Gorgeously furnished, covered pool, with additional family room that opens to the pool area....

Sitting minutes from the beach and downtown Dunedin, this home features a covered pool, heated to your comfort zone. Bedroom furniture is all brand new. Master with king bed, walk in closet, and master bath. First bedroom has queen bed. Second bedroom has queen bed and a futon with a walk out to the pool. Additional bedrooms share a bathroom. The rest of the house is decorated with comfort in mind. No carpet in the house, hardwood and tile throughout.

Home is equipped with all the amenities, one would expect from a little piece of heaven near the beach!

The house is needing updated with many repairs needed. Cabinet doors, holes in walls. Mismatched furniture and dining table inside and in patio only seats 4 people. There are only 2 outside loungers which are rusty. Although the house was adequate for what we needed the biggest disappointment was that after we vacated the villa he then sent me a further payment request for $50 because he stated that we had left dog poop in the middle of a room. We had no dog or cat or any other animal in the villa. I did however ask if he would object if my mother in law visited with her beagle. There was no objection which was great but she didn't visit and I believe that this is why he thought he could get away with charging me extra. As before no dog visited the property and the owner has lied to get more money. Very disappointed and frustrated that he can get away with doing this. Needless to say we never paid the additional payment. Just to re in-state NO ANIMAL WAS IN THE VILLA AT ANY POINT DURING OUR STAY. No animal was there!

From the moment we walked in we knew we made the right decision..Plenty of room for all of us.Loved the design of the pool with the upper level and seat in the deep end. The house was within a few miles of everything we had planned to do We had everythingwe needed as far as kitchen items..Just left this am for Indiana and already planning another stay at the House of Relaxation..Many memories have been made this week..

The home was absolutely beautiful and the pool area was wonderful. We could not ask for a nicer warm pool and the kids loved swimming in it every day. I would highly recommend this property

Had a wonderful stay! Close to all the good stuff. Beds are comforatable and the house has lots of space. Pool is so great. Has a shallow part great for kids. House has a Pack N Play, pool toys, beach toys. You feel stocked the moment you walk in

2nd visit! This is a wonderful, spacious house in a great location. We loved the remodeling to the property, inside and out. We travel in May and the heated pool is a definite plus. Mike's a great host. Lovely home!

Upon entering the House of Relaxation, I was impressed with how clean and homey the house vibe was. The home was spacious enough for 8 people, plenty of seating for everyone and TVs. The pool was amazing, plenty of toys, and the screen was great for big free stay. Mike was very responsive to all our needs, we could not ask for a better host. We would definitely stay there again! The location was perfect. We were about 20-30 min to Clearwater beach and very close to the highways. We enjoyed my daughter’s wedding and time with family!♥️

We loved this house!! We planned to do a couple days at the beach, but instead only did one and spent the other day at the home (per the kids’ request)! We loved watching movies together and swimming in the warm pool!

This house was amazing, nothing to complain about. We had plenty things to use in kitchen. Did not have to worry about extra blankets and stuff because they provided that! We have saved these house and will be staying again! It was amazing and slept 10 people very comfortably! It was close to everything but enough out where you could enjoy the nice pool in the evening! The owners was very well and quick to respond! I ask about the water being too warm and they immediately came out the next day and worked on it! 10/5 stars!

The listing describes this house exactly. It was clean and comfortable. Enough space for 6 adults and 1 child to be together and/or find some private space. The pool is wonderful and kept our family especially my 7 yr old granddaughter occupied. The kitchen is well equipped. An inexpensive laundry basket or 2 would be helpful with using the washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable. The location is convenient to go to a beach and close to grocery stores. Nicely updated and renovated.

We loved everything about your house, from the size, the two living rooms were perfect, the pool was wonderful so warm and the neighborhood was so quiet, we will be back, went to book for next year but no openings, hopefully the following year, we go every March to watch the Phillies in Spring Training, thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us

tv in family room inop, diswasher didn't clean dishes, furniture was dated and mismatached, pool was very nice once you were in it but there was no grab bar to enter the pool which was dangerous for older people

Mike the host of this property is amazing! We were coming from Indiana where the weather was terrible he helped accommodate the changes we needed in order to make this trip happen! The house is beautifully laid out, has an in ground pool which our 4 kids loved! The kitchen is pretty open, there is a nice front room for entertaining. Plenty of room in the kitchen to make large meals. The master bedroom was separated from the other two rooms which was perfect for our group as we had two couples and 4 children! Also did I mention the bathtub in the master bath, it was so nice to relax and be able to turn the tv in the bedroom facing the bathroom! Which means I could watch my show and take a bubble bath! It was super close to many attractions, we went to Clearwater which was only 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Florida!

This was truly a house of relaxation. Well furnished and well appointed, Michael's property made us feel we were in a home away from home throughout our vacation. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. And the pool was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely return for another stay.

We lucked out and found this beautiful home on higher ground when we learned we were ordered to evacuate our own nearby home for hurricane Ian. The owner Mike was extremely responsive and kind. And we were delighted by the beauty and comfort of this home! It truly was relaxing and a joy to stay there. The beds in the master and small guestroom (for nap time!) are very comfortable. Linens are high-quality. The kitchen was in the very center of the home and came well equipped. The best part is the den overlooking the large heated pool. That’s where we spent most of our time watching the storm come and go. I highly recommend this home. It’s private in a nice neighborhood . And it’s a great location close to the beaches, restaurants, shopping, all the fun you would want when visiting the Gulf Coast!

We enjoyed our stay. You could tell the owner has spent some money recently making a few updates. I liked the uncluttered simple decor. It was plenty of space for our family of four. The pool was nice and the proximity to Clearwater beach was perfect. A few things needed attention as with any rental, nothing is perfect. The owner was quick to reapond to my request about the pool needing to be vacuumed. We did have to make a few purchases to make our stay more comfortable but overall it was a nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The 3 bedrooms accommodated our family perfectly. The little ones loved the heated pool, almost as much as the adults. The house is in a great location, close to Honeymoon Island State Park/beach, downtown and stores- and of course, Clearwater Beach. Too much to do and not enough time. We'll definitely be back. Thanks Mike for letting us enjoy your property!

We almost turned around and left. The entire house, and especially the patio and pool deck areas are in dire need of a power wash. The inside was clean, if sparsely furnished, but half of the light bulbs were burned out. The coffee pot was disgusting—the men wouldn’t use it. Altogether a property in need of lots of TLC.

The House was spacious and very accommodating. We have no complaints , just one issue. The landscaper who came to blow the leaves outside the Lanai blew all the dirt into the pool. The pool guy was there 2 days prior and pool was clean. The landscaper ruined the pool so the last day we were there we couldn’t enjoy the pool. Overall good experience

House was very clean and spacious. Pool was incredible and very private due to fenced in yard. House was well equipped with everything you could ask for like towels, dishes, cups, silverware, grill, wifi, smart tv's, washer, dryer, and much more. Mike was great and quick to respond.

Love it!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we love it. We take our grand children down for Spring Break and it is great. A short drive to Honeymoon Island, or a bit longer drive to our favorite Beach in Tarpon Springs. Close to the Spring Training fields for baseball, and close to all the great restaurants in Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, and even Tampa. Mike, the property manager is always a pleasure to deal with. The one really great thing about this house, besides location, is the pool. It is beautiful, and warm! We hope to make it back again next Spring!

This was by far the best vacation ever. Mike was quick with responses to my questions. Great location and only a few minutes away from golf courses and other attractions. I would give 10 stars if possible.. thanks again mike.
