About this house rental
This charming Victorian beach house is located a block from the beach. It has ample living space, 7 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. (Note: Bedroom 5 and Bedroom 6 are technically one bedroom -- they have separate entrances but are not separate by a full wall, only a curtain.) Enjoy ocean breezes from a huge second floor terrace, grand living room with Victorian wood detail, game space, sun room, separate dining room and large kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and a gas range. There's a deck on the back of the house off the kitchen with seating for 12 and a gas grill, perfect for a barbecue. There's a convenient outdoor shower for your returns from the beach. Space is perfect for a summer vacation rental with the family. There are discounts available for multiple weeks booked!! Convenient location to shops and restaurants. Beach passes (12) are included!
The house includes two visitor parking passes which allow you to park anywhere in Ventnor City limits without time restrictions.

We will definitely consider staying here again. Plenty of space, big kitchen, fantastic game closet. Half a block walk to the beach, boardwalk, and close by to Wawa! Post was responsive right away by text.

Perfect size and accommodations for our family

Family vacation
After we got over the parking situation, we had a great time. Loved how close it was to the beach. For the house, nice sunroom. It was spacious and airy and a great breeze when the windows were open. The cleaning crew could have done a better job, hair in the bathroom sink, went to use the grill and we had to clean it first. Overall we had a great time

Ventnor vacation
Location was great. Everyone had a great time. Beds were uncomfortable. Parking was more than 2 blocks away. It was spacious. Some light bulbs were out. Cleanliness was iffy. Nice big house.

Ventnor Getaway
Property is a great location, easy to beach & Wawa, sack o subs, few restaurants etc. we made a nice deck party. It was nice & clean upon arrival & properly manager responds promptly & is very helpful. Brought a fan for the 3rd floor room that is 2 rooms in one. & glad we did. Kitchen is equipped, toaster, micro wave, pots & pans. Might want to bring a personal beach chair, there are a few very low seats to use there. Great game closet & loved that we could spread out in various spaces. Nicer in the evening when it cools down.
Downside- sugg bringing air mattresses for some of the twin beds. Room off the deck has no air conditioner. Some felt they could open the deck door at night. We ended up not needing the room.
Hope they continue to improve the property because it’s great for multi family.

Overall it was a fun stay
Great house but some things were not working -in one bedroom the fan did not work and some ac’s did not. Some shades were broken. Carpet was stained and faded. Proximity to the beach was the best thing. Despite these issues the house was priced better than others of its size and location.

This is a big house with a lot of great space for a family vacation! It is one block from the beach and has an awesome 2nd floor deck! Our family had a great time together!

We had a blast!!
My girlfriends and I rented this home the weekend and truly enjoyed our stay. The house is huge and comes with everything you need. The beach is right across the street which made it so nice when we needed to run back to the house. Parking situation is a bit stressful since you cannot park on the street near the house but once you are parked you can Uber everywhere. Some of the beds in the home should be upgraded. Our overall stay was great and I would stay here again.

Confusing check-in process.
Check in process not clear. VRBO says key under door mat. Key was not under door mat, key pad entry instead. Check-out page in binder says to leave key under door mat. There was no key. Binder should be updated in house and check-in process should be updated on VRBO. Other than that the house was great!

Loved our stay at this beautiful and perfectly-located beach house!
Seventeen members of my family - three generations - stayed at this classic beach house for four days. It was beautiful. Nice big kitchen. Just a block from the beach and less than two miles from the excitement of Atlantic City. Plenty of towels. Two of the bedrooms are adjoined, without a door between them, so that is where all the young cousins stayed. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The owner was very responsive. We would recommend this house to anyone.

House is a very nice older home. Awesome location. Tons of rooms and beds. Some of the beds are pretty hard and could use a new mattress. Others are great. Would stay again.

This was my first time renting a house and Jessica made it so easy. She was quick to respond to messages and was so helpful. The house was beautiful and HUGE! It was so nice to be able to walk right to the beach. The boardwalk was less than a 5 minute drive from the house. Everything was stocked inside the house and Jessica even left a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. Thank you so much for this awesome experience!

great family vacation
Very comfortable, with plenty of room to cook,eat and relax. Close to the beach as well as tennis, playground and great subs. Jessica brought by a brand new grill and a fussball table which were definitely bonuses.

Awesome vacation home/location!
House was great - very large, so many bedrooms and a really nice kitchen/living room set up. Perfect for my 16 friends and I and we all fit very comfortably. So close to the beach and downtown too! Jessica is great, will definitely want to stay again in the future.

This house delivered!
Our group (six guys) had a great experience at this property. The house is gigantic, and fantastic for a large party. Our group ended up being smaller than we had expected, so we weren't sure what to do with all the room. But it was a great value, nonetheless. Walking distance to boardwalk casinos if weather nice, but weather not good for us for the most part, so a short Uber ride to casinos. Weather was nice first afternoon and really enjoyed the deck. Everything was provided as advertised. One small glitch, but Jessica was very responsive and had a repair man there to fix by next morning. I'd highly recommend this property, especially when the weather warms up.

Great stay for a large group
This house was absolutely perfect for a large group. The home and property are set up very nicely. Visiting the property left me with a great impression the second we walked through the door. The home is filled with many accommodating features to make you feel like you're right at home. This place was perfect for a party of 10, plenty of space to hang out and have fun! Will most definitely book here again in the future.

Great House -- Very Accomodating
I recently rented this house for a girls weekend. The house was huge and very accommodating for our group. Between the large kitchen, dining room, living room, decks and 7 bedrooms-- every person had a bed and a space of their own. The property manager, Jessica, was very easy to communicate with and answered questions I had in a timely manner. The house was a 5-10 minute Uber ride to the casinos and other sights in Atlantic City.
My friends and I had a great time and I think the house had a lot to do with that. We were not cramped and we all felt very at home in the house. I would definitely rent this house again and recommend it to any large group!
