom is perfect for children as it features 2 single beds and another bathroom. All bedrooms feature large flat screen TV's and cable. The condo has 2 large balconies with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table, allowing you to truly enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. This unit has been professionally decorated and comes equipped with a granite and stainless steel kitchen that overlooks an open concept living/dining room all with an incredible ocean view. There are 5 mini-split A/C units in the condo, two for the living room and one in each bedroom. Appliances include a full size fridge with ice and water, halogen cooktop, wall oven, full size washer/dryer, 47 inch flat screen TV's, and a 3 phase ultraviolet water purification system. There is a state of the art workout facility in the building as well.
Just steps away is the Peninsula Mall, adjacent to the complex featuring, Starbucks, banks, currency exchange, ATM's, and lots of boutique shops, restaurants and services. A few blocks north is a full service Grocery Store, and the Galleria Mall, with top of the line stores and shops and the Liverpool Department Store, also a Wal-Mart & Sam's Club.
Close by are the Marina golf courses, boat charters, fishing...etc.

Very spacious condo with large balconies. Front balcony overlooking pool and beach. Rear balcony with beautiful river and mountain view. Stayed here in late Feb 2024 with family of six. We rented a car during our stay and parking space was provided at peninsula. Less than 10min from walmart/ sam's club, grocery stores and marina. We enjoyed our stay at Peninsula very much!

Very dissappointed the condo was dirty and we were told they were just finishing up cleaning so that was a lie i sent pics to the owner. He said he could send cleaners back but no that disrupts our time w/our stuff. The microwave and oven didnt work by manager said well nobody cooks on vacation. Sorry, doesn't matter we paid for a kitchen. None of the TVs in bedrooms worked. Manager said it was an IT issue that she could get someone in but we have to be in condo to wait for them agsin disrupting my vacation. Had to wait for a intoom phone and AC remote batteries. Never got an apology but i didnt become a Karen and get mad. Today i receive a bill for $300 claiming suntan ruined his couch. Unsure if it was my husbands leg but makes me wonder how clean his cleaners really are. Just be mindful when renting from this person you make sure you get everything that you paid for.

We stayed in Tower III, 12B. This condo was really nice. The location is excellent. The property is very well maintained, the grounds are beautiful. Security is tight but they are all very nice and helpful. Check-in was easy, just have your paperwork filled out correctly. The pools are excellent. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas for everyone. The food prices and service are very good. The beach is clean and groomed every day. Condo 12B has unreal views. 12th floor, Tower III, right on the water. Sunset views galore with the ocean on one side, city lights and mountain views on the other side! Waking up to the ocean every morning was awesome. There were just a few hiccups as the jetted tub did not work, the TV/cable never worked (which wasn't a huge deal, we didn't go to PVR to watch TV but after a hard day of lounging by the pool a little Sunday and Monday football would have been nice) and the unit needs a good deep cleaning. Also, the condo appears a little older and just needs some money spent on it to get it to 5 Stars. Some things are just getting old and need some attention. Would it keep me from renting this place again?? No way, the views from this condo are why you want this one. Awesome, beautiful. We had a great time, thanks!

We had a Great experience at Blair’s condo. My family and I enjoyed the place very much. All you need is in there, a lot of extras. The best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen, which pleased my wife very much. The pool awesome! Also the communication with Blair-owner and Lilly-Manager, was also extremely good! Quick responses in general. We will definitely recommend high to friends and family and will be back soon!

There was always plenty of space even with our heightened covid concerns. Hosts helped with any questions or concerns we had pretty much immediately. Couldn't imagine a better week. Estuvimos muy contentos en las vacaciones.
Sin embargo esta propiedad tiene algunos defectos en el mobiliario.
También para mi la limpieza en el sanitario es de suma importancia, pareciera que lo limpian solo de manera superficial.
Sería importante ponerle atención al tema de la luz, muy constantemente se estuvo bajando la pastilla del break y nos quedábamos sin luz, esto puede afectar equipos eléctricos en uso.
la alberca y áreas comunes nos parecieron muy limpias y muy cuidadas.

We were 4 adults and two toddlers and stayed for 9 nights. This was almost perfect but a few hiccups that were frustrating, especially for the high price we paid. First of all, we told the owner ahead of time that we needed a playpen and he confirmed he had one, but it wasn't ready when we arrived and turns out, after the property manager Lilly investigated, that it was in the other unit so we could only access it the following day, and it was broken. Lilly went to buy one for us right away, but we wished the owner had let Lilly know ahead of time so we would not have wasted our time trying to find it and then trying to assemble a broken playpen.
Then the fridge, which was already not looking super clean and the veggie drawers were broken, didn't work properly and we wasted an entire fridge worth of food. Maintenance guy was promptly called and fixed the fridge, but turned out the fridge was not fixed and we lost even more food (and groceries are not cheap in PV!). We got a "sorry for the inconvenience" and no offer to refund the money lost from the spoiled food and the fact that we had to eat out a lot more than planned. The fridge should get replaced after we leave so hopefully this problem is solved for future visitors. Also, we got 4 days of bad weather and were sad to find out the cable TV did not work. Except for that, the complex itself is nice, friendly staff, great pool, nice beach, we enjoyed the beach equipment found in the apartment too, spotted dolphins from the balcony a couple of times. The apartment is very spacious but a few old stuff need to be replaced for example the lounge chair on the balcony is broken, the dishwasher needs to be on the long 2.5hr cycle to clean anything, and the dryer takes forever to dry clothes (and we couldn't find anything to hang clothes to dry on the sunny balcony). Also we found some dishes/cutlery that were not very clean in the cupboard/drawers. Overall we had a great time but hoped for better attention to details for the price.

Ocean Paradise in Puerto Vallarta
We spent three weeks enjoying this wonderful condo and have already reserved it for next year. It's very nicely furnished throughout with comfortable beds and good linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. We only used air conditioning at night in the bedroom since there is a delightful breeze blowing all day through the condo. The pool is wonderful and there is a little snack bar that takes care of the pool guests. The location of the condo is perfect for enjoying the beach, dining on the patio or heading out for dinner. Lots of shopping and dining options very close by. All in all, a perfect condo, a great place to vacation and we can't wait to return!

Peninsula PV was a beautiful place and was clean and comfortable and secure. Will definitely stay again if in PV. Lilly was very helpful in planning and organizing excursions and providing recommendations. Staff at Peninsula PV was amazing (especially security guard Javier).

Beautiful Property
Just spent a week at the Peninsula and were very impressed with the condo and the staff. The condo is very well furnished with everything that you will need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking and drinking needs. They even have a large rolling cooler that you can take down to the pool area. Bedrooms are large with soft beds and both rear bedrooms have their own in suite bathrooms. Tower 3 is closest to the beach and the sound of the waves just made for a relaxing time. Location is great, 10 minutes from the airport, groceries are a short drive away and downtown Malecon is just a short drive south. We used Uber to get around and it was cheaper than using cabs. The pool is enormous, staff keeps it super clean and we spent most of our days in the pool making use of the boogie boards in the room. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend.

This Peninsula condominium was prefect for our family. Furnishings are very nice and there is an amazingly beautiful view. The owners were responsive to all inquiries and made sure our visit was lovely. We will be back soon.

Lilly, the property manager, is so helpful in everything you need or with activities for your stay. The property is super clean & well maintained as well as very safe & secure. Fantastic location, fantastic Condo!
We just returned home from a really nice trip. The condo was everything and more than we needed. The beach location was perfect and the staff at the condo was incredibly friendly. Very quiet beach location, always had access to the beach chairs and always plenty of room at the pool. There were plenty of places within easy walking distance to eat, drink and shop. We wandered around both day and night, and always felt very safe. Very friendly people in PV.
The Condo itself had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked for all our cooking needs, the furniture and beds were plenty and very comfortable. We never once needed the AC because the ocean breeze was perfect and cool. Watching the whales, dolphins and boats from the nice deck was a highlight.
When we return to PV, we will absolutely Stay right here!

This was our first time to PV and we loved it! The property was beautiful. The condo furnishings and amenities were exactly what our family of 6 was looking for. We'll definitely be back and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you for a great vacation!
Gave our stay 5 stars even though the 3rd bedroom (with two twin beds) didn't have a cold air conditioning unit. Not sure if it wasn't working properly or just doesn't blow cold air. We adjusted by keeping the air on in the family room and the bedroom door open overnight. It worked out well for us, but wanted to mention in case you bring 3 couples and one is found in a room without a local cold air unit. Would still go back tomorrow if we could.

Amazing unobstructed views
We stayed in Blair's condo from the end of Jan to the beginning of Mar 2017. Blair was flexible with the contract terms which was appreciated since the Cdn dollar was quite low. When we arrived at Peninsula 12C it was clean and spacious with amazing unobstructed views. We loved watching fireworks, parachutists, dolphins and whales from the balcony. We found the bed, living room and balcony furniture all comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all that was required for cooking for a longer period. I was glad I had brought a small digital alarm clock as there was not a single clock in the condo. We did not use the air once. A nice breeze flowed between the front and back balcony during the day and with the ceiling fans in the evenings the condo was always cool enough. We had no problems in the condo. The dishwasher was quiet, always hot water and the WiFi was fast and reliable although only in the main living areas of the condo, it was not available in the back bedroom areas or back balcony. We were also pleasantly surprised by how well the electric bbq worked. The Peninsula complex resembles an all inclusive resort. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The heated infinity pool is huge and never seemed crowded. We spent most days on the beach where there were quite large waves. Unfortunately, we noticed mid Feb saving chairs on the beach was starting very early. We bought cheap plastic flip flops for walking the beach as we found parts were rough and rocky. The condo is situated in between the marina and downtown. Both were easily accessed by very cheap buses. Within a 10 min walk to the left of the condo is a large Sorianna's grocery store, a further 10 min is a Walmart. To the right is another Sorianna's in a mall and about 2.5 k's a Costco and Mega all these stores are also on the bus line. Within a couple days we could easily navigate around Puerto Vallarta. We were happy staying outside of the downtown area, taking a bus or cab there for dinners and exploring but coming back to the openness of this condo. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again myself or recommend it.

Beautiful, modern, spacious, and well located condominium
The condominium is a sprawling and modern 3 bedroom, 3 bath space with amazing balconies overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the gorgeous wading/infiniti pool on the ground floor of the beautiful Penninsula Vallarta towers.
Great location that's central to both downtown Vallarta, the marina (where a lot of tours leave from), north Vallarta, and a short 10 minute ride from the airport.
Blair was very responsive and his property manager Lilly, who helped us book tours and deal with an unfortunate door lock issue, was extremely friendly and helpful. The Penninsula Vallarta staff - guards, concierge, cleaning ladies - are all extremely friendly and helpful as well.
Finally would like to note that the security at Penninsula Vallarta is really exceptional. No one is allowed on the site without clearing security or without a valid access card.
All in all a great stay in beautiful Puerto Vallarta in a beautiful condominium at a fabulous location.

We were thrilled with our suite. So spacious, clean, and bright. Lovely ocean view and friendly staff. the pool was immaculate and had a lovely shallow pool for little ones, so you didn't have to be in the water all the time iwth them. It was great as so handy to downtown and great beach too. Surf was reasonable, so swimming in the water was possible.
Great family condo!
We are hoping to return and are telling all our family and friends about it.

Awesome gettaway for Canadian Thanksgiving!!
What can I say, the Peninsula development and location are amazing. Literally steps to the sandy beach, massive infinity pool, and a Starbucks out front in the mall. The condo is huge, actually more space than we needed, very well put together with modern furniture and décor. Comfy beds, top notch appliances, and a great work out room on the main floor. This condo has it all...we will be back for sure. Highly recommended.
