Located on Mustang Island where the beaches are less travelled. Built in 2007 , the Addison Bailey was professionally designed, built, decorated, and landscaped. You won't find another house like it on the island. Great for families, family reunions, corporate retreats, or just one of your best vacations ever. You will love this house "I Promise". House is equipped with 2 kings, 6 queens, and 1 single. 4 Flat screen tv's, full utility room, whirlpool tub in master, 7 person hot tub on deck. Granite and soapstone counter tops throughout. Jennair appliances. This house is an upside down house with main living and kitchen upstairs and a 2nd living downstairs. Bed layout is: Downstairs Bedroom #1 has 4 queens (two queen bunk beds), Downstairs Bedroom #2 has one king, foyer has 1 single bed, and downstairs living has a queen murphy bed. Upstairs front bedroom #3 has a queen, Upstairs bedroom #4 master has a king.

We had extended family all meet in Port Aransas, and this house was perfect for adults and teenagers. The proximity to the beach was great. Dana was great in accommodating our needs. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future if we return to Port A.

This home is perfect for a large group and has enough space for two families to have two separate floors to themselves. It is a beautiful home that has been very well maintained and has lots of little touches. Dana is a gracious and attentive host and was very helpful when we had questions and responsive when a challenge arose even over a holiday weekend. She made everything right and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. We will be staying here again!!

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed this beautiful house. The listing was accurate and the house was what we expected and more! This house was conveniently located near restaurants and stores. It was also nice to have beach access from the property! We look forward to staying again in the future.

We gathered to celebrate a beach wedding for my daughter. Family plus a few close friends were able to enjoy the wedding plus serious relaxation time. The place was perfect. The host was wonderful. I could not have asked for a better location. I really appreciate how easy everything went and how well the house lived up to all our hopes and expectations. We created some wonderful memories.

Great house! 15 of us stayed ranging in age from 80-4. Plenty of room for everyone! Short walk to the beach. Very close to beach access if you choose to drive. AC works amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful home that looks even better in person. Plenty of amenities with a beach in a quick walking distance. Pool is close also. Host was a attentive and easy to contact. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first time staying at this location for our annual family trip. We had a party of 14 and had plenty of room for everyone. The house came equipped with all amenities and even had an electric fryer to have a fish fry! House was very clean and hot tub was great! Close to the boardwalk and also a short driving distance from the beach so the location is awesome. Only issue I had was that the washer was broke when we first checked in which was communicated to us by the owner and was fixed my Wednesday! Owner was very responsive by text as well! Overall, loved the experience and we will be booking again!

The house is beautiful and big, the pictures don't do it justice. There is more room than you think. It is so close to the beach, the walk is maybe 10 minutes. And it has everything, I mean it is stocked with almost everything you would need for a beach trip. The homeowner was very nice and easy to work with. The house is very very clean. If we have another beach family reunion, I would love to have it here again.

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful location! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, relax by the pool, and have after dinner chats in the hot tub. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. It was nice being between Port A and Corpus to allow more dining and shopping options! Look forward to coming back!

We had a group of 16, 4 families. There was amble amount of room for all of us to be comfortable. This home was perfect, the owners have truly thought of everything to make your stay a breeze! The location to the beach and the pool were fantastic and the hot tub to end the night was just what us adults needed! The Addison Bailey was absolutely perfect for our large group!!! it has EVERYTHING you need and then some! Mustang Island is absolutely beautiful and the pool in the neighborhood was a great spot to jump in after coming in from the beach. Highly recommend this property for family and friend gatherings!

Amazing beach home!

This house is amazing! Like others have said, pictures don’t do it justice! It was very clean and had everything we needed! We had 17 family members from ages 5 to 61 and everyone had the best time! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all, and the pool was great when you wanted a day of just relaxing in the water with no sand! The hot tub was a big hit as well! We really enjoyed the open living room and kitchen area so we could all be together while we cooked and ate and played games! Our host Dana was great as well!! We highly recommend this home for your next beach vaca to Port Aransas!!

The house is incredible. The rooms are so big and the beds are very comfortable. The upstairs kitchen is fully stocked and the views from the top floor are beautiful. Both the pool and the beach are very close to the house. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Like previous reviews say, the pictures do not do this house or neighborhood justice. Our family had a wonderful stay, the beds were comfortable, we cooked most of our meals outside on the grill (bring your bug spray), and walked back and forth to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a blender. Kiddos loved the community pool and the hot tub! There were plenty of towels and the outdoor shower next to the garage was great to rinse with and even had a hot water setting. I just loved the boardwalk to the beach and how less travelled this part of the beach is. There is vehicle beach access nearby, so we were able to easily drive our truck with our canopy and fishing gear onto the beach. My sister slept on the downstairs Murphy bed and said it was noisy, but that was the only complaint. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We look forward to visiting again and will absolutely recommend this rental to friends!

We just stayed at the Addison Bailey for Memorial Day Weekend and like other reviewers have said, the home is much nicer in person! The pictures do not do it justice at all and we were all very impressed with the home. There were approximately 20 of us who stayed and the home accommodated us all very comfortably. The house is an upside down set up with the kitchen and main living room upstairs and an additional living room downstairs with two bedrooms. There is also a Murphy bed in the downstairs living room which worked out perfectly for the kids. The home is a short walk to the beach and also has a neighborhood pool that was nice to swim in after the beach. The downstairs porch has a really nice hot tub that can fit about 5 or 6 adults at once. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, affordable home to stay in while in Port Aransas or Corpus Christi. Dana was also an amazing host and available at any time to answer questions or address any issues. Although, our stay was problem free for the most part! Thank you so much Dana and family for sharing your beautiful home with us!
