A spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bath two-story home that has it all and sleeps 13 comfortably. This house is a perfect rental for families - or groups - looking for a great getaway on the Jersey Shore. Convenient location across the street from the beach and boardwalk. Less than a 10 minute walk to the train and town and plenty of driveway parking for up to 5 cars. The downstairs is open concept and is ideal for large groups. Enjoy the backyard patio which includes a BBQ and an outdoor shower. The main level has three bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, a living & dining area, a full size laundry room and an enclosed sun porch. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Really appreciate everything about the house and ameneties. Used all 5 bedrooms for our 9 folks and were very comfortable. Walked to so much including our event at Lobster Shanty. Also aporeciated the owner/manager. She was excellent at communication and responsiveness.

There were 6 of us attending a wedding at a local Pt Pleasant venue. This home was more than perfect for us both in size and location! From the adorable beachy details all around the home to the size of the awesome backyard, it was by far one of our favorite houses so far! The hostess thought of, provided, and labeled everything! Front enclosed porch was perfect for group coffee and people watching. We would love to stay here again someday :)

Excellent property & location!
We were in Pt Pleasant for the weekend for a family wedding, and this property couldn’t have worked out more perfectly! Plenty of space, well-stocked, and clean. You definitely can’t beat the location - it’s a 2 minute walk from the boardwalk, and within walking distance of so many other great spots. Diane was a very communicative host, and had the house well-prepped for our arrival. We would love to come back during the actual beach season, because that sun room and porch make for the perfect lounge areas!

Lovely home—better than the photos!
We had a wonderful weekend stay here and it exceeded our expectations. Nicely updated with comfortable mattresses (very important to us), awesome location, plenty of parking (a precious commodity in a beach town), and lots of family-focused extras. Fabulous Property
This property is beautiful. Every room is updated, fully stocked and completely comfortable. I wish I had more time to enjoy it, but we were in town for our daughters wedding and were out celebrating most of the time! The children enjoyed the PAC MAN game! Would love to rent again to really enjoy! 5 stars all around!

Amazing location and house set up
This house is in a prime location only 3 minutes walk from the beach and pizza and donut shops!! It’s really well set up with lots of room and beds, plus an amazing backyard (perfect for grilling and gatherings). Can’t thanks Diane enough for her communication throughout.

Sibling getaway
We loved our stay! The beach house was exactly as stated in the listing. I was looking for a comfortable, unpretentious beach house with a large gathering space to play cards or just hang out and catch up with my siblings who I haven't seen in almost two years. This place was perfect. The bathrooms are updated, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is really well stocked. The beach is so close too, and even though the weather was uncooperative, we did spend quite a bit of time walking on the beach and boardwalk, and riding bikes. Diane was super responsive and the whole experience was great! Would love to stay there again. Highly recommend.

Perfect!
This was my first ever VRBO stay. Everything was perfect. Easy check-in. Beautiful rooms. Even some cute seasonal decor. More bedrooms and space than I needed or imagined. I brought too much stuff because the house had everything I needed. Being my first VRBO stay, I had more questions than the average person, but the owner was very patient and answered all of my questions. I will be staying here again for sure! My girls loved the bunk room and cried when we had to leave :-)

Great winter hideaway
This was a great little gem. It's located right near the beach and within walking distance to so many options. The house had great amenities. My kids loved the large connect four out back. The layout was great and my kids loved their big group room. This kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any rental we have ever used. The laundry facilities were stocked. If there was any down side the front bedroom bed wasn't that comfortable. But the large sofa in the living room was super comfortable.

Great house and location
We stayed here in Jan 2021 for an anniversary trip with our children and 2 other adult family members. The house is great for a group and nicely decorated. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds and we enjoyed the very short walk to the boards. Great fenced in backyard area which was safe for young kids to play! I am looking forward to booking again.

Location and size
We stayed in the house the last week of July 2020 and I must say it was everything we expected plus some. First, the location is across the street from access to the beach. You walked maybe two minutes and your on the sand. This was great because we had a few things to bring and the short walk was convenient. We arrived to the house and to our surprise the back “yard” area was covered in new pavers which made things supper easy to keep sand free. They had outdoor games and plenty of seating at a huge table that sat 10. The outdoor shower was also plenty big with a seat but we need to throw a large towel over the top so the neighbors didn’t get a “free show” on the inside the house was very big and open as indicated in the post. The house had everything. It was very clean and everything was in its place. It was clear the owners cared about the renters experience. There was plenty of room in all the bedrooms and upstairs as well. During our stay we had 5 days of 95 degree plus days. The air conditioning was fine on the first floor but understandably upstairs was hot during the day. They had fans and all so we made it work. The kitchen has every utensil and pot you could think of not to mention we used the Weber grill daily out back. If your looking for a large home to bring a family or two this is defiantly one to look at. We have rented down in this area and as a matter of fact we rented a house about one block away last year. That house was new but didn’t have most of what this house had so this is a clear winner. Overall the owner was fantastic and checked in to make sure everything was good. We will be back for sure

Plenty of space for large groups - great setup!
This house was perfect for our large group. We loved the outside seating and large tables that fit our entire group of 9! The house was stocked when we arrived with plenty of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. It was great not needing to provide any of our own linens! The appliances were up to date and we had everything we needed. Diane provided clear instructions for check in and check out and our entire stay went very smoothly. We will definitely stay here again on any future trips to Point Pleasant! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property was well kept, clean, and provided plenty of comfortable sleeping space. With the boardwalk immediately accessible, and more than enough parking in the driveway / area, we had easy access to all of our wants and needs. Best of all, communication with the owner was simple and easy. Rules on the house were also provided in detail, making for a more comfortable entrance / exit of our stay.

The perfect beach house. The layout of this house is flawless from the enclosed “charming” front porch to the back yard. The living room has an open layout, which flows into the kitchen. Perfect Family Getaway
From begining to end, everything is flawless. Diane was extremely responsive and professional. She quickly sent additional pics of her immaculate home upon my request. She even allowed us to check in early. Her newly updated home is perfect for our exended family of 12; BIG and spacious, CLEAN, and has EVERYTHING you need for your stay. The kids love their beds, x-box games, and TV upstairs. There are plenty of space on first floor for everyone. Everything is walking distance. The home is a short block from the boardwalk. Great pizza shop across the street and fresh bagel shop is a block away. Stop and Shop is 4 minute drive. No need to use your car once you get there. Driveway is big enough for 4 to 5 cars. Backyard is another great gathering place with everything you need. I highly recommend this incredible home. A Perfect Home for a Perfect Getaway with your love ones.
