It was enjoyable. Maybe some small adjustments/fixes could be made to fix some of the problems.

How close the unit was to stores, beach and pool. The property manager was very accommodating.

The TV remote control did not work. Property manager had to bring another one. There was a moldy coffee filter in the coffee machine. In the bedroom with small balcony, the shade covering the sliding glass door was missing some hanging slats so there wasn't complete privacy in the room. The downstairs toilet would flush for a very long time. The towel bar in the upstairs bathroom was broken when we got there, so I just wanted to let you know that we did not break it.

Passable

The property is close to activities and restaurants.

The property was a little old. It needs some upkeep especially in the bathroom. Shower liner was stained and moldy and the ceiling was peeling and looked like it was ready to cave. Good thing we bought our sleeping bags because the bedding was dirty. Mattress squeaky. Everything just needs an upgrade. We felt more comfortable sitting outside.

Some of the living room curtains blinds keep falling. Someone before taped them so they can hold it together with the rod.

Great location! Would defiantly stay again.

Convenient to shopping and beach. Price was comparable to hotels. Amenities were nice.

A few items were broke (I reported) but no one came immediately to fix.

Definitely a great location and clean. Price maybe a bit high after looking at comps.

Location was very good. Clean with nice counter tops. Easy access in and out with door code.

The shower sprayed all over the bathroom and it took 2 days to get Vacasa to get a plumber there to repair. It was a sunday, that was possibly the reason for the delay. Master bedroom seemed to be flipped as we preferred the extra room for better bathroom access and rear of property with its own balcony.

Nice and close to everything at the beach.

Location was great but Vacasa office isn't. Condo is nice and comfortable. Close enough to everything that you can walk to grocery, dining, shopping and beach.

Vacasa office doesn't answer the phone and the after hours person was no help. Vacasa office needs new management. I went to the office the next day and when employee told manager my name, she complained out loud not knowing I was there about me calling. Not happy with the company because of the way I was treated.

Good

The pool was nice. The bed was comfortable and big. The A/C felt nice.

The two parking spaces worked out for us, but there wasn’t very much parking available. There were mosquitos that came out of the disposal in the kitchen sink. The coffee maker pot had a broken hole in it. There wasn’t a handle towel in the downstairs bathroom. It would have been nice to have had ceiling fans in the bedrooms. If not ceiling fans at least floor fans. Not fans of the stairs. The cleaning lady tried to come in before we were even out of the condo. This was before our 10:00 check out time. I really thought we were going to have two full bathrooms - not a bath and a half. I was under the impression that we were going to be a little closer to beach than we were.

Hiltonhead vacation

The location was wonderful! Loved the stores and restaurants, and the pool in the yard and 5 minute walk to the beach was amazing!

The villa is in disrepair. The bathroom door and king bedroom door was hanging off because screws came out of the wall, there was no shelf in the refrigerator and the bottom shelf felt like it was going to break because it was carrying a large load due to the missing shelf, the carpet going up the steps had many dark stains on it making me think the villa wasn't cleaned well. Also dirty molding all over. During these Covid times things should be very clean!! The light in the dining room only had 1 working bulb we also found some light bulbs and replaced them. BTW, I messaged vascasa and in my message I happened to also complain that there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper, there response only addressed the toilet paper. Needless to say we temporarily fixed the bathroom and bedroom doors because they needed to close during our stay! This is not something you want to do while on vacation! Hopefully things get fixed and cleaned in the Villa!

A cozy little place not far from the beach.

Some of the furniture is outdated or drab; spots in the rug; terrible shelf fixture in the bathroom (metal, rusty, dangerous). No directions for the TV/cable.
