I read that this unit was recently remodeled. All the counters were granite and the carpet seemed brand new. The views were amazing. I just really like the size of this unit with room to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay and I will book again.

I read the other reviews for this property too late, I hope others don’t make the same mistake! For the price point, this property is a bit misleading. The linens were clean, but we had to wash most dishes before use, the carpets and main space furniture were quite old and dingy. The home was not really a space in which we wanted to spend a lot of time. This was disappointing for a summer rental. The property is not comfortable walking distance to River Run because of the cross walk placement along the highway. The clubhouse was a nice amenity that we did use; after finding black mold in the basement space, we stayed clear of the condo’s indoor sauna and tub. I would not recommend this property, especially at the current listing price! There are much better rentals available for a comparable rate, we won’t return to this one and hope others don’t make our same mistake.

The condo was not very clean. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and the cabinets themselves were visibility dirty. The carpeting was filthy. The shower on the main floor did not work it had a tub but it did not have a stopper so could not use it for showers or baths. ( we did make a trip and bought a stopper and left it there for future renters) The kids noticed trash behind the furniture in a couple of rooms. The hot tub smelled so strongly of chlorine that we dared not get in it. It also smelled up the whole house so bad that it was concerning. Our eyes watered the whole time. Numerous light bulbs were out. Doors would not shut. The condo could have been amazing it had a great floor plan and beautiful views. But instead it just felt dirty and in disrepair.

Run as fast as you can from renting this unit. Yes, the location is very good. We were at River Run in 3-5 minutes which helps with little children, but the owner of this unit could care less about the condition of this unit or updating/repairing things. I don’t blame the management company (they were somewhat responsive with unit issues) but they need to get “tough love” with this owner. They are trying to polish a “turd” and this owner needs to be held responsible for repairs/update that desperately need to be made. Here is a list of SOME of the issues we had: 1. Appliances have broken parts making them unusable or so old you don't want to use them (a vacuum with a broken off foot pedal making it unusable or a vacuum I remember my parents had in the 1960's!!! 2. Heat is wacky. Some rooms are cold, some rooms are hot. While we were there a maintenance man showed up to change a part somewhere in the unit to help this....it didn't. 4. You can't use the garage for your cars. It has been turned into some strange "rec" room that holds old old furniture and dirty carpet. Besides it's so cold who would want to sit down there anyway? So our cars got buried in snow because they had to be parked outside. 5. The carpet in this unit is worn, dirty, buckling, fireplace burns and desperately needs replacing. 6. The fireplace is awful. What’s with the Duralogs you have to use in it? Is the owner too cheap to provide actual wood to use? Disappointing. 7. During our stay I was constantly calling the management company to fix this, fix that....burned out light bulbs in difficult locations (entryway, over the stove, etc), the washer and dryer is soooo old, things took forever to dry in a washer/dryer that are probably 25 years old; the garbage disposal stopped up, the plumbing was leaking under the sink for so long there was mold growing, the furniture is worn, dated and dirty, the dining table is worn and the finish is peeling off, the Formica!!! counter tops are chipped, rust water always came out first of faucets, tub stoppers were broken, HOT WATER cannot be achieved in this unit!!!! Something is terribly wrong when you have to only use hot water to get a minimally hot shower, we lost power during the Boulder fire, and found three flashlights that HAD NO batteries for use in emergency situations etc. We can handle old, but things have to function properly, and be clean. This is neither!! If this unit represents Enclave, it is disappointing!

The rental process was easy. The location worked well for us. The property management company was easy to work with when we lost a breaker and couldn’t find the breaker box. The place, however, was in need of repair. We had a couple of towel bars fall, the carpets on the main level were in need of replacing in front of the kitchen and created a trip hazard. The bed upstairs connected to the en-suite was terrible and squeaked so bad my father heard it in the room below when we turned over. The hot tub smelled and the sauna in the property we couldn’t get it to turn on. We reported the heat not working for the sauna and the hot tub/pool in the clubhouse. We didn’t hear back but after talking to the on-site management on our last day, the pool heater/hot tub was out and he was unsure of when parts would come. Very chilly swim! He got the sauna working for us our last day at the clubhouse.
The garage had carpet and furniture so it was a bit weird, but if you needed another hang out area it might be an advantage. If a few extra dollars were spent on some TLC items like a new mattress and main carpet I’d rated this a 4. Whoever cleans it we found things under the chairs (tissues and random toy set parts) when we moved them to check for toys, showing the main cleaning company needs to do a tad better job cleaning. We loved the hummingbirds that came to the back deck and created a makeshift feeder. Kids watched for hours!

The property suited our group very well and we enjoyed the condo. The disappointment was in the fact that you can’t access the clubhouse which includes the pool, although it appeared in the listing that renters would be able to use clubhouse.
4.2
The property was in perfect condition. Great neighborhood. Worst part of the stay was not given what was promised in the listing description on the website. For example, there was a pool, hot tub, pool table, and gym area that was in a different building called the Club House. Which I was given a code to enter the Club House in the same email as the passcode for the place we rented. I had called repeatedly and left my information for the property owners to give me a call back but never did. I only stayed for 2 days and was very disappointed that I didn’t not get to experience everything that was offered to me.

This was a very relaxing getaway. After a year of not going anywhere this was such a great change. Covid canceled our usual Frisco BBQ but the towns and resaurants were open and in full capacity. We were disappointed the clubhouse wasn't open yet, but the management company tried to get us access. When unable offered us a day at the rec center in Silverthorn. Just would have been nice to know ahead of time. The in house hot tub was a nice replacement and was well used. Plenty of room for a large group and great large screen tv for baseball and hockey playoff viewing. Propane tank ran out on our first day we grilled, finished cooking inside, but management brought us a tank the next day, on a Sunday, fathers day. Overall a great retreat and would book again.

It was clean me and my family loved the house we we stayed it was such a good house a lot of kitchen utensils.

Very disappointing! Unfortunately we had a few major issues with this house which impacted our stay. On arrival at the house well after suggested check in time, we discovered it hadn't been cleaned. A person from the property company PMI Summit Colorado (we booked with VRBO but this was the localized management company) did come and verify this and it subsequently was cleaned, but nobody told us when it was oK to go back in and we had to spend several hours hanging out before returning there. There was also a leak in the indoor hot tub and despite various assurances that this was taken care of, nobody got back to us and the leak was not fixed. This is a big town house with plenty of space for our 2 family group with teens, great views of the slope and a good base for getting to Keystone village (3/4 mile) and exploring the area, but it is definitely in need of updating and the string of issues and lack of communication from the property company impacted our stay. Beware if you're using this company in future or reserving this house! (https://www.summitcoloradovacationmanagement.com/)

Convenient Location, Very Clean!
Pluses: So convenient to Keystone village/slopes w/great eating and shopping! Just across roadway. Very clean! Thought of everything: 3 child gates (which are necessary for families w/small children, due to 4 levels w/stairs)! Card table & chairs (in addition to large dining table), games, TV, Huge carpeted garage, private hot tub for 4-5 adults (downstairs w/lock outside door to protect kids from having access), extra towels in all 4 bathrooms, & nice travel-size toiletry items. Masks and hand sanitizer were thoughtful additions (during pandemic).
Minuses: The hot water went out during our stay, and we were unable to fix it despite owner giving instructions via phone; however, we were given a sizable credit w/o asking for one! (Good thing it was summertime!); 2 beds upstairs had terrible mattresses that were sunken in the middle & squeak with every move! & need to be replaced; pillows were not great; interior was somewhat outdated (this feedback was from two of 8 family members); emails were received from two different senders (VRBO & Book By Owner) so at times it was difficult to locate instructions re: check-in and check-out. Suggestion: Emails should go thru VRBO or VRBO app to easily access instructions.

Possible inclusions
Our overall impression of this property was very well received. It would have been nice if there would have been firewood available and humidifiers in each bedroom.

Good property for a big group
good property for our group of 4 families (9 adults/1 child). Great balance of common areas and privacy with the 4+ bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc.... The Clubhouse with pool, hot tub and racquet ball was a bonus.
Walk to the slopes was too inconvenient/long for us. We preferred using the free and pay parking lots.
Place seemed a bit worn down. Could use some updating. Carpet needs to be replaced.
4.2
The property was just as advertised
Very good experience. We did run out of hot water a couple of times but with 12 people that is understandable.
4.2
Enjoyable Christmas in Keystone
The property was comfortable, well equipped, and roomy for our family of 10. The location was good...not within walking distance of slopes, but an easy 5 minute drive to the parking lots.
We were pleased to find that the children's room with the bunk beds was upstairs with two other bedrooms and not in the basement as pictured on the website.
The only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom could use replacing.
Overall, a wonderful stay!

Beautiful
Great property with beautiful views. Was about 10min walk to the mountain and 3 min drive.

Comfortable Space for everyone - like an old pair of jeans
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was as advertised with Lots of space for everyone. It was well stocked - we arrived late due to a snowstorm and didn’t have time to see what was there before shopping so we bought some extra things - there was laundry detergent, dish detergent, some spices in the kitchen, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed including just about every game you can think of.. The kitchen had all that we needed to cook whatever we desired. The family room is big and comfortable and the dining table is very large to accommodate everyone along with the kitchen bar area with three extra bar stools. The unit is starting to show it’s age - but for our family - it fit like our favorite old pair of jeans and was perfect. The in unit sauna and hot tub were great for the end of the day skiing muscle aches and we highly recommend it for families looking to focus on skiing and family fun. We would consider staying here again if we travel with a large group.
4.2
Important fix
Constant issues with the hot water/boiler caused this stay to be an overall bad experience... Kind of important to be able to take a warm shower. All else was good.

Fathers Day weekend
We had all ages from 7 to 61 up at the place the views were excellent the house was clean and open so you did not feel like you were on top of everyone. We enjoyed board games at the large dining room table and just spending time without the need for a cell phone, just a very inviting house. The Rec Center in the same parking lot as the house was a Huge hit with all ages very well maintained with every activity you can imagine including a pool and hot tub.
4.2
Great location and amenities
Overall we had a great visit. Wonderful location across from River Run and great views of the ski mountain. Amenities were nice as advertised (hot tub, sauna and steam shower in condo, games, washer and dryer, and wonderful pool and Rec center directly across from the condo). The condo needs a little updating (cooking pans, fix lightbulbs, beds weren’t the most comfortable). Overall it was a great spot to meet over the holidays with our entire family.
4.2
We love the home. It was spacious and clean. The electric griddle was a nice treat.
We would recommend this location.

Great for a big group!
This is a great condo for a large group! We had 4 couples, 2 of which had 3 small kids, and everyone had plenty of room to hang out and play. The gondola is a quick drive across the street. Save yourself some effort and pay the $30 to park in the gondola lot and check your skis right there. Overall we loved this place and will be back! Watch out for the floor heater in the kitchen, 4 of us sliced our toes on it, mgmt should put a sign on it. Hot tub and sauna were great and club house was fun too!

Great place. Plenty of room. Good location

fun family time
We had a wonderful time in the mountains at Keystone with the whole family. Lots of space to be together and have private time as well. Great bedrooms and loved the hot tub/sauna. Though the heater had broken on the pool, we went in almost every day and the grandkids loved it (had the pool to ourselves every time). The clubhouse had a lot to do besides swim, but we were busy sightseeing to often to use it. Lots of great restaurants and things to do nearby as well. Summer in Colorado is as good as winter I think. Caution, keep hydrated and watch what you do, the thin air kicked our butts.
4.2
Very nice. Plenty of room for a big group.
The property was spacious and well equipped for the 3 families. Plenty of space! We enjoyed our time there. The pool heater was broke so the water was pretty cold and that was a bummer as we expected the kids would swim a lot more while we were there. The house overall was clean, although the carpets were pretty dirty, mainly by the kitchen and dining area. The walls also could use fresh paint help with a cleaner appearance.
