My husband and I absolutely enjoyed staying here. The place was amazing and felt super cozy. It was a perfect distance from everything which allowed us to walk wherever we wanted to go.

This was my first time in New Orleans and the location for this condo was PERFECT! It was walking distance to everything. We parked our vehicle on Thursday and didn’t move or need it until we left on Monday! The condo was beautiful and spacious inside! It’s perfect distance to bourbon street, not too close and not too far. Our host gave wonderful recommendations and I cannot wait to come back!!!

The location couldn’t have been better. Quiet location yet close enough to the quarter that you can easily walk there. If you have a car there’s easy street parking right out front. I would definitely try to book again on my next NOLA visit!

The location of this property was perfect for our needs, near the French Quarter without the noise and craziness. The property is well kept and our host Eric is a great communicator and was always quick to respond. 5 stars all the way around!

Great location. Beautiful property. Safe building. But no working outdoor fire pit. That was the first photo for listing and the reason I booked the property. I guess there is a burn ban now, but there isnt even a propane hook up. Just a suggestion to use sterno. I list properties myself and would not try to deceive any customers with a headline picture that contains a large working fire pit, when none exists.

Great location just outside the French Quarter. Lovely, sleek loft space. Main room has super high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Courtyard is totally private and you can use the grill (although it’s a bit noisy because of an exhaust fan from the restaurant.) Will definitely stay there again!

Host is an amazing communicator. Property is perfect. My mom and I celebrated her birthday here and it was the best place we could have stayed. Great location, right near everything you want to go and see in the French Quarter. Quiet at night. You wont regret it or forget it!

From booking to check out, Eric Bay was a dream. With good restaurant recommendations and great communication. Can’t give enough kudos. The apartment is lovely. Tastefully decorated and well furnished. The patio area was the reason we wanted this spot, because my husband enjoys a good cigar. It was so romantic and cozy with the fun Edison lights. Bed might have been better as a queen and a mattress upgrade, but it was totally okay. An easy walk to just about anywhere you want to go - a great location!

Everything was just perfect!! Eric was exceptional to deal with. Checking in and out could not have been easier. The condo was so nice and stocked with coffee, snacks and even wine!!! It was the perfect location… proximity to everything! I will definitely want to stay here again.

I honestly could not find one bad thing about this apartment. Its spacious, beautifully decorated, & has everything you need for a comfortable weekend. Location, location, location!! We were close enough to bourbon street to walk but far enough to not hear any of the partying after we were done for the night. I love this apartment and would highly recommend it for new travelers to NOLA.

Excellent Condo - great location and very comfortable

Very convenient to the French Quarter and Trolley lines. Fresh renovation, nicely appointed and very comfortable and safe. We parked our (nice) car in the EZ-Park garage about 200' from the Condo on Carondelet Street. $25/day - worth it for the security and very close proximity. No in/out, but we never had the need to take the car anywhere. The Green Trolley is very convenient to the Garden District and the Red line to the Casino and French Market on the river. Trolley cost is $1.25/trip or $3.00/24 Hr period. You pay when you get on the Trolley - have exact change in 1's and 5's or coins - the Trolley does NOT provide change if you have only a $10 or $20! Was lucky a passenger changed by $10 for two $5's. Get dinner reservations at least a month in advance - Commander's Palace, Peche were booked when we tried to get spots for dinner. We still had nice dinners at Court of Two Sisters (French Quarter), Gris-Gris in the Lower Garden District, Luke for a fabulous breakfast very near the condo, Herbsaint on Magazone Street in the CBD - fantastic fried oysters.

Hi, the inside of the condo was fine, fairly clean. The washing machine broke down, the water heater cut out. The big issue is that the pictures are not accurate of the courtyard space. Now - there are industrial vents and a blower from a greek restaurant - loud and smelly and there is a pictures seeming to be a fire pit, but is just a table with rocks that you can put some stereo on if you wish to have fake heat. I would not advice staying here unless you love the smell of Greek food in the morning...

I thought it was a great location. The amenities as far as cooking were minimal, there weren't a lot of towels, and the sheets were ripped. Otherwise though...excellent place to stay. Just bring that stuff.

This place was magnificent, exactly as advertised. The apartment was modern and spacious, check in could not have been easier. The location was fantastic close enough to the action that you could walk to most places in and around the french quarter, but far enough away from the action that it was not too loud or intrusive. The private outdoor space was divine and a wonderful place to unwind. Book this place, you won't regret it.

The condo was beautiful. It was fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. We were walking distance to everything. My wife and I are hoping one of them comes up for sale soon. There is no free parking in New Orleans, so we will definitely fly in next time and already booking this property again for next year.

I will be booking again!! I am complete phobic of roaches & I emailed Eric in the very late middle of the nite...he was there 1st thing in the morning offering any assistance from the flying demon that came in from those gorgeous NOLA nights! He went above & beyond to make sure my stay was better than great! The apartment was beautiful & had every accommodation of home! I will keep in contact with Eric & make sure any place I rent in NOLA is managed by him before I book!!! ❤️🖤�💚�

Exactly as pictured! We hadn't expected to spend so much time in the condo, but happily self-quarantined for 98% of our stay. It was quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped. The outdoor space was wonderful! Eric was great to communicate with and very understanding. We hope to be back when we can enjoy the city!

When I saw the condo online I knew that was where I wanted to stay and it did not disappoint. Neat and clean, beautifully decorated, all the essentials plus. It was just as pictured and described. Location was great for going to the quarter and uptown and Eric responded immediately to questions I had at check in. I look forward to staying in one of his properties on my next visit!
