This house is perfect for larger groups of families or friends (or both in our case). We came up from South Carolina for the Cape Cod Marathon and half marathon and the house was a great place to stay. We were able to cook for the group and it’s right on the course so we could cheer each other on. Plenty of bathrooms, beds were comfortable. Beautiful views. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful home away from home and I’d definitely recommend.

This property was everything I could ever have imagined. The breathtaking views from the upper deck was amazing. It was the most relaxing vacation I’ve been on in a while. The house was extremely comfortable and had everything you can possibly need. The butler kitchen is a perfect addition so drinks can be made while supper is being prepared in kitchen. You will never regret your stay here it is top notch and so close to beach and great restaurants. Loved every minute. The hosts are top notch. Book it!!!!

Our family traveled to Cape Cod from Iowa for the first time and loved every minute in this terrific home! From sipping coffee on the gorgeous deck overlooking the ocean, to walking the few steps to the beach, to enjoying everything that Falmouth has to offer, you will have a wonderful experience with a large group in this home. Even our 3 yo was entertained with all of the toys! The home has everything you need for a large party including beach chairs, kitchen needs, and plenty of space (i.e. bathrooms!) We would happily stay again - I highly recommend this home!

I had hoped this would be a great family trip to take, all of us in one big house, right by the beach. What I didn't expect is the house (and hosts, Gerry and Reene) both being absolutely perfect and going above and beyond every single expectation I had.
One morning, the keurig machine stopped working for some reason (mind you, there were still 2 if not 3 other coffee machines available for use), but we mentioned it in passing, and within a few hours a brand new keurig was dropped off at the house - that is the kind of service you can expect staying here.
The house is large, very well kept, full of every single item you can think of (beach towels, more umbrellas than I've ever seen, pots and pans, games and puzzles, air conditioners in each room, a full washer and dryer with detergent/pods and dryer sheets - it would take a week to list out everything! The view from the large second level porch is amazing, day or night.
I cannot imagine a better host(s) on VRBO or any of the competitor sites, nor a better vacation home to stay in. If you are at all on the fence about staying here, you will *not* regret staying here in any way, shape or form.

Wonderful location with a beautiful view. We had 10 people stay together in the house, plenty of room for everyone. We loved all of the bedrooms and bathrooms that allowed everyone there own space. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware. All we had to bring was food! Loved the history of the house and how easy it was to get to sites of interest along Cape Cod. We would definitely recommend and love to stay again!

We had a great stay at Gerry and Renee’s Falmouth home. The property is right on the water and the second floor deck provided great views and sunsets. The house was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Gerry was a great host and checked in with me on our first night to make sure all our needs were met. They were more than met. We will definitely be back for future stays. I highly recommend this home for a great stay.

I can't say enough about this property. Beautiful is an understatement and does not to the property justice.
The view from the deck was breath taking. Sitting out there and looking and listening to the ocean while losing track of time is what the soul needs.
We rented this house to celebrate our wedding and it's beauty provided a beautiful backdrop to many photos.
The home was warm and welcoming and provides everything you need to enjoy your stay.
The owners were amazing to communicate with and even sent us a congratulatory email on our wedding.
Amazing property and even more amazing owners. Will happily be coming back again!

Great house
Our family has been going on vacation to Falmouth Heights for years and this is the best house we’ve stayed at to date. We had 5 adult couples and each couple had there own full bath with 2 and a half additional baths. The second floor deck has a spectacular view of Martha’s Vinyard. Short walk to Falmouth Heights beach and Shipwrecked restaurant. Only a short drive to many other restaurants, downtown Falmouth and Woods Hole. Highly recommend if you’ve got 10-12 people in your group.

Very happy with our stay!
The house was large with a lot of character. A bathroom for every bedroom, six plus two more. Very clean, with every amenity one could think of. Right on the ocean so views were wonderful! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Seems like the house may have been an inn at some point. Ideal for family/friend reunions. I would like to do this again next Summer!

Amazing View! Great for Families!
This house was perfect for our extended family. We especially liked having so many bathrooms since we were in town for a family wedding. Best equipped kitchen I have seen in a rental; plenty of towels and blankets. And the ocean view is absolutely breathtaking!
The hosts were very responsive to an unforeseen issue that came up. We appreciate their attention to detail.

Great house great value
We stayed with two other families at this house. It’s perfect for our group. The house is clean and well maintained, and exactly as described on the website with everything you need and can think of (and with detailed labels and instructions). The spacious outdoor patio facing the ocean is unbeatable. The owners are responsive and caring and great to deal with. We had a great experience.

Perfect Location for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard!
My group of 11 adults stayed here for our "every other year" fall reunion from 10/09/2019 through 10/15/2019. The listing is completely accurate and the house was cozy and comfortable. It's an older home with a lot of character and we all enjoyed the time we spent at the house. Unfortunately, it was a rainy and overcast week (with only two full days of sunshine) so we didn't get a chance to use the deck that overlooks Nantucket Sound, but the two days we did have to enjoy the deck, it was wonderful to sit out there, hear the sounds of the ocean, and see the beautiful unobstructed vista.
The house is exceptionally well equipped with every possible kitchen gadget you can imagine plus tons of extras (sunscreens, beach towels, umbrellas, etc.) All linens were provided including sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows, bath, hand, and face towels.
This rental is a gem -- don't hesitate to book it for your next event!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view
Gerry was great host. We loved the home with all the bedrooms/beds and bathrooms. That main pic with the chairs on the balcony is probably where we spent 75% of our time while at the house. The house provided everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heart beat!!

Great place for reunion!
My buddies and I have known each other since we were kids. We always try to get together in a place that is comfortable and easy access to fun things to do and good food. This house exceeded those expectations and made for a fantastic time for all. Thanks to Gerry for making the process easy and your attention to detail was very helpful. We’ll be back!

Relaxing, inspiring
We gathered with our adult children -- six of us in all -- and there was plenty of room in this lovely, quirky house. The living areas were roomy with plenty of seating and wonderful views. The kitchen was well stocked with every tool you might need. The highlight was the large third-floor deck facing the water -- with no homes between you and the view. Such a relaxing place to end the evening. The house owner, Gerry, checked in with us twice by email during the stay to make sure all was going well. We'd happily stay here again.

Great location and property
My friends and I had a fantastic week in Falmouth. The property was fabulous and in a superb location. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck overlooking the ocean. A short walk to the beach and ferry to the Vineyard, 7.5 bathrooms , more equipment and supplies than one could think of and lovely furnishings all contributed to making it a wonderful place for a gathering of friends.. Thank you!!!

Spacious comfortable house with unbeatable ocean views
My extended family spent a week at this lovely home in Falmouth. We loved that we could walk to the beach and to the small business district, and being so close to the Martha's Vineyard ferry was a huge bonus -- no issues with parking or traffic for that day trip! The house is amazingly well-equipped; cooking for ten, either in the kitchen or on the grill, was easy and fun. The deck is breezy and was our favorite place to be in the evenings, and the ceiling fans really did keep the house comfortably cool except on the very hottest days. The house has a real "old Cape Cod" feel, with wood paneling and big windows. The owner was easy to work with and even telephoned our first evening there, to make sure we had arrived and to ask if there was anything we needed.

New England Property at its Finest!!!
This property eximplifies the weathered New England property on the coast one would picture in their mind. It is quaint, well equipped, and has a wonderful view of the ocean.
The owners are very hands on, without being pushy. Their communication, and procedures make the trip, and stay very easy to set up, and execute.
We had a wonderful time, and would highly recommend this property to anyone who has a large group, and wanting to stay on Cape Cod.

Perfect cape house - everything you could ever need!
Gerry and Renee were so hospitable - they even left us treats upon arrival! The house was perfect for our group - there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and then we all hung out on the roof deck with an amazing view! Lots of games and lobster pots, room to park - no detail was overlooked.
Thank you!!

Great house, great location
The house is situated in a really good location - walking distance from the beach and a couple of OK (not great) restaurants, and a little longer walk to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and bike rentals. When not foggy, there's a lovely view over the Sound.
There were 11 of us, and there were ample bedrooms and bathrooms, and room to spread out in the sitting-rooms so we weren't always on top of each other. The kitchen was really well equipped, and washing-up liquid, paper towels, detergent, etc., provided - plenty of cups, plates, flatware, etc. for everyone.
We did have a couple of issues, but the owner was responsive. The house was clean, but the trash barrels were in the hallway when we entered first, (maybe due to the hurricane the week before?) and had to be moved so we could get in. Unfortunately some flies stayed behind!!
I would recommend this house to a large party.

Spacious, historical house with an unbeatable view
The house itself was wonderful with tons of space and privacy with all of the bedrooms having dedicated bathrooms. Very walkable in the heart of Falmouth or right down the street to the beach. Owners are very accommodating and can make arrangements for out of towners such as ourselves for towel-service and provide recommendations on local eateries and sites. You really can't beat the location as everything you want to see is within 1-1.5 miles max (e.g., ferry to Martha's Vineyard, downtown Falmouth, and the local beach just down the street. Highly recommend it for a large group or family seeking an authentic Cape Cod vacation.

Great location, beautiful home
335 Grand Avenue is a beautiful, spacious home with a spectacular view of Nantucket Sound. The home has all the amenities you could need while on vacation. Easy walking distance to the beach and ferry. The cool breeze off the Sound kept the home very comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious, and well maintained. The best gauge – our kids all agreed this was the nicest home we had ever vacationed in, and the best vacation.

5 Star Ocean Facing Resort! Just Bring Your Love Of the Ocean
Having stayed at various homes on Falmouth growing up we had no idea what to expect when coming to 335. We could not believe how perfect this house is. The first thing that hits you is the VIEW as you are driving in on Grand Ave (ALL OCEAN) as you walk into the home you are immediately hit with MASSIVE OCEAN VIEWS. The kitchen has EVERYTHING that you need. Not just the kitchen either. This thoughtful owner has left no stone unturned when packaging the perfect family vacation. Beach toys, board games, umbrellas, boogie boards, bowls of sunscreen, even SUNGLASSES/READERS, its just amazing...the amount of care that has been put into this IMMACULATE home is seen from corner to corner.
We will most certainly be back - next time for 2 weeks :)
Thank you Gerry!!!
