About this house rental

Beautifully decorated mid-century modern home. Fully equipped with everything your family will need for their beach stay. Sleeping arrangements include two upstairs king ensuites with private deck (one king room has a single bed couch, the other has an extra single bed), 2 queen bedrooms & a media room couch, which converts to a full size bed. Lower and upper decks to enjoy the ocean views with your family and a backyard for kids and pets. Home comes with fully stocked kitchen, linens and toiletries.

From ziploc bags to kids toys the house really was setup with everything you could need. Board games, DVD's, books, blankets you name it they had it. The view of the ocean from the deck is amazing! The neighborhood is a little run down, but we never had any issues. I would recommend it for proximity to the Redwoods and the beautiful beach right out front.

My family and I had a brief stop in Crescent City of visit Redwood National and State Parks. This was the perfect location for this visit. We loved the layout and the furnishings of the home. It was very clean and it was steps away from the ocean to see the gorgeous sunset. I only wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely rent this home again if we come back to the area!

We stayed with a larger group for our elopement and everyone was comfortable. The house was fun and lot better than the photos represent. The kitchen felt fully stocked. You could walk right to the beach. The backyard was large and both decks were nice to hang out on.

The location and decor of the home are as advertised and what we found upon arrival. Convenient to our adventures in the redwoods. Wish there would have been the hot tub that was advertised, we booked this home over another one specifically for that reason. Easy to walk to beach for beautiful sunsets.

This home is perfect for a larger group as far as bedrooms, sitting areas and bathrooms. Although, the main living room needs a tv. It's located in a quiet neighborhood mirror the light houses, the cheese factoryand a quick drive to town. The backyard is large and beautiful. And since this is a pet friendly home, it was perfect for the dog. We even had a couple of deer come and visit. My biggest complaint is that there are not window coverings on one of the upstairs bedrooms. So that was slightly inconvenient, especially in the morning with the sunrise. We will absolutely stay here again without question and would highly recommend this property!

Enjoyed our stay at this house. Close to the beach and stores and restaurants. We stayed here so we could visit the Redwoods. And we were only a few minutes from the Trees of Mystery. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Had every thing we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend it.

We stayed for a week with 3 different families and the house was perfect. Each family had a bathroom with showers in them. Was happy to find a bathtub for the little ones upstairs. Kitchen was beautiful and walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved spending the evening on the top deck and watched the sunsets. Would definitely go back. Beds were comfy and well which is always a bonus.

The beach is right across the street and the sunsets are gorgeous. The house is delightful-- it has a beach vibe and lots of room to spread out and visit in smaller groups. Really enjoy this site and have come back several times.

Great location, comfortable beds, nice views. The kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as we had hoped e.g. wine key/bottle opener, non plastic dishes, dish sponge, garbage bags, paper towels etc. but we made do. We had a great time.

This property was as advertised and perfect for our visit. There were 6 adults and the layout and amenities were just great. We used the home as a base to explore the Redwood parks and it was very convenient. The access to walk the beach and explore the tide pools at low tide was simply a bonus for us! The neighborhood was very peaceful and traffic was not a problem at all. The kitchen was very clean and fully equipped. The bathrooms were clean and spacious with plenty of towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed in Crescent City for a family wedding in the redwoods. Property nice location with view of ocean from balcony. Clean and comfortable. We were thankful for the extras like paper products, sandwich bags, coffee for Keurig. Kayak trip down Smith River and rested in the sunlight on the balcony with a good book. We enjoyed this property very much... The house & backyard were much bigger than expected based on the photos which was a bonus as we could spread out and have downtime in between our adventures. The location of the property was EXCELLENT. It's in a good neighborhood with great access to the coast and Redwoods. The only thing that we felt could have been upgraded were the mattresses. There are always opinions about what's better (soft or firm) but this was more about the quality or just that they were well used by previous guests and it was time to change them out. That's an easy fix and will enhance our next trip to the area. I have already told my sister about the property as she is interested in visiting the Redwoods and I was happy to recommend! Lastly, the communication with the owners/management was easy and generous. They had a robust recommendation list for restaurants and activities and it was much appreciated.

Met the family for a few days of big trees, tide pools, great food, and lots of Lego. The house has tons of space, close to lots of good sights, great places to hang out together, but enough to spread out when needed. Everything worked well, and everything we needed (and much more) was provided. We all could have stayed much longer.

Family assembled from three directions for a holiday weekend gathering at this great coast property. Kitchen facilities were up to the task and the dining table easily accommodated eight people. A freebie bottle of wine each day was a nice bonus! Great access for walks along the coast, and the scenery pics on the listing are legit - the living room and balcony both have visibility to a very scenic stretch of coastline.

Large house with beautiful views. The balcony on the second floor is the best spot for relaxation and views. The house has an abundance of plates, bowls, kitchen supplies. The two master bedrooms upstairs are huge. The only drawback is the town had many closed restaurants or close very early. Plan your meals at home for the most part. This likely could be due to Covid.

The house is a third house in from the coast line. A short walk to a gorgeous beach. Kids spent hours digging in the pebbles, looking just for the right ones. Great spot for satellite hiking trips in the redwoods or swimming in smith river. The house is spacious. We were a group of 5 and we had plenty to room. The master beds were comfy. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped. My only suggestion would be to replace the plastic dishes with china and add more silverware. We would definitely stay here and again and would recommend this place to friends. Our little goldendoodle girl agrees! Thank you for letting us stay at your house!
