perfect basecamp for our wedding weekend in Boulder, with hiking trails right outside the front door. Excellent communication with Sue throughout our stay. Will return if we can! :-)

We picked this property as it was close to Boulder. It was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on patio just visiting. It was in a neighborhood right next to the Flatirons that provided a beautiful view and ease to go hiking. Sue was easy to work with. Enjoyed our stay!

The house is in an amazing location at the foothills of the Flat Irons and Chautauqua Park. We hiked our last day and walked to Chautauqua Dining Hall for brunch. House was clean and very cozy. We had all of the amenities we needed and the owner was very responsive for any questions we had. Even sent restaurant suggestions prior to our stay for planning purposes. Would visit again! Five Stars!

We loved this house! It was beautiful and in the best location in Boulder. We could hike right out our door some of the best trails in town. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the football memorabilia as we are big football fans. Go CU Buffs and Broncos! Amazing place that was perfect for our family.

From the minute I opened the front door until we left this wonderful house we were entranced!! The lay out of what must have been made by an exceptional architect, made the house wonderful for a 3 generation family. The views were divine! The light streaming in superb! As well as the patios, numerous toys for little ones, the farm house kitchen, patios and yard.
It was very clean; the check in process great, the location across from Chappaqua wonderful and communication great.
The only thing I’d like to mention is basement bed could use some attention.
All in all it was an excellent stay. Perhaps the best I’ve had. We were most thankful!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is warm and welcoming and the location couldn't be better. Many things feel uncertain about traveling during Covid, but this home took a lot of the stress out of the equation. We look forward to coming back again soon.

The house has a great layout for a group. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The master bedroom is private and located on the top floor. 2 additional bedrooms with a bath are located on a separate mid-level. Then there is a wonderful space on a lower level with a bedroom, bathroom, and living space which provided so great separation. Sue the owner was terrific to work with. The patio is lovely. Highly recommend.

This home was nothing short of a dream in both its location, charm and tasteful design, comfort and sheer joy to be in. We never wanted to leave!
Both interiors and exteriors had been recently repainted and freshened up giving it a cared for and professional feeling. We loved both the ample family room and quaint living rooms for their charm and cozy fireplaces, perfect place to just relax. In addition, the owners had included thoughtful spa offerings in the baths and bedrooms which were a delightful touch. The highlight of the home is the upstairs mater suite with its views of the Flat Irons and Jacuzzi tub and fireplace. The ground floor guest bedroom is much more quaint, yet comfortable with it's shared petite bathroom with the downstairs TV room. The other two mid level bedrooms were also comfortable but had a bit less closet space.
The location is ideal for a mixed group of ages and abilities given it's adjacency to both great hiking up the Flat Irons or an easy stroll around the scenic local neighborhood.
Again, never wanted to leave!

The owners of this house have done everything to make the rental as smooth, comfortable and as positive an experience as possible. We had a wonderful week here over the Christmas and New Year holiday. The house is less than a block from open space so if you like to hike and enjoy the outdoors you don't need to get in your car. The neighborhood is beautiful and a short drive (or 45 minute walk) to downtown. We had a great time here and would recommend it highly.

Our family stayed for four wonderful nights this summer as we prepared for my son's wedding in the area. The home was perfect for our needs--spacious, beautifully furnished, with privacy for each of us. The outdoor area was used in mornings for yoga, and for napping in the afternoons. The front porch was a great place to relax in the evening. We were close to the Flatirons for hiking, and to downtown for dining and shopping. The owners were very accommodating with our schedules, and left us helpful instructions. We would certainly highly recommend this home, and hope to return in the future.

Our extended family of 8 plus a toddler, enjoyed a wonderful graduation weekend in this charming, and welcoming Boulder home. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, the house exceeded all of our expectations and had all the needed amenities for a great time in Boulder. The kitchen, outdoor patio and open floor plan were perfect for our family gatherings. Cozy family room with fireplace was stylish and so comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well appointed. We loved the beautiful views of the Flatirons and close proximity to hiking. Easy access to downtown Boulder and the campus. We would highly recommend this Boulder home.

We gathered my four children and a mother in law from all over the country to celebrate Thanksgiving in Boulder. This is a lovely home and the warmth and charm of the house added so much to our family reunion. The location is ideal: at the foot of the Flatiron Trails, it is also an easy walk to Pearl Street and Grocery stores were a short drive. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. Thank you to the homeowners, we had a wonderful stay!
