CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was stocked. Condo decorated beautifully. We did notice under all the mattresses was plywood. I’m assuming to make mattresses firmer. I thought that was odd and would think that since we’re paying so much the beds would be a little bit more comforter. The master bedroom bed was super low. Me and my husband made jokes about how we felt like we were in a sleeping bad and had to actually reach up to get something off the night stand. Other than the beds we truly enjoyed everything else

The views from the balconies are the best in OBA.
The unit is super clean and well appointed.
Property management was attentive, but didn't "overcommunicate".

We had a great vacation at Turquoise Place! Beautiful beach and not too crowded for our stay. We enjoyed the lazy river the most! The condo was very spacious. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and one child to be completely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans. We plan on returning!!!

Great Family Stay
This condo is super for a large family. Plenty of room for the 14 of us to spread out. Everything was super clean. There were multiple pools and a lazy river, as well as organized activities for kids staying at Turquoise Place. The children loved it all.
I could not asked for a better response from the management company when a problem arose. The grill on the patio only had two burners working. They were able to get the part and fix it the next day. All curtains were extremely difficult to close to the point of being concerned we were going to pull them down. It was necessary to close them because the rooms got the sun and were burning hot during the day. I would suggest they do some tinting to the windows and get insulated drapes. The freezer quit working but was fixed when the part came in. It was also noted there were no hooks for hanging towels or clothes, etc...
For the most part these things were minor. I would stay in this unit again. I asked my family what would they change and all I got were "crickets" except for the few problems I noted above.

Seven of us girls stayed here for three nights for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect getaway. There was more than enough room and enough amenities for everyone’s needs. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave, and decided to try to make it an annual girls trip! Highly recommend.

Excellent place! Very clean and well stocked with anything we needed to cook with! Having a grill and hot tub on the patio was certainly a very big bonus! Communication with management was top notch!! Love their texting system! My questions were always replied to in a matter of seconds!! The only negative I found would be the parking situation. This condo is huge, there was only 2 parking passes allowed at $40 each, our 3rd pass ended up costing $150. With a place that large there should be 3 passes allotted for the $40. Don’t want to end on a negative note, it was an amazing place, we were very blessed to have had such a wonderful week!!!🙏♥️

Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again if we go back to Orange Beach. If your ultimate goal is to be on the beach, this is a quick walk out the back to do so.
