7 of us stayed at this cabin from 7/19-7/27 and it was perfect. It was far enough away from the business of Gatlinburg but close to many fun adventures. It was super quiet, I wouldn’t necessarily call it a neighborhood as there were only a few houses but it was quiet and surrounded by beauty! The cabin has absolutely everything you need. The 2nd day there our car battery died and it pretty much took all day to get it fixed. The kids all kept themselves busy with games and the hot tub and were not disappointed we couldn’t head out for the day. Great place for families and lots to do! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We were very pleased with the accommodations at Three Little Birds. They thought of every detail. The cabin was very comfortable and we had all of the supplies we needed! One day we drove into Gatlinburg and over to Cades Cove and Clingman’s Dome. Aside from that we did hikes and activities close to Cosby. We will definitely stay again if we come back to the Smoky Mountains.

Spring break March 2024
We had a fantastic, relaxing stay at the Three Birds Cabin! We loved reading the history of the cabin, stained glass windows, visitor’s journal book entries and the bear details of the cabin. This has been the most packet amenities/home items than any other Vrbo or house rental we have experienced. From the two porches, hot tub tv bar area, board games ,bbq items, fire wood, completely full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, double ovens, seasonings, crockpots, coffee machines, towel warmers, etc. They even provide extra items that people tend to forget, like phone chargers. The beds were very comfortable. House was clean. Neighborhood was quiet. There are other cabin homes around you but very quiet. Owners very responsive. The property description is 100% correct. The WiFi signal was strong. The only thing we didn’t experience was fishing because it was more than a walk away, really needed to drive there. There’s bikes to ride. We cooked meals and bbq’d. Enjoyed making s’mores in fire pit, seeing the stars at night and watching woodpecker that visited the back trees each day. We picked up our groceries in nearby town, there’s a Walmart and further out Food City grocery chains. There are many Dollar General stores along the roads. We definitely recommend this property for families, family reunions and hope to come back to visit. Visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was a short ride 25-45 minutes.

This was our first family trip to the mountains. My fiancé, son, his friend, and I had plenty of room. The cabin was very well stocked, and very clean. The host was responsive and helpful. Anything you could think of that you may need on your stay has already been thought of! We are definitely coming back next year.

We had a great stay at the cabin for Thanksgiving! We go someplace new every year and this year we picked Tennessee. The hot tub was amazing, they had tons of games and activities for the kids. The owners were very responsive when we communicated. The only advice is the downstairs bedroom bed needs a few updates. We ended going into town and purchasing all new pillows. Other than that we had a great time! We would go back to this cabin in the future

We loved our time at Three Little Birds. The abundance of leaves in the driveway, on the road and leading to the wood shed was treacherous for senior ladies. We did appreciate your getting the driveway blown off after we messaged. Confusion over twin beds was an issue. It was not clear to us that one was a trundle. One of our ladies ended up on the couch. None of this would prevent our staying again. Three Little Birds is a lovely place.

We are from Florida and we wanted to find a magical place to stay to enjoy the fall colors. This cabin checked all the boxes and then some! From the gorgeous interior to the fire pit and hot tub, it is now a memory we will never forget. We came overly prepared with essentials from home and found that we wasted our valuable space in our luggage since every need was meant and then some! I highly recommend this listing for your vacation home!

So happy we chose this cabin to stay in. We had everything we could ever need and then some. Our boys definitely felt at home and we were all sad to leave.

Such a wonderful getaway home for our family. Our twin 6 yr old girls were thrilled to see all of the toys and games available to play. We had less than favorable weather, but enjoyed our stay because there was so much to do at this cozy home. The extras made it so easy for this mama to relax. The property was beautiful inside and out, but in a way that also felt comfortable. We plan to stay here again and will likely book for a longer stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, the grill worked well, and we enjoyed the fire-pit. My husband appreciated the dry wood supply snd fire starting kit. So many great things to share!

What an amazing trip it was. The cabin was absolutely incredible, down to the very last detail. From the well documented history behind the origins of the cabin to the well throughout amenities that adorn each room throughout this beautiful custom cabin. You won’t need much here, just yourselves and a good time.
From zip lining at CLIMBWorks, to the summit of Mt. Leconte, to the bear and bear cubs we saw on Cades Cove loop during bicycle day (Wednesday). Then it was off to do some white water rafting followed by some swimming in Midnight Hole. And to top off the week we did a little trout fishing and a moonshine tasting. Everyone has a blast.
With all the amenities of a home at the cabin, we felt much like we were at our own home. And that really allowed us to enjoy many home cooked meals together, playing games, foosball competitions. The fire pit was a hit to close out the evenings and the hot tub definitely hit the spot in the cooler hours of the morning after a hiking the day prior.

This was a great place to stay, close to white water rafting trip we had planned. You really only need to bring your food, and drinks you want. It is not as secluded as I would of liked but none the less a beautiful cabin, Master bed was so comfortable whirlpool tub in that bathroom was relaxing after a day of hiking up henhollow waterfall trail. We could'nt get the tv by the hot tub to work , and some of the jets in the hot tub worked some did'nt. We did'nt spend a lot of time in there. We cooked outside every day, coffee in the morning by the fire pit or on the swing on the porch. The hammock out back is divine and so peaceful in the evening. It has all the things for kids to stay busy, games books movies, bikes hiking sticks, hula hoops. The ice maker was slow to make ice we did end up buying some which is not an big deal. Over all I would definatley go back to three little birds cabin, The decor is super cute was easy to navigate too, and the owners are super responsive. You won't regret this great little place in the woods, On a side note the person who slept in the loft area the bottom bunker is not comfortable for any adult would probablly be ok for kids not adults. But since we were only there for 3 days we switched up and Sat two of our people left so opened up the bed down stairs. The pictures don't lie this is a great cabin..

The whole house was just beautiful. The fire pit in the backyard was great with all the fire wood anyone would need and then some. We are definitely going to be coming back..

Quiet small neighborhood close to Gatlinburg (20 mins) and easy access to Pigeon Forge (40 min pretty drive). Great access to National Park and scenic drives. House has plethora of games, hot tub, garage with equipment to borrow, and stocked kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for better!

This cabin is beautiful! We love the front porch and screened in back porch, spent a lot of time out front and back! Very clean and spacious! Lots of games, books and things to do. Hiking was very close to cabin!

The cabin was beautiful. Extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and eat with. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed for cooking or baking. Bathrooms were clean. Hot tub was a hit with everyone. They had board games to play. Bikes, hiking and fishing gear in the garage. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. I would definitely book this cabin again.

It was the most delightful vacation with my grandchildren, cannot say enough good things about house. It is a little drive to attractions but scenery is gorgeous. We wanted to stay longer. The house was so very beautiful with modern updates but yet country living.

My whole family loved this cabin! So many games, toys, and activities for the kids to enjoy. Everything was clean and welcoming. The cabin does have neighbors and quiet hours but where the cabin sits on the property you have plenty of privacy. I don’t have one complaint about this cabin or property. It has been the best vrbo property we have stayed at to date. We enjoyed our stay and would come back in the future.

This cabin was exactly what was described. Very clean, and stocked with all kinds of items that made our stay more comfortable. We love the Cosby area, and the cabin was situated in a location that was easy to find and park at (no hanging off a mountain). The whole family was impressed! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cabin in the Smokies. We especially loved the porches!

So many extra added equipment for the children. Literally had everything you'd need that you may have forgotten. There was a small living bug in the master bedroom but was able to wash sheets in the laundry room. Overal a wonderful place to stay.

Great amenities, great location, great property.
This place has it all! Real cooking kitchen, BBQ, entertainment space, hot tub and games galore. Loved the back porch for morning coffee. And the daily hot tub soak. Overall a wonderful home away from home experience. Thank you

This cabin is absolutely gorgeous. The whole family was thanking me for picking this location. Loaded with everything you need. Weather soaking in the hot tub watching your favorite movie/ Thursday night football (TV mounted on the outside porch) or by the fire pit listening to nature it was very relaxing. Everything you need for any type of cooking inside or out to include gas or charcoal grilling. Facilities are really spacious and top notch. Lots of things for our youngest to play with (toys provided) stay busy when we weren’t out hiking enjoying the park. Located minutes to the Cosby entrance of the park to access hiking trails without hoards of people. Would highly recommend!

Pleasant Stay
It was great to be able to stay at this beautiful cabin. We actually couldn't enjoy it as much as we wanted because we were so busy exploring the area. Our favorite thing was the hot tub and the surroundings!

Better than the pictures
We enjoyed everything about the house. Location was nice and quiet was super clean and well appointed. What ever you may need is here. We loved the hot tub, played some corn hole and checkers and scrabble and even had a mini water gin fight out in the front yard all of which was provided and so much more. Both beds we comfortable and the central air system worked perfectly. We didn’t want to be in the hubbub of Gatlinburg but it’s an easy half hour drive to get there and about the same time to take in some white water rafting which was great to do. Kitchen has everything you may need, the grill was nice and big with no worries about running out of gas since it is piped in. You can’t go wrong using the house as you hub while hiking the National Park and taking in the rest of the area BTW we counted 138 bears depicted in the decorations in and around the house. YOU CANT GO WRONG STAYING HERE

Everything you could ever need.
This was a great place to stay for our week in Tennessee. We are a family of 4 and we brought my mom and dad. There was lots of room for all. The master bed room had a comfy king bed and room for a nice blow up queen bed, that is provided, for my daughter to sleep on. Queen size bed in the bedroom downstairs and a trundle in the loft. We really enjoyed the screened in back porch and the hot tub. We even had a fire a couple of nights in the fire pit in the back yard. It was a beautiful, clean home.

Great kid-friendly cabin
The best appointed cabin we have ever stayed in. Anything you needed was there. Our grandkids really loved all the toys, games, bikes, etc. tucked into every nook and cranny. Great location in proximity to Gatlinburg and surrounding area.
We understand the problem with bears and garbage, but having to take our own garbage to a facility 3 miles down the road was not pleasant and suggest you invest in on site, bear-proof, garbage receptacles.

Very disappointed
First thing you notice is the yard is not well kept and there is a lot of places for snakes to hide, the neighboring houses yards are very well maintained. The upstairs jetted tub was disgusting and had lots of pink mold in all of the jets. I later looked at the reviews and the last people who stayed here prior had also complained of the same thing and it was not fixed. I also found pine needles in the bed, so apparently the sheets were not actually changed from the last guests. The upstairs kids loft tv was broken but the house did have a lot of toys which was nice. The back two sets of hot tub jets were also broken as well as having a huge dark hairball in it even though it is supposed to be emptied and cleaned after each person’s stay. You also are responsible for taking all of your trash to the dump at the end of your stay. I will be using auntie belhams next time for our stay they are always very clean.

Soccer Adventure
We needed a place to stay for my son’s soccer tournament in Gaitenburg . The Three Little Birds was perfect for our family of four. It was a nice to relax and unwind between games.
