About this house rental

The property is located on the fairway of the Dunes golf course with a spectacular view of the golf course and mountains. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants, shops and spa at the La Quinta Resort & Spa. A pool and hot tub are across the street and tennis court is a few minutes walk.

House has master bedroom (king) with en-suite bathroom, guest bedroom (queen) with en-suite bathroom, and separate casita (2 twins) with en-suite bathroom. There is a large living room/dining room area (seats 8), powder room, and kitchen with attached dinette. Kitchen is well equipped and includes a new toaster oven, blender and Keurig (please bring your favorite pods). There is also a laundry room with washer & dryer and a garage.

The house is equipped with wireless internet and big screen televisions with high-definition cable. The courtyard has an umbrella table and gas BBQ. The swimming pool and hot tub are located just across the street, tennis courts are a block away, and the La Quinta golf courses are outside the living room door.

We had a lovely trip and the place was as advertised. We love Santa Rosa Cove and the format of this home is similar to others in the area. While some fixtures, appliances and elements of the home are a bit dated, everything is clean and in working order. We would stay again.

Beautiful property. Easy to get in and out of the gated community. Spacious home with everything you could need for cooking. A little dated, but meticulously clean. Views spectacular to have coffee on the back porch. Would stay here again!

Our ladies group has stayed a number of places. This one was fantastic. The layout was really great! Spacious kitchen with eating area. We used the HUGE dining room table for our crafting and it worked perfectly. The craft area was separate from the bedrooms so no worries about sound. We really enjoyed working with Karen too.....Great place!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. Old Town La Quinta is very close and is a cute place to walk around, shop and eat. We also walked to dinner one night at Adobe Grill restaurant at the La Quinta Resort. Would definitely come back!

Property was as described. Very open and airy. Owner was very responsive to my questions. House had a gorgeous view of a golf course and mountains. Pool and jacuzzi was a one-minute walk away, and the La Quinta resort was 8 minutes.

We had a wonderful long weekend with family at this La Quinta property. The view is fabulous and the home is close to the pool and to the La Quinta Resort. We especially appreciated the large dining table that sat eight as we had 8 of us on this trip.

The house couldn't of been more perfect! So spacious and right on the golf course with a pool steps away. This was the perfect house for my family, my teenagers loved it as well as my young niece and nephew who came for dinner one night and were able to be outside in the backyard. Beautiful property!

We had such a great week at this property. We had our 3 year old son with us and found it so convenient that they live right by the path to walk to LaQuinta resort. It was a 5-6 minute walk. The house was decorated well and was much nicer than some of the other ones we looked at. Karen always responded right away to any question we had. We hope to go back next year.
