Owners CJ and Jamie deVries are very professional and exceptional in providing the best customer service. They work hard to make sure your stay is memorable in the best ways. This was our second year in a row staying at Bronco Estate. I took it as a good omen as we drove up to the house the pebble driveway rock was raked to give a nice welcome. We had nine adults and 3 kids. What I like is the house is big enough that my guests can take a break from the sun and find a relaxing spot inside to relax. Improvements to the home since our last visit, new pool umbrellas, new putting green, interior house painted and some new light fixtures. Bedrooms all have a tv with Disney Plus and Netflix. Large tv in front room and downstairs. Pool goes from 3 to 9 feet deep. Can jump from grotto waterfall into deep end. Floats in bin behind shower wall. Waterslide made from small rough surface tiles. Waterslide works best if you use something to slide on when using. No dangerous critters seen during our stay. Pest control made scheduled service call. Kitchen big enough and well stocked with essentials to make your meals. Refrigerator in kitchen works but in my opinion does not get cold fast enough to keep up with constant door opening. Best to keep meats in the laundry room refrigerator and make sure you don't overload main refrigerator. This is a great home and will only get better as more improvements come. Location close to groceries and not that far to Costco. Plenty of ammenities to keep you and your guests entertained.

The house is very spacious and beautiful. However we experienced many maintenance problems during our stay. The first night we all had cold showers. The water heater was not turned on. The problem was fixed the next day. 2 of the a/c were having issues. The property manager was able to get the a/c company to come out and replace the motors. We also had issues with the refrigerator in the kitchen. After spending $500 on groceries the first day we woke up the next morning to our milk, eggs, bacon, meat etc warm so we had to toss the items in the garbage. The refrigerator was never fixed during our stay, we ended up using the refrigerator in the laundry room. It was a little inconvenient running back and forth when cooking meals, but at least we had another refrigerator to use. Also the ironing board in laundry room should be replaced as it was unstable to use. But probably the most disappointing was the pool slide. The tiles were broken and cracked on the slide. Our poor granddaughter went down the slide and scraped her legs and back raw, before we realized how bad and dangerous it was. Also in the house description it should of mentioned that pool was 9 feet deep at one end and the middle of the pool was over most of our heads. So 10 of us were all hanging in one end of the pool most of the time. The pictures of the house showed a diving board and a pool basketball hoop. Neither were there? The sports court and putting green were great. If you are not from Arizona, be prepared for the very large spiders, scorpions etc in the house and garage. There also a lot of cute rabbits hopping around the property. I can’t say enough nice things about Jamie and CJ who are great to work with. Hopefully for the next lucky family to rent this house all the inconveniences we experienced will be fixed, pictures and descriptions of the pool updated and the newly interior painting of house will be done.

We chose this beautiful property for our family spring break vacation (8 adults and 4 children ages 1-7). The home itself is spectacular and extremely well maintained. The property offered lots of things to do for our family - pickleball, basketball, children’s play structure, pool, outdoor fireplace and kitchen area, even ping pong - all well maintained. The home was also thoughtfully appointed. We have stayed in several vacation properties and I think my family would agree that this is may be the best one we’ve stayed in!

The home was a wonderful place for our whole family vacation. Plenty of room and a big backyard with a very fun pool. Very nice pickle ball court. Unfortunately it was too hot to use it much. There is a ping pong table in the shade which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. We had 5 adults and 4 kids ages 3-7 yrs. There was plenty of room for them to play inside and out. CJ was great in answering my texts. Although we were there in record high temps, there’s so many indoor activities for kids in the Phoenix area that we were able to take the kids places in the during the hottest part of the day and enjoy the pool and yard in the morning and late afternoon. We would definitely come back!

Family of 5 adults and 3 children stayed in this wonderful home during July heatwave. This home was perfect. Parents relaxed knowing the pool was secured by a fence and gate that took some effort to open. Big island in the kitchen was great for our meal prep and housed the much appreciated ice machine. Having two dishwashers and two refrigerators was a plus. Pantry was well stocked with spices and other necessities. TV in the living room had a wide array of channels, including Disney+. For being so hot outside, air conditioning system did well. We enjoyed all the outside ammenities, but spent most of our time in the pool. Kids and adults all loved the diving board and waterslide, and the kids nicknamed the waterfall the "Mermaid Grotto". Property manager CJ is the epitome of hospitality and was quick to answer all our questions. This is our second time renting a vacation home from Desert Vista Luxury Homes.

We had an amazing stay at the Bronco Estate. One of our best family vacations. The property is like staying at your own private resort. Pool with slide and hot tub fenced in, misters, playground, pickle ball/basketball, bags, etc. etc. The home is well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfortable, very large garage for three cars and beautiful desert views. Layout is excellent for both small children or adult only trip. Highly recommend.

Plenty of room with things to keep everyone occupied and busy from pickle ball to basketball to the swingset and pool. We appreciated all of the games in the game room and t-ball stand and ball for the backyard.The house was very clean with comfortable beds and lovely linens. The house was wonderful with a few exceptions, The biggest complaint was the mattresses needed to be changed, except for the master bedroom. There were no TV instructions as we lost the TV reception for two days on the plus side for the first time because we stay in houses in arizona 2 to 3 times a year, we could heat pool and hot tub easily. And yes, CJ was pleasant and was able to fulfill our request for plastic wine glasses for the pool side so thank you. Over all it was a nice stay.

This home is BEAUTIFUL!!! It has everything you can think of with a large kitchen/pantry and two large refrigerators. The automatic ice machine was GREAT. The backyard is definitely its own resort and the location of the home is perfect. We spent the majority of our time in the spa/pool.
There was plenty of space for 11 of us and we never felt like we were bumping into each other. I don’t even think most of us made it to the downstairs area which is a “home” by itself.
Communication with CJ was great. He answered all of my text messages throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again

We had another great experience at Bronco Estate with our 8 children and one daughter-in-law. Our first visit was in 2014 and the house looks and functions the same. It is very well maintained and was once again spotless when we arrived. The pool and water slide are always family favorites plus breakfast on the patio each morning. The new sport court was just being completed, but that should be a nice addition in the future. We also enjoy the very quiet and calm neighborhood setting. Attentive interaction with operations and maintenance is the standard. Overall, another awesome trip and we'll hopefully be back in the future.

Very nice home. Manager was great! Had some issues with pool but they did their best to get things going as quickly as possible and adjusted for the inconvenience. They picked up groceries for us on Christmas Eve, as our fligjts were delayed. We really appreciated that!

This house had all the bells and whistles, and all of the toys. The pool was fabulous, and everyone enjoyed it, and the spa. The kids loved the games in the poker room, along with the pool table and Pac-Man on the lower level. While we ate most of our meals in the dining room, it was great having 2 other choices, one of them out on the patio.
