About this apartment rental
Newly remodeled 1 bedroom apartment (sleeps 4) in a great, centrally located neighborhood. We are on 'The Hill', our city's historic Italian neighborhood, which means you can walk to great restaurants and neighborhood bars, or cook your own fabulous recipes in the fully stocked kitchen and stainless steel appliances.
Near Forest Park, Barnes/Jewish/Children's Hospitals, WashU & downtown. We are also close to the Botanical Gardens, our amazing zoo (which is FREE!!), Busch Stadium, the historic Soulard area, and many new microbrew houses. We are on 'The Hill', our city's historic Italian neighborhood, which means you can walk to great restaurants and neighborhood bars, or cook your own fabulous recipes in the fully stocked kitchen and stainless steel appliances.
This is a lovely apartment with a private bedroom w/ queen bed, plus a comfy queen futon in the living room! A beautifully tiled shower & double sink vanity in the bathroom. There is a great front porch to hang out on. Our TV has local channels and a Chromecast for your Netflix or other streaming accounts. There is wifi & easy keypad access to your apartment. We are also situated next to a park with tennis courts, playground, soccer and softball fields.

This was our 4th stay in the apartment. It is perfect for my husband and I. Everything we need is in the apartment, the bed is comfortable, the place is clean and theres a private outdoor space. All that and its located in a friendly neighborhood close to many St. Louis attractions. We booked our next stay on our way home today.

We were super excited to stay in the Hill area and explore. Went down to the arch, botanical gardens and Union station area. So fun! Neighborhood, place was great. Street parking was close and felt safe. We experienced a power outage for half of our stay due to a storm. They provided one small flashlight and didn’t really check in with us. While we understand this was not the owners fault, we asked for a discount as our stay was disrupted not being able to make dinner or use the fridge for milk for our infant daughter. We received no response from the owner.

Comfortable apartment with character in a great neighborhood
On The Hill near Sublette Park, fantastic location. Exposed brick walls give the apartment plenty of character. It's well-equipped with a small but complete kitchen. The owners have taken great pains to document everything you need to know about the place, and response to messages was quick and thorough. This is everything I want in a travel rental, and I recommend it highly!

Perfect
Steve & Terry's place was immaculate. I can't walk barefoot at my own house but you can here. Their additional touches, like labels on light switches & plenty of signs made it easy to find everything. I loved the informational booklet that they place on the kitchen island was a perfect added touch. 100% recommend staying here.

This was as it is presented 100%. Clean, cozy and perfect for our stay. Great neighborhood with food/drink options aplenty. Parking right out the door, private entrance and quiet. Again, perfect IMO.

However, after the initial confirmation, I did not recall getting any additional check in information. It may have well gone into my work SPAM. However, when I contacted the property the day of check in about the 'contactless' check in, we received a very sharp reply scolding us for not read our instructions sent. After an apologetic response, the property owner sent several emails saying that 'maybe I should even stay there if I couldn't read my previous emails'! Finally, they sent me the pass code to get in. I thought this was a bit escentric and received several additional emails questioning us and scolding us for not being better prepared and informed. Very Strange!!!!!

Great Place in a Great Area
This was my favorite stay I’ve ever had. Everything we came to do was within 10-15 minutes away with easy access to highways. This property was also super clean. I would absolutely stay here again.
