About this house rental
Layout - The home has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room connected so you can snack in the kitchen, eat at the dining table/kitchen bar, or sit on the couch watching TV and all be in the same space. Perfect for family enjoying each others company on vacation. There's also lots of windows to let in natural light, and to see the beautiful scenery in the backyard.
Washer and Dryer - Next to the master bedroom is the laundry room. Some laundry detergent and dryer sheets are also provided free for your convenience.
Barbecue Grill - On the back patio is a propane gas grill which is for your use. Grill utensils are in the kitchen in one of the drawers. If you use the grill, please leave it clean.
Fire Pit - There is a propane gas fire pit in the backyard under the awning. Enjoy an evening outside around the fire, with beautiful mountains surrounding.
Backyard Patio - We have seating for 8 around the outdoor dining table, as well as two additional chairs and a coffee table. There are also 6 chairs around the fire pit. If you rearrange the furniture please return it to it's original position.
For your entertainment - There is a 65” TV in the living room and a 49” TV in the King bedroom. Each has a Blu-ray/DVD player. We have also provided access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and YoutubeTV.
Playground - There is a neighborhood playground is just a few blocks away, perfect for little ones to get their wiggles out. There's also a Basketball hoop at the park as well.
Driving Distance - Our home is about 25 mins from Zion (Scenic Drive), 2 hrs from Bryce Canyon, and 2.5 hrs from the Grand Canyon. Our home is a great home base for visiting all three.
**Due to our climate we can occasionally during the hot months of the year have a high number of tiny sugar ants making their way into our home. We have the home regularly sprayed by a professional pest control company but really the only thing we've found to stop them is to use liquid ant baits once a colony starts making their way into the home. We do our best to keep our homes ant free, but unfortunately it is often the food/sugar that guests leave out on the cupboards during their stay that attracts them. Sugar ants are just something that we deal with on a daily basis here in southern Utah, including in our own homes. We do provide ant baits and instructions in our home in case any sugar ants begin to emerge during your stay.

The property was in great condition. It was a easy drive to Zion. Very comfortable and well kept.

We are avid hikers. We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house with all the amenities we could want. It is located at the beginning of the scenic road that leads to Zion National Park. An easy 30 minutes drive. Our trip could not have been any better. Next time we go back to Zion National Park, we will try and stay here again. It really doesn’t get any better than this.

We felt at home here. It was great being close to Zion having a comfortable place to come home to after our adventures. The owner was responsive and helpful with planning our trip. If you want to a place to stay but feel like you are at home, this is the place.

Had a great time in the area. Zion is about 25 min and we enjoyed e bikes and hiking the Narrows! This house is a great location and grocery store is so close . Fully stocked with all you need.

Had an absolutely lovely time using this house as a home base for a hiking trip to Zion with some friends.
Short drive to the park (30 minutes), close to a large grocery store as well as a gas station, a pretty well-stocked kitchen for grilling, and a nice yard for hanging out later in the night when it cools down.
Would highly recommend staying here!

My friends and I stayed here for a visit to explore Zion National Park for the day. This house was wonderful! It was clean and spacious with all of the amenities we needed during our stay. We appreciated the toiletries in every bathroom as well as the kitchen supplies that were available. The book with restaurant recommendations was also appreciated!
This house is located about 25 minutes from Zion National Park and was an easy drive to get there. We loved spending time unwinding in the lovely backyard after a long day of hiking.
We would not hesitate to book this house again.

Excellent communication with Tyler, the house was extremely clean and modern. The location was a quiet resedential cul de sac and only 20 minutes to Zion. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The backyard had a fire pit and BBQ if needed. If we are in the area again in the future, we will absolutely stay here.

We spent 3 nights at this vrbo home, and it was wonderful. Just 15 minutes or so from the Zion NP entrance. Clean and quiet. The kids loved making smores over the firepit, and playing the basketball game in the garage. We'd definitely stay again.

wonderful house for our family! we loved the close location to zion national park while being in a neighborhood and near amenities. during our stay, we also made the drives to bryce canyon and grand canyon national parks and made it back each night. great mountain view with a great backyard

This house was just as advertised! Very homey and great to come back to after a day of hiking. The views are great and the back patio is very nice. Would definitely come back if we return to the area.

This was the second time we have stayed at this property, Tyler is wonderful to work with, very quick to respond to inquiries and making sure you stay is everything you hoped. The covered patio was perfect to have all the family together for a Barbeque. And sitting around the fire pit making s'mores, laughing, visiting and making memories was the perfect end to our day. We will definitely stay at this facility again!

Everything in the house was as listed. The house was clean, the check in process was easy, and Tyler checked in with me and I responded but not sure he got them as I was not responding on vrbo app. It was such a lovely place to come back to after a long hike at Zion. The only suggestions I would make is to have a table on both sides of the bed in the front bedroom and let guests know that reservations would be recommended when dining out. All five of us would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to rent near Zion

Extended family enjoyed our stay at this clean updated property with an easy 25 minute drive to Zion. We cooked used the laundry and enjoyed the backyard and gas grill. House was clean spacious and newer with plenty of linens and kitchen amenities. Grocery store close by. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was simply perfect for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. We all had ample space for the four of us, great communication with the owner, and the process of checking in and out was super easy. Would certainly stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. All kitchen necessities for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner provided. Zion National Park did not disappoint. Thank you Tyler for another great VRBO memory.

This house was the perfect spot for our trip to Zion National Park. The 20 to 25 minute drive to the park is so easy and beautiful. Tyler was awesome. We came in late the night of our arrival and had an issue and he handled it immediately. So responsive. Also loved having a washer and dryer so we could pack less clothes.
The local grocery store close by is awesome and there were a few things in the house from previous guests which was really nice. The River Rock Roasting company on the corner down below the house has great coffee and pastries. We ate at their restaurant one night which is about 10 minutes from the house and the food was amazing.

My friends and I enjoyed relaxing around the firepit after hiking in Zion. The home has a quiet location and private back yard about 25 minutes from Zion entrance. The house was clean and well-maintained. Tyler, the owner was attentive to our stay, but not intrusive.

This home has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The 20-30 minute drive to Zion was so easy. We needed the temperature in the home turned down a bit and the manager was right on it. The backyard is a beautiful oasis. Nice grocery store in town.

The property was very clean. Communication with Tyler our host was prompt and he was very responsive, quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is perfect if visiting Zion national park, St. George or Cedar City. The neighborhood was very quiet, did not think we had any neighbors. We will stay in this home again without hesitation.

This house is great and decorated very nicely. Had plenty dishes etc. Especially appreciated was having coffee filters etc available! The house was clean and in a good area. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again. The outside area was beautiful!

Perfect house to visit Zion, Bryce and North Rim Grand Canyon. House was very clean, had nice kitchen and bathroom. Backyard was nice in morning for breakfast and at night, even though kind of warm we used the gas fire pit. Grocery store close by and enjoyed River Rock Coffee.
