We absolutely LOVED this condo! We stayed with our 2 teenage girls - one slept on the pull out sofa and the other slept on an inflatable mattress (teens!). Everything was immaculate and convenient! Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, K-Cups - everything you would need is already there - seriously so thoughtful! Plenty of extra towels, linens and pillow were available too. Location was fantastic! We walked to the Hop On/Off Tour and it took us about 15 minutes. We had such a wonderful time - would highly recommend!

The condo was great. We did Uber everywhere because of a lot of homeless people in the area.

Very cute and comfortable condo decorated with Nashville style. If you’re looking for a place to be near Nashville, but also want to get away from the craziness, this is a great place. Right on the river, and if you sit on the deck and look at the grass below, you might spot groundhogs, ducks, squirrels, and an array of birds. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. We loved our stay.

Loved our stay, good location, just the right size for the two of us, right by the Cumberland and close to our selected attractions...

Close to every thing, great view, comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the city without the hustle and bustle

Condo has everything you need. Because we are seniors, we would have preferred a ground floor unit. You should advise your visitors of the fact that they need an app on their phone for parking in the city. The machines didn’t even accept our Visa. Construction in the area made it harder to get around. Busting up the cement in the lot next door at 7 a.m. was an unpleasant surprise

Great property. We would stay again.

Although we felt we were away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville, we were surprised at how close we were to everything we wanted to see and do. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the barges pass by our balcony. Parking was great. You don't have any issues finding a spot near the condo, nor do you have to pay for parking. We would stay here again.

A nice condo with water view and great location. Had a lot of fun in Nashville.

Very clean, very comfortable, well stocked, and just a short walk to downtown.

We were so happy with this condo. Location in Germantown area is wonderful. Many restaurants/bars within easy walking distance. Broadway is about a 20 min walk; totally fine to walk during the day, at night I would Uber. The condo has plenty of covered parking. Bed super comfy, shower water pressure is great. Nice balcony with river view. Great communication from owner, would stay again and will recommend to others!

This unit was just as advertised. Plenty of free on site parking and less than a mile walk to the downtown Broadway area. Easily walkable or a cheap Uber ride downtown.

Great place. Also in walking distance of the strip.
4.0
The unit was clean and comfortable. The mattress was really comfortable although a bit high if you are vertically challenged.
You can walk to Broadway in about 15 minutes and there are some good restaurants a block or two away. The laundry room was clean, just be sure to use the pay system, it gives you a $5 credit for the machines.
I would love to give 5 stars for the host and the unit. The location was a bit sketchy, especially at night. I cant say for sure but it sounded like gun shots outside followed by people yelling a lot. The bedroom is on the street side so a few nights it was loud. I don't recommend walking at night, there's construction everywhere and people sleeping under the bridges. There's nothing you can do about the neighborhood, but it needs to be noted.
A few minor repairs are needed for the kitchen faucet and toilet seat. The seat is not real snug and slid off the side easily. The cleaner should check under the bed. I dropped an earing and considered leaving when i saw the herd of dust bunnies underneath.
Overall I would stay there again, it's a nice place, the host was responsive and we had no problems. If you struggle carrying bags up the stairs be aware this unit is on the third floor, there's no elevator at least i didn't find one.
I'd rate this unit 3.5.

We came for a weekend get away and the condo was a relaxing haven during the trip. It was really cold outside so we ended up Ubering but trips were short. It is a great location close to downtown, Broadway and Germantown. The condo was very clean and inviting and the bed was super comfy! Communication with the owner/property manager was great! Plenty of notification for access code, address, best way to get to the condo and wifi details. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was great. Short walk distance to downtown- bars, music and food. Apartment was super clean, has river views, parking. You definitely need coins- quarters for laundry. I would recommend this place and stay at again.

We enjoyed staying at Susan's place on the Cumberland River. It was an easy Uber ride downtown and there were several very good places to eat and drink within easy walking distance of the condo. The place itself was very clean and very comfortable. If I come back to Nashville I hope to be able to stay at Susan's place!

Wonderful condo to stay in and beautifully appointed decor. Location to downtown and greenway was just perfect. You will enjoy your stay here. Susan and Will were very responsive to our needs even though we only needed a bit of assistance. We thank you very much.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely condo for the weekend to celebrate our Anniversary. Great location, only a few minutes of an Uber ride to Broadway. If felt like our own little private place with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends.

Property was very clean. We loved having parking and access for travel. Easy on and offs if spending time outside of Nashville and close enough to walk downtown and enjoy Nashville Nightlife! Always a bonus having a little outdoor patio that overlooks a water way. It was nice enough outside to enjoy it. Communication and promptness of property owner was great. Contracts and email responses were quick. We had a great time and would come back again!

Condo is very cute, cozy and clean. The bed was amazing! The condo is well stocked with all the essentials. Susan was so easy to communicate with from booking to departure. The strip is very walkable but far enough away to get away to relax along the river and have coffee in the morning. We’ve stood at these condos twice and this one is a great choice…

Condo is well equipped, clean, short walk to Broadway. Exterior common area could be a little cleaner. We would stay there again.

My husband and I just stayed here for our 5 year wedding anniversary. It was perfect and beautiful just as the photos portrayed. The bed was super comfortable and a nice hot shower was just what we needed after a couple late nights out! It was quiet and quaint with a beautiful view of the river. This condo had everything we needed! Susan was great to work with and was super quick to respond to our wish! We will definitely book this condo again on our next trip to Nashville! Highly recommended!

Great location, able to walk to Broadway and music hall of fame. Comfy bed and nice little condo. Lots to do in Nashville!

Such a great time in Nashville. My wife and I came for the first time to see a concert at the Ryman Auditorium. The room was just as described and not too far (about 25 min) of a walk to Broadway where we spent most of our nights. The covered parking was nice the only downside I saw was the room being a bit off the beaten path but it seems like newer construction around the area will breath some fresh life into the area. Overall everything was great!

Great location and an amazing view! Easy to get to. Great hosts. Everything was awesome.

Wow! The condo was exactly as advertised and I so appreciate that!
My husband and I were there to see a show at the Ryman and tour the town. The location was perfect and close to everything. The only drive we had was to the grand old Opry. Everything else was downtown and convenient. We felt very safe here and no issues with parking! Yea!
We had a question when we arrived and the host was prompt to reply, and took care of all of our needs. They were super kind and easy to work with. You couldn’t ask for more.
One concern we had, and going to Nashville and staying in the downtown area was the noise level of surrounding businesses. We love the fact that we were close to everything, but we were set apart, and we never had any issues with noise.
One of my favorite things was to sit on the patio and watch the river go by. So relaxing and a fun place to have your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The river was what drew me to this location and it did not disappoint.
As far as the accommodations, the kitchen had everything you could need to cook a nice dinner. Although we didn’t do that lol.
The bed was fabulous, very comfortable, and had a variety of pillows to choose from.
My husband loved the size of the TV and the couch and chairs were very comfortable.
This place was decorated perfectly with a fun Nashville theme. Everything was clean, and a choice of paint color was very relaxing.
When we return this will definitely be our #1 choice for accommodations

Beautiful Condo!! Very well decorated & laid out condo that has everything you could need for a great stay!!

Location right on Cumberland river. We walked to downtown one day and ubered another. Short 1 mile walk down the river greenway to Broadway. There was a Sounds baseball game the night of our arrival which we enjoyed and had a great time. Downtown was a blast. Also tried top flight golf which is just across the river. Very clean well appointed one room condo. Would highly recommend.

Clean. Great location. Wonderful experience overall.

29 of us reserved multiple units within the Riverfront condos. All adults. Wanted a place with pool access and full facilities to hang out if we didn’t want to b on Broadway. Stayed for 6 days and everything was great. Close to grocery and multiple things to do. 15-18 minute walking distance to Broadway, or 10 minute Ubers, cheap! Great place to stay!!!
5.0
Nice, clean, and comfortable place with a great view of the Cumberland River.. Enjoyed being right on the Nashville Riverfront Greenway. The 1 mile walk into downtown is good during the day but questionable at night. Free covered parking was helpful and made getting around the city convenient.

Good location,7$ uber ride to downtown, alot of construction in immediate area but wasnt to noisy. Condo has everything you need
4.0
Pictures of inside the condo are 100% accurate and charming but the property and location itself is very industrial and felt unsafe. We are from a very large city and accustomed to urban settings but there were quite a few unhoused individuals camping just outside the parking lot, lots of construction and loud trains right outside the door. Exterior stairs (you need to climb to the 3rd floor with bags), sidewalk and parking lot are covered with bird droppings. Patio is dusty and covered with spiders and there was nothing picturesque about the loud barges outside on the Cumberland River. All of this being said the condo is clean, up to date and extremely convenient for getting to all areas of Nashville in an Uber rather inexpensively. I would never recommend walking from the property to anywhere. Would not rent again, we feel like the listing paints a different experience of the neighborhood than is factual.

Convenient location for most of Nashville's favorite places.
