I'm so saddened to say that the staff wasn't true to her word
When we arrived at the hotel, my wife realized that she forgot to bring her credit card she used when booking and paying the hotel through booking.com last February 2023. Consequently, Laurin, the front desk staff asked her to use another card, and will be fully refunded a day after. Everyday, my wife asked her the refund, never happened. It has been closed to two weeks now, still my wife hasn't received the refund. I'd appreciate it if booking.com can help us on this. Please ask Assaraya to send the refund immediately. She paid the hotel in February 2023 through booking.com, and May 2023 when we arrived using another card. It was a double payment.

We had a room with a really great view!! The room was spacious and the owner was super friendly and welcoming. The room was well equipped also with a fridge, a kettle and some cups and plates. We could use the AC to heat up the room in the evening which was nice.

Excellent Room condition, staff was very helpful and friendly.
Our day guide Dana was very helpful and informative. Day was well spent with her in Bethlehem. She has taken us to Church of Nativity, Milk Grotto, and local shops.
Ede the owner was very friendly and helped to arrange our trips.
We have booked for breakfast as well. It would be nice to have different variety for breakfast. Having same breakfast daily was bit boring.

Staff were unhelpful, almost verging on being rude. Wrong information given about the trains to the airport. None of the staff smiled, or looked at me when talking. They were either starting at the computer or their mobile phones. The impression they gave was,"oh well now that you are here we will deal with you but you are interfering with our important work".

good location, the bed sheets were clean
very disappointed from the room, it’s 360° different from the pictures, no LED as the pictures, old door (easy to break) , old and small bathroom and shower with disgusting green and black marks, whats make me angry is the difference between the room I ordered and the room I received

Absolutely nothing- Very unclean!
The manager treated us very poorly and the room was beyond unclean. There was a plastic wrap over the fire alarm (fire hazard)!! We asked to cancel the last 2 out of 5 nights of our paid reservation because the hotel was not up to standard health conditions (food crumbs under the bed) we noticed bug bites the 2nd night, and the shower was so corroded we didn't want to use it without our sandals on. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The manager refused to refund us the 2 nights and we had to pay for all 5 nights even though we checked out early because of the bed bug bites. Then we had to find another hotel.

Over price , the price which we paid is no matching with the level of room and hotel
No room service after 3 PM . we requested to clean the room by unfortunately the hotel team informed us they left
no telephone inside room .
old furniture .
overall I’m not recommending any one to stay as the prices overstated the actual deserve price

This reservation was booked incorrectly online should have been Bethlem PA, USA 🇺🇸 not this hotel in another part of the world. So payment was made directly to hotel & hotel confirmation # was sent with contract info. Tried several times to fix no response from hotel through text. They could communicate with my email but I couldn’t respond with information they provided.
There was no communication between myself the HOTEL but Booking.com WASN’t Available at ALL to ME to Assist with the situation. Some form of refund which would include penalties take out for 1 or 2 nights not the FULL Amount paid in TOTAL over 1 thousand dollars for a mistake that could have been handled ( Professionally ). Nothing like what actually happened.

I was not informed that my reservation was over and i was charged an extra day and I paid the extra day's fare like the reservation fare in booking even though it was external and not calculated on booking

I loved how the receptionist was very very welcoming and very kind and respectful, he changed the room for us at no extra cost when we told him about the bed and how uncomfy it was !! the attitude was amazing and I really appreciate that
I think there wasn't one specific thing that i didn't like, all was good

Palestinian people are nice and friendly. Everything is cheap. I might go back next month and stay in a different hotel.
They don't seem to care and impatient while driving. We have to be extra careful while driving.
