Secured building.
You couldn't have a more perfectly located property. Slopeside right on the mountain at the base of Peak 9. You ski out the back to the Quicksilver Super 6 lift and can ski right back home. The Beaver Run SuperChair is just barely a block walk away and ski back home. Even the ski school is right behind our building, as well as Maggie pond
The condo is truly ski in/ski out AND walking to restaurants, shops and grocery stores all within a few blocks of the condo. Also the free Summit shuttle bus stop is right in front of our building in case you want to get to other resorts or a different part of the mountain (rather than ski across ie. the peak 6) or don't feel like walking to the gondola, shops etc.
As a bonus entry to the building and condo is keyless so you don’t even have to check in anywhere, and you just show up straight at the condo! Park right out front of the building (free) and never get in your car again!
The building has ski lockers and an elevator to our third floor corner unit condo.
Basically you never have to get in a car once you get to the unit. There are even free shuttle buses to take you to Frisco, the outlets and some of the other ski resorts nearby.
The unit itself has one bedroom with a king bed (with a brand new mattress Nov 2019) and a second bedroom with a twin bunk over a full bed (both mattresses are only couple years old). The living room has a brand new (Nov 2019) queen sofa bed with a 5' foam mattress and love seat as well as an ottoman and coffee table.
We have a packnplay in the unit for use by tenants.
Both bathrooms are full bathrooms one with tub, the other with brand new walk in shower. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils that you will need for your stay and has been newly renovated in 2019. The large counter has 4 stools and there is also a small dining table with seating for 4.
There is cable TV in each bedroom as well as a large flat screen in the living room which has plenty of seating.
The living room has a gas fireplace and access to a large balcony with a slight view of the mountains. And lots of sunshine. The second bedroom also has access to this balcony. The master has large windows with a wonderful view.
The property has both an indoor and outdoor hot tub on site as well as a steam room and changing rooms/lockers. It also has an indoor/outdoor shared pool and 3 additional hot tubs right across the street.
There are ski lockers on the main floor (25 cents charge). As well as laundry facilities on every other floor.
There is free parking for the building right out front.
High speed WiFi is included
The condo has newly been renovated as has the entire building and the shared pool.
Snow is not guaranteed.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS.
Ski school info: There are two ski school locations on Peak 9. One is at the bottom of the Quicksilver Super6 for ages 3-13 and that one is right outside our back door (ski in and out), the other is at the Beaver Run Superchair for ages 3-13. That one is just a block walk away and ski home. Both also have nurseries and adult lessons.
Summer: Main street with all its restaurants, shops and activities is a block walk away. Maggie pond out back is great for paddle boarding and other water sports.
In summer, hiking, horseback riding, water activities are also right in your back yard.
As a special treat, the Breckenridge Stables just a block up the street provide sleigh rides in winter.

The owner was excellent with communication and very flexible!

Perfect location for skiing! Just a short walk to the slopes and restaurants.

My wife, son, and I had a great stay in Breckenridge. The unit was just as described and was extremely close to the Quicksilver lift. It was extremely convenient to get to both the slopes and downtown.
Nathalie was great to work with and was always very quick to respond. The only downside of the trip was that the hot tubs on site were both down but that naturally is out of the owners control. In saying that we did have access to both a pool and hot tub across the street.
All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend staying here.

Location was perfect. Parked and never had to use car while there. Great ski in and ski out
4.8
Convenient location to Quicksilver lift and Main St. Clean and well stocked kitchen! Natalie was very responsive to all questions and having the key mailed ahead of time made arrival so much easier, especially at night!
4.8
Nathalie was super helpful and responsive! And the location is fantastic, you're literally feet away from the Quicksilver lift!

The place is exactly what it is described as. Clean building and apartment. Great for ski in/out. 5 min walk to town for meals. Plenty of parking and ability to park early and late, which is huge! The apartment has everything we needed to include a few beers left in the frig which was very nice. Definitely would stay again.

Just completed a stay here for five days with friends. The place is as advertised - perfect for skiing and vacationing in Breck. You can't beat the location and the unit was well equipped. The owner was responsive and provided valuable information and made the entire process seamless.
The only reason I left out a star is because of the condition of the amenities - which has nothing to do with the owner of the unit. At Trails End the hot tubs were not working and across the street at the pool club, only one was working. Again, not the owners fault, but given the price and neighborhood you would think they would have it working during the high season. Still had a blast and would come back - next time hopefully with my family.

The property is in a super convenient location for skiing and condition was just as advertised.

This property has perfect location and ease of access to Peak 9. We could watch ski school from the master window! Cozy with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay immensely!
4.8
Wonderful location!!! We had the best time!

This place worked perfect for our family. Extremely well located on a couple minute walk to Quicksilver lift and Village Ski School. Walking to Main Street was also easy and much better than driving and dealing with parking! Great for kids with the large bunk beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was amazing and located in the perfect spot for shopping and exploring Breckinridge. We had the best time and the weather was absolutely amazing.

My husband and I stayed with our four children. We had a wonderful time in this unit. Location is amazing and it met all of our needs. Very convenient to get in and out of. Really appreciated the ski locker room on first floor. Enjoyed the hot tubs as well! Highly recommend!

We spent several days in this perfect unit with our three kids. Your backyard is basically the Quicksilver ski lift. It’s an easy walk to town, so you don’t even necessarily have to have a car. When we did go driving, it was never an issue finding a parking spot in the lot. The unit had a nice layout with some space between the master bedroom and the kids room. Heaters are found throughout to keep the unit cozy, including a fun gas fireplace in the living area. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfy. The corner unit had a balcony with chairs that we hung out on in the afternoons. The sledding hill in town was fun to visit with the saucers provided with the unit. The entry had a nice area to hang coats and take boots off while not feeling like we were cluttering the unit with our snow stuff. The only problem we had, which wasn’t the owner’s fault, is that the locks for storing skis downstairs were not working. People kept their skis there unlocked, and it was fine. We had a great stay—the first time our kids saw snow. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the stay. The unit was perfect for the four of us and so close to the Quicksilver lift. also close to Main street.
We highly recommend this unit.

The condo was in a perfect spot for my skiing family and me (a non-skier). Close to ski lift and Main Street. It’s also close to the Peak 9 medical center should you need assistance from ski patrol. 🙂. We didn’t make use of the hot tub but it looked like a popular spot.
Kitchen was well stocked and bards were comfortable.

If you have kids and need a very short walk to ski school and a lift, then this place is great. You literally walk down a very short hill to ski school and the Quicksilver lift. Our kids are 9 and 11. Zero complaints about the walk to and from ski school and the lifts. At the end of the day you can ski right up to the back of the condo. It’s also a very short walk to downtown. Condo has everything you need if you plan on cooking at home. The hot tub was used every afternoon. Plenty of space for a family of four. Would definitely book again!

We have always stayed at Trails End. The location cannot be beat for lift access and walking to town which we do every night. We especially like this unit because of the split bedrooms. My daughter (6) loved the bunk beds and my son (16) slept on the sofa (his choice) not wanting to room with little sister.
Loved Two bathrooms- it is always better than 1! Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch at the condo- we stopped at the store on the way in and we were able to make everything with what was supplied.
I also loved that we didn’t have to check in anywhere- the landlord mails you the keys and we go straight there. We mail the keys back when we get home.
No complaints. We had a great time and rebooked for next year!

The location is perfect. The Quiksilver lift is right out the back door, which is a great area for beginners. And then after skiing, the hot tubs were great. And after the hot tubs, the main street is also really close to go out and enjoy dinner in the town. Would love to stay here again!

Condo was great, clean and perfect location. Especially east if you have a little one in Ski School.
4.8
So close to the lifts and just close enough to shops and restaurants. Great location made this trip spectacular.
4.8
Great ski in/out location. All amenities are available. Managment was responsive to our needs. I will definitely rent again.

We have stayed at the Trails End condos a number of times (you can’t beat the location), but this was the first time in this particular condo. Overall, we had a good stay. Everything was as described in the listing and we enjoyed the renovations/updates. The communication with the property manager was very good. We did have a few minor issues, but we were able to make due.
I would recommend bringing ear plugs for the master bedroom. It is right above the outside hot tub so if you get in bed prior to that closing, it is noisy. Also, the non-stick sauté pans need to be replaced. They were really old and the non-stick coating is peeling off. I did not feel comfortable using them for cooking. Also, there is not a full set of measuring cups and measuring spoons. There were plenty of pots, plates and silverware.

Nice unit in great location!

Fantastic location, great amenities!
This is my fourth stay here - the owner is fantastic and so responsive, the place is perfectly located - only 2 blocks from main street - and the place is stocked with all you need for your stay. Super comfortable master bed too! We'll be back....

Spring Skiing!
We had a great time staying at the Trails-end condo. The condo is located central to both skiing (ski in and out) and town (10 minute walk). The condo was clean and as advertised. The property manager, Nathalie, was readily available to help with any questions we had. We would definitely come back.
4.8
Listing is accurate. Loved the location super close to the base of Peak 9 chair. Easy parking. Close to Main St. Owner was very accommodating and great to communicate with.

Perfect location
The absolute best location for a family with kids in ski lessons. A short walk to the ski school and lift. We loved that it was also walkable to town. We’ve already booked the same unit for next year!

This was our second stay at Trails End but our first time in this particular unit. Everything was fantastic. You can’t beat the location and the communication was great! We will be back for sure.

Great 2BR right at the base of Peak 9. Perfect ski-in, ski-out property. Owner was great with communication and proving all the info we needed.

Perfect location and awesome condo
Our week could not have been anymore perfect. The location of this condo is unbeatable. Ski right to the back door and steps from all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again. Host communication was the absolute best.

Convenient Spot
Trails End is located convenient to Quicksilver lift - walk out back maybe 100 yds and ski back in. Convenient to Main Street. Clean and very functional condo. Management is very responsive. Thank you.

Good Location
This is a great location for ski in/ski out. The actual unit could use some improving, The pictures make it look fully updated, however, underneath it is not. The toilets took a long time to flush, the pots/pants were old and could use replacing. The fans in the bathrooms got hot and actually smelled like they could burn. I would consider staying in this location again, but not this unit.

Great stay in Breck!
Great condo directly on the Quicksilver lift and a few blocks from town! Communication was good and no issues to get keys/fob. Kitchen was well equipped. Highly appreciated the humidifiers being available to use too. Overall a great stay!
4.8
Great location. Walk to about anything. Live ski in ski out.
Property needs some minor repairs: window shades, bathroom rail, lamps not working. Nothing major but a little annoying. I would still stay there as stag. If friendly and responsive and great location
