This is why you want to choose our unit over others? Join me as I tell you all about our beautiful condo at Emerald Beach Resort.......
Our One Bedroom One Bath Condo is almost 800 square feet.. We have a neutral beach theme throughout which is comforting and easy on the eyes so you can relax the entire time! It features a cozy bedroom with king size bed and top of the line pillow top mattress along with high thread count sheets , and luxury bedding as well as comfortable pillows. The bedroom is furnished with a large dresser with plenty of storage, as well as a nightstand.. We have thoughtfully placed a 40" Flat screen TV with with streaming content in the bedroom as well. The bathroom is decorated in a beach theme and has plenty of towels and space for everyone. There are two bunks in the hallway alcove that offer comfortable bedding and high thread count sheets as well. In the living room, overlooking the ocean is a queen size sleeper sofa. The living room 42" flat screen TV is also set up for streaming content, for those lazy days or late night popcorn events!

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and GE Profile appliances. It also features a breakfast bar with three bar stools. There is a beautiful glass dining table for enjoying meals. The curtains in the living room are custom made to keep light out when needed. There is a laundry closet in the hallway that has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The balcony is huge and has comfortable seating for everyone to see those magnificent Gulf front views of the beach and ocean. Our condo is also NOT directly over the pool which is nice for noise concerns.

And best of all...Beach Chair Service is included with your booking! You'll have access to two lounge chairs and an umbrella during your entire stay that coincides with the seasonal applicability (March 15 - October 31).

Emerald Beach Resort has many Amenities and Things to do!
1) State of the art fitness center.
2) Starbucks on site!
3) SKY BAR
4) Three pools. Two hot tubs. One heated beachfront pool with hot tub and a Tiki Bar. The secluded zero entry kids pool, second adult pool and hot tub, and concession stand are located adjacent to Starbucks and Sunsations sundry shop on the other side of the resort.
5) Kids calendar is posted daily with fun activities. (These are Wyndham sponsored events. Ask for permission to participate).

There are many places to eat and shop within walking distance of the Resort. Pier Park is only one mile away and features many top name restaurant chains and shops. There are also Amusement Parks and attractions as well as a movie theater.

Adults and families only! If your are a parent renting a place for your teenagers to stay alone....please select another unit. We require the booking renter to occupy the unit during the booking. Groups found without the booking renter will be removed immediately, without a refund, and damage deposit will forfeited.

* Entire balance due at time of booking.
* Cancellations will incur a credit card charge back fee.
* Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.
* This is a "NON SMOKING" and "NO PETS" unit.
* NO RENTERS UNDER THE AGE OF 25. Age verification is required and will be verified at time of booking.

* Resort arm bands included in rental must be worn at all times while using pools and hot tubs.

We had a great time staying here! The view was amazing and we loved all of the amenities the property had to offer! The unit was very clean and had everything we need to feel right at home. The king bed was very comfortable and we loved that we had a washer and dryer in the condo! We were in walking distance to a lot of different restaurants, an ice cream shop and a few stores! We utilized the gym everyday and it was great! The parking garage is connected to the resort and that made it so nice to be able to leave and return with ease! Todd & Tara were very accommodating with any questions or concerns we had! We Loved this property and would definitely stay here again and we will recommend it to friends and family!

Had a wonderful stay with my family at this location. Little sandy floor when we arrived understanding since beachfront but well kept and organized. No complaints beside someone entering without our consent while out. Owners explained miscommunication with his cleaner besides that we would definitely stay again.

We stay here every year. It is our favorite place to come. Todd and Tara are awesome to work with. Their place is super clean and we look forward to it every year. Our kids love leaving some beach toys because they know they will be there when we arrive. Thank you for sharing your place.

My family of four had the absolute best time vacationing here. The unit & the resort are both top notch. The unit is very clean & well stocked. My girls were especially excited to discover the family game cabinet & beach toys. We also enjoyed the TVs having Netflix & Disney profiles that we could use. The resort does a great job at checking arm bands and maintaining very clean pools. The grills are also great. You can easily reserve a grill at the fron desk and they even provide you with foil sheets, pans, & a spatula. The grill next to the zero entry pool was our favorite because the kids could play while we cooked. The location is within walking distance of so many restaurants. Sharkey's was our favorite. Alvins island is right across the street and Walmart is a short drive away. Overall, we'll definitely consider staying again.

We usually go to Siesta Key but wanted a shorter drive and beachfront for a change. This place had great views from the balcony. Sunsets from the beach and sunrises from the bedroom made it even better.

We enjoyed our stay as the condo was clean, comfortable, decorated tastefully, and had an amazing view. Todd and Tara were friendly and great communicators. The washer/dryer in unit and the designated beach chairs/umbrealla were a huge plus! The resort grounds were clean and offered nice amenities for guests; there were even grocery carts at the front desk which helped tremendously getting groceries to the condo. Would definitely stay in this unit again and recommend to others!

We had an amazing stay, the view was spectacular. The condo was clean, and exactly what the listing advertised. The host was very quick to respond to questions!! We would stay here again!! The free beach service was KEY!! We didn't have to drag beach chairs and and umbrella around.

We had a wonderful month at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect - easy walking distance to a number of highly rated restaurants, right down the road from Pier Park, centrally located along the main resort area on the beach. The check-in was easy, the unit was very clean and tastefully decorated in a modern beach theme, the appliances and the furnishings were newer and tasteful, the bed was very comfortable. Right on the beach with beautiful gulf views. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions or concerns. Staff in the building and in the lounge were very friendly. Highly recommend this unit for anyone considering staying in the area.

This is our second time staying in this building. The building and our condo was very clean. The location is close to everything so if you dont want to drive you can walk. We enjoy the restaurants close to this condo. The cleanliness and location is what brought us back for the second time.

Our family loves this condo. We always stay here! There are two different pools, ice cream on site and beachfront all in one. We only left our condo one day during our stay. The rest of the time we enjoyed the beach and pool. We look forward to staying again in the future.

The unit had a great view and was overall clean. Hotel staff didn’t seem too concerned with nagging about much which was nice. It was nice having a washer and dryer especially with kids. Great places to eat in walking distance! Runaway island is a must of you like seafood!

The property and condo were very nice. The ocean is stunningly beautiful and sand is pristine. The beach is very crowded, though and it’s hard to find a quiet spot. Also the main street running behind the condo building is very very noisy. That being said, our unit and the owners we worked with were great!! We had a very nice two weeks.

The condo is as described. Very clean and comfortable. The resort has convenient parking and access to the beach. We did not use the sky bar but it has nightly music bingo or karaoke, which looked fun. There are good restaurants near by and the Walmart is a few blocks away. We only had nice weather for a few days and having the beach chairs for those days was certainly a plus! We would stay at this condo/resort again.

The unit was very clean. There is everything you need! Very comfortable beds. My kids loved the bunk beds. Sofa sleeper also very comfortable. The view from balcony- amazing! Beach chairs and umbrella rental included in the room price was a great addition!!!! Brach pool was heated for few days only but the back pool was heated all the time. Walk in distance to restaurants. Few minutes drive to Target and Walmart . It is a great place to stay!!!

This condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items and appliances. The view from the living room and outside deck was beautiful! The front side of condo, which is the bedroom, faced a busy street, which at times had loud traffic sounds. We had a problem when we got to the condo, the owner forgot to send us the door code, but it was resolved. Overall we had a nice stay in the Panama City Beach area, we thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous seafood!
