Ski View Condominiums are so well known amongst people who love coming to Red River for their vacation! These have so much to offer such as great views, the massive community deck allowing guests the perfect place to relax, and enjoy the amazing weather Red River has to offer. Use the Ski Views community gas BBQ grills (Gas Cylinder provided, courtesy of Red River Real Estate, and Ski View Association) to show off your grill skills! The Ski View Condos are right off Main Street making them perfect for any guests to wanting to walk through the town stopping at the many stores and restaurants. You are even in easy walking distance to the Ski and Summer Area. Enjoy the commons area that is provided by the Ski View Condos, a great place for anyone wanting to get away and watch some TV, play games, or even do laundry with the coin-operated washer/dryer that is able to be used by all Ski View guests. Even though these units are Condo's, step through the front doors and be amazed at how roomy this units truly are! They are so spacious that it is a better choice than a lodge or a hotel! Ski View Condo 2 is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom that is located on the upper level of the Ski View Condos. Walkthrough the front door and you will be instantly greeted by the open living room, dining area, and kitchen. In the living room, you will have plenty of seating for everyone in your party comfortably. Two of the sofas in the living room are sleeper sofas and can be pulled out to make queen beds and still leave plenty of room to get around the home! Sit back and enjoy sitting by the wood-burning fireplace and the large flat-screen TV and DVD player, giving the guests the option to watch satellite or movies brought from home! The Ski Views also provide free WiFi for guests to use during their stay! In the dining area, you will have a nice sized table to enjoy your meals and have extra seating arrangements at the kitchen bar. Guests love the open kitchen so they don't have to be secluded while cooking, they can still be right in the action! Since this unit is on the top floor you will have a door leading from the living room onto the balcony where you can sit and enjoy the views that Red River has to offer! Walk back through the hallway and you will see a bedroom to the right side and the left side. The bedroom to the right is equipped with a king bed and a TV. The second bedroom to the left also has a queen bed. These rooms give you plenty of room making it extremely comfortable! These condos are truly one of Red River's most lovable places. Enjoyed the comfortable accomodations during a summer visit, good location, and nice view of the mountain from the balcony. Some street noise with the windows open but that's just Red River in the summer with 4wd buggies and motorcycles cruising around. Note this unit has 2 flights of stairs (not a problem for us)

Overall pleased with the rental. The bedrooms are pretty small and one shower does not work well. When booking, I didn’t think to check whether it had air conditioning and it was rather warm during our stay in July.

I would stay here again, but would check on the shower issue beforehand. One of the two showers worked. They sent someone to check on the shower that was not working and his response was “it’s just finicky.” Well.. it really needs a new faucet. You were either taking an extremely hot shower or freezing cold. If you got it in-between, you lost pressure. It was inconvenient when you had 5 people taking showers each night. Other than that, everything was great.

SkiView #2 condo is perfect! It is so warm and cozy feeling inside...just like you are at home. The view of the moutain and ski slope was amazing. We enjoyed watching all of the deer on the mountain. Location is ideal to shopping, eateries, and even some nature trail walking. Loved having assigned parking. We were in a Corvette and no issues with getting in there with a low profile car. Will definitely stay there again.

Very nice, large open area very comfortable to have guest over, could easily sit 19 people in the large area. Only two bedrooms, but very nice. I'd stay here again.

We stayed here in June 2022. The property is very clean, comfortable, and spacious. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need to cook a meal. One bedroom had a king size bed and the other had a queen. The location is at the end of the downtown strip. It is an upstairs corner unit, so when the blinds were open, the view was spectacular. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Red River!

Red River is a quaint town of friendly folks that feel like family. The condo is a lot like staying at your favorite cousins place…. Beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. While the kids snowboarded, we put puzzles together and cooked full dinners. Every amenity promised was top notch with added homey touches - it is clear that this condo is not a cold motel. What I love is that the details are exactly what a great caring host who has actually stayed in the unit would need. When you get the itch- just do it. Call NOW, reserve the condo you will not regret it. Unless of course, we have already reserved for next Thanksgiving. Best Regards- from Arizona

We returned to Red River and liked the Ski View property so well we decided to stay there again. We weren't disappointed! The lay out is great and works well for 2 couples as we both had bedrooms and full baths. We're looking forward to our next stay here! Jimmy

Property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Only issue was the stairs for this flat lander. Got easier after a couple of days. Great view of the mountains. Loved sitting out on the balcony with my morning cup of coffee.

The property had a beautiful view. It was very clean. Very comfortable. Loved the king size bed, don't find that in many properties. The only bad thing was the stairs. Stairs to get to the property and stairs to get to the front door. About 45 to 60 stairs in all. It is definitely not Handicap accessible.

My wife and I went to Red River for a weekend getaway and had a great time! We really enjoyed the condo and it became our base as Covid didn't allow for indoor dining. So we made the best of it and brought food back to the room and would eat there and enjoy the view of the mountain and slopes. We had a problem with the door code when we arrived, but the property manager answered immediately and got us in in no time. The place was very nice, clean, and safe. The views are beautiful! We will definitely be staying there again.

The property was great. I do think it would be helpful to add a warning about the steep stairs to access the unit. One of our family members is recovering from a stroke and it was difficult for him to manage the stairs.

The property was very neat and tidy and had a very home like feel to it. I only have one small complaint it was nothing major and I may have been doing it wrong, but the shower knob in the bathroom with the tub didn’t seem to work properly. You had to turn it clockwise to turn the water on and cold was in the 3 o’clock position and hot was in the 9 o’clock position. The knob starts at the 9 o’clock and never had any to very little water at the 12 and full water pressure at the 3 but it was the cold side and never got hot. But I wasn’t upset because there was just a shower in the other bathroom but want to make you aware so it can be fixed! And like I said I may have been doing something wrong. But above all the stay was great and much needed after working 82 nights straight! I will definitely go back to this place and stay again!

We LOVED the property and felt as though we had the best view of any property in Red River! It is a second-story corner unit that looks right out on to all the beauty of the slopes. It was close to everything, easy parking, clean, great TV channels for movie-watching. Big living area to spread out all the gear. Easy to access to the lifts. Property managers checked in on us during our stay to ensure everything was going well. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed so much our stay at Ski View Condo #2 this past week. The location was close to the ski resort and we loved the view we had of the mountains from all of the windows in the condo. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals there. We had a very special visit with our grandson in Red River and we hope to return next year with more of our family.
