The house was great. A very nice and well equipped kitchen. Great balcony off the primary bedroom to watch the sunrise over the mountains. The weather for well below zero, and we had no issues keeping the house warm and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone or family coming to Leadville. Very convenient for skiing, hiking, fishing, rapids, etc.

Alpine Perch is a lovely and comfortable home away from home. We found the house perfectly clean and well stocked and we appreciated the special touches like slippers and throw blankets. The woodwork is gorgeous too!

We absolutely loved this home. It was very quaint and homey. We would love to come and stay in the summer when it is warmer. I would love to sit on that back porch and enjoy the spectacular mountain view.

David is a gracious person and communicates quickly and well. Expectations were made clear and reasonable. Fully stocked supplies. You won’t run short on cleaning supplies, trash bags, soap, shampoo etc. All appliances work and work well. Beds are comfortable. Shower was hot and had decent water pressure. Gas furnace add some heat and ambience. Only one TV, so bring a book or play games etc. Parking is right out front and big garage is available. You’ll love Leadville and surrounding area.

We decided to stay in Leadville this year for our annual snowboarding trip. And we are glad we did! This house was perfect for myself (dad) and 4 teenage boys. Great space. Plenty of room. Everything we needed to cook and make our own breakfast and dinners. Easy drive to where we snowboarded 2 days at Loveland. But even better we discovered Cooper Mountain 15 minutes from the house on our last day. My son and his friends are already planning our return next year and we will 100% stay here again to hit Cooper Mountain all 3 days next time.

This property was perfect for our week in the Leadville area. It was clean and cozy. Only thing we wished there was more comfortable seating in the living room. A second couch or loveseat would be great!

My husband and I met up with our oldest son and his girlfriend for the weekend. We went skiing at Copper Mountain, walked the main street, and ended the weekend with our Christmas gift from our son...an appointment visit to Melanzana. The house was just the right size and close to town. I loved spending time in the sunroom just reading and relaxing. It was a great getaway for all of us and we look forward to visiting again!

This is a fantastic home. Everything up to date, immaculate, and very comfortable beds. There's a sunroom off the master bedroom with skylights that's a great place to hang out.One item to note: There is not a hot tub on this property. There's a bathtub with jets, but no real hot tub. The mention of hot tub should be removed from the description.

Beautiful house
I loved this house. It has beautiful woodwork throughout it. It was perfect for our family of 5 to stay in. There are not any cookie sheets or baking casserole dishes, so you may want to bring those, but there are other kitchen supplies available for use. Unfortunately my son got altitude sickness really bad, so we can't stay there again, but I would recommend it to anyone. It was very cute and accommodating.

Stayed 3 nights. Slept 5 people comfortably, and had plenty of space. Access to using the garage is a big positive, especially during winter when it snows most days. Would definitely book again.

Cute, clean, convenient and great view!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The house was very cute, nicely decorated! The sunroom and little deck off the master was fantastic! The layout was nice and there was plenty of space for us to hang out. A little light on the dishes in the kitchen but has all of the basics for what we needed as we mostly ate out. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking you might need to bring additional cookware and spices.

Really cute and clean house.
The owner was very responsive. Check-in was really easy as they give you a code for the door and you don't need keys. The house is clean, updated and really cute. Loved the sun room and the music for which you can connect to and hear music throughout the house. The kitchen was a little sparse, not completely stocked but not a deal breaker. The house does not have a patio but the sunroom makes up for that.

Girls Weekend for Leadville Race Series
This property was absolutely stunning. We booked it for the Leadville Marathon and Heavy Half weekend. The property was close enough to walk to the start but off the beaten path enough that the property was quiet and relaxing. The sun room off the master bedroom was the perfect place to relax after the race. I would absolutely book this property again,
