This Dove Mountain property contains all the modern comforts of home. 3 bedrooms have queen size beds, 1 den has office setup with desk and chair, kitchen has granite counters, large dining table. We had several visitors for our stay. The proximity to the playground and park space was wonderful for the kiddos. Big backyard with a nice grill. The kitchen served well for family and friends visits. Everyone liked the kitchen table.

The pictures don’t do it full justice
The house is beautiful and in a lovely neighborhood. Ben was extremely thorough providing a house reference for particular details, and responded quickly to messages before and at the end of stay since that was all that was needed. I would stay again for sure, and appreciate the space Ben provides.

Outstanding home in a great location
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is clean, comfortable, well-supplied and had everything we needed for a few weeks of remote working and weekend outdoor pursuits.
Close to hiking trails, mtn biking trails, and a lovely neighborhood park with superb tennis courts.
Easy access to numerous restaurants and stores.

Comfortable home in a pleasant neighborhood
This house is very spacious and comfortable, and it can easily accommodate six people in three queen beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils, appliances, and spices. The large flat screen TV, visible from the kitchen and dining area as well as the living room, provides access to many programs via YouTube TV and Netflix. There are plenty of walking trails in the neighborhood, and the trailhead to the Tortolita Preserve trail is only a five minute drive away. The Tortolita Preserve is an area of beautiful open desert that the Town of Marana has shielded from development, and it has lots of great saguaros, cholla, palo verde, and many other beautiful desert plants.
The owner, Ben, is exceptionally responsive and helpful. He responded to our texts almost immediately whenever we had questions. Unfortunately, the refrigerator died during our stay, and Ben had a new refrigerator delivered to the house right away. You couldn’t ask for better service from an owner.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay again without question. We highly recommend this property.

Exceptional, safe and clean!
Quiet, safe and beautiful. You don't have to worry about much the owner provided it all. From
Cooking spices, toiletries, laundry needs, bedding, very informative and easy to follow instructions on how to for the grill, tv, trash days, washer and dryer even to water heater! It was very clean as well. Parks near by for my little ones which they appreciated a lot! Commute was beautiful as well and fairly close by. Communication with the owner was simple and quick which I appreciated so much due to an unfortunate event in our flight changes. Thanks Ben for letting my family enjoy your beautiful home and the awesome monsoon rain! We will definitely be booking with you again for our next visit to Tucson!

A Wonderful Family Neighborhood
The house was in a perfect location for our family. There’s a park walking distance. Very nice, convenient & comfortable house. Mr. Thompson had a written handy helpful manual for the house. Would highly recommend for anyone to stay at this location.

It's hard to find rentals near the Marana suburb. For a retired couple, it was perfect. Beyond the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is an office with french doors off the living room. We had the community park just beyond our back wall. Each day it was easy to explore further both on foot and driving up Dove Mountain. I like to cook. The location on a curve of the neighborhood made for a quiet location.

It's hard to find rentals near the Marana suburb. For a retired couple, it was perfect. Beyond the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is an office with french doors off the living room. A lovely home close to Dove Mountain.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (one month) in this lovely home. The location is excellent, in a quiet safe, neighbourhood. The home is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and more. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and and blankets, with nice touches such as shower gel, shampoo and even moisturizer in the bathrooms. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots, and dishes. All I had to buy was food. Ben is a wonderful host. He responds quickly to emails and phone calls. I highly recommend this home.

Great Escape in Marana
Our first trip to Tucson could not have been better.
We arrived a few hours early and the cleaning crew was just finishing up. A quick call to Ben confirmed that it was OK to check in.
The house is very well equipped with everything you might need.
The beds were comfortable, the WiFi and TV worked well and the kitchen had more utensils than you would expect to find.
We enjoyed sitting out in the patio area and grilling.
The location is residential and mostly quiet, but has quick access to I10 and and some of the main streets. You can walk to Walgreens, a brew pub and a pizza restaurant. Fry’s is an easy drive just a couple miles away.
There is a nice park right behind the house and several golf courses right up the road. Very safe feel to the area.
The thing we enjoyed most was the beautiful walking trails right out the front door. You can walk for miles on nicely maintained gravel trails through the area.
Ben is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this property and would be very happy to return some day.

Fantastic house!
The house was perfect for our family holiday. Well laid out, very clean and with all the amenities. The community tennis courts just a short walk away were a bonus. Great hiking, road and mountain biking all nearby. It’s a very quiet, friendly neighbourhood. We would highly recommend this house to friends or anyone else.

Excellent vacation rental
Excellent vacation rental! Immaculately clean three bedroom home with a nice outdoor patio area. Well equipped with alarm clocks, lotion shampoo etc. and wonderful kitchen appliances. Everything we needed was right there! The three bedrooms have queen size beds and ample closet space. Master bath is lovely with one additional bathroom between the two other bedrooms and this is set away from the master bedroom. Good size dining table and huge flatscreen TV. We will be back for sure .

The perfect home in an equally perfect location for a vacation.
The house was spotless, well appointed and a relaxing place to spend a month. The owner obviously cares about making you comfortable from tissues, hand lotions, and fat, fluffy towels. He also supplies you with all the household products, including laundry supplies, that you would need for your stay. We loved the green, grassy park behind the house and the community trails that encourage exercise at your doorstep. Cooking was a joy in the fully equipped kitchen. It was difficult to leave as we felt very much at home.

Great location - everything one could need for a week's stay. Wonderful floor plan. Comfortable beds
We found this home to P in an ideal location for our week of adventure. It was close to several good restaurants, hiking trails, and shopping. There was so much to do in the immediate area and with in an hour and a half of this home that we never even hit the outlet malls. from this location we went to Kirchner caverns (don't miss), Bisbee, Tombstone and Tubac. We flew into Phoenix instead of Tucson because we found the airfares to be almost 2/3 cheaper. The drive down to Tucson was easy and fast. Well this house is listed as Marana it is a suburb of Tucson. We were very lucky and pick the week that the Tucson gem show was taking place. The weather was picture perfect with undescribable sunsets. We were fortunate to be there when there was a full moon and the moon rising over the mountains was beautiful. We would rent this house again if we went to Tucson.

great house and location for my needs
this house was located in the perfect location for my family's needs including nearby grocery stores and gas. The house was roomy and airy and the backyard was very nicely landscaped. The kitchen had everything we needed to meet our needs as well as a washer and dryer with laundry detergent! The bedrooms were nicely arranged and separated from the Master that made it real nice for other family to join us without feeling crowded. I loved that the owner has included body lotion in all the rooms as AZ is very drying on the skin is one is not used to it and I never seem to bring enough.

Very comfortable home in a very convenient neighborhood
We were very pleased with our experience at this rental. It was very comfortable and located in a very convenient area. It was well decorated and very well stocked with every day supplies. We had lots of guests during our stay and they were all afforded a private space of their own. We quickly learned our way around and especially enjoyed the pedestrian trail around the neighborhood. We were a little surprised at how small the garage was which required us to park our pull behind trailer in the driveway. We especially loved the back yard and patio. We enjoyed our breakfast there every morning. All things considered we would rent here again
