Thank you very w, Ron!

This is a top-of-the-line experience on all counts. The condo is very comfortable and fully-equipped. It has great views of Commencement Bay and is in a beautiful neighborhood full of gorgeous and interesting homes. Host Ron Tines is simply the best I have ever encountered- unfailingly responsive, accommodating, and thoroughly professional. He provides a guide to the condo and the neighborhood that is extremely well organized and informative, and he promptly replies to any questions or needs. It makes for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at the condo. Ron thought of everything. We need fan noise in our bedroom and it was nice to see that we had many fan options available. The place was close to everything and it was so quiet at night and was nice to be able to have the windows open without fear of loud disturbances. We would definitely stay there again!

Elmwood condo #5 great stay
Beautiful view. Biggest thing for me was it was a safe location. Way better value than staying in a cramped hotel. We were in the area for a basketball tournament for my daughter and to be able to wash clothes and cook some meals was an added bonus. Ron spells everything out well. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Home Base for Biz Trip
Excellent Two Bed/Two Bath condo that served me and a work colleague well during a week long business trip. Each had our own bed & bath and was several hundred dollars cheaper than each of us getting a hotel room. Onsite parking was easy, just keep in mind there are some old cobble stone roads in the area. There are great Puget Sound views off the balcony and from the dinette area. Ron is an exceptional host and the one minor problem we encountered during our visit was fixed the next day. Will stay here again if it is available for our next trip.

We truly loved staying in this condo! We loved the location and the view from the patio...wish it was a little warmer so we could have sat out there longer! We will definitely take a look and see if we can stay there again our next time in Tacoma to visit family.

Winter Wonderland
The condo was perfect for the weekend that we had planned. We ended up spending more time at the condo due to the weather conditions, than we originally planned. I was close to everything. Was well stocked with essentials. Extremely clean. We highly recommend a walk to the Parkway Tavern. Thank you for having us. We would stay again. Views were awesome, when we could see through the snow storm.

Lovely Old Neighborhood with Water Views
We were very comfortable in this cozy condo with its no-stairs access that was exactly what we needed for my 98-year old mom to be able to visit us. The beds were excellent! Bathrooms and kitchen were small but well-equipped and very adequate for a week's visit. Great neighborhood for walks and water views, easy access to everywhere, plus covered parking in back. Thermostat-controlled electric fireplace provided just the right amount of warmth, and the smart TV provided lots of options.

Great view, close to lots of things to do.
Nice clean condo. Great view and location. Sitting on the balcony drinking my tea was very relaxing, and the view was so beautiful. My family of 5 stayed and the kids felt the fold away mattresses were awesome. If we return to Tacoma again we would certainly rent from Ron again.

You'll want to stay here !!!
This beautiful condo ... exceptionally well equipped ... comfortable and clean ... met my every expectation and then some. The deck afforded a peaceful view of Commencement Bay, and caught every breeze. Even though the unit is not air-conditioned .. it remained very comfortable .. shade and an abundance of fans.
We had ample kitchen equipment to prepare our contribution to family get-togethers. We made a rather big dent in their Starbucks k-cups ... perfect to pair with that gorgeous view. The beds were comfy and the bedding was perfect.
The owner was attentive and responded to all inquiries promptly. We were close to all the amazing restaurants on Ruston Way and the award winning Pt Defiance Zoo and Aquarium.
Highly recommended !!! (PS we are VRBO owners as well ... and as such, were especially appreciative)
