Please be advised that the playground area is currently closed. A new playground is scheduled to be installed and renovation work will take place November 18, 2024 for two weeks. Come enjoy watching your kids splash around in the sparkling pool from your own private patio. This property offers guests the enjoyment of being poolside but also the privacy of being an end unit. Another benefit of being in the end unit is you have got the shortest walk to your two reserved parking spots. Inside you will found the well-equipped kitchen opens to the breakfast bar, dining and living areas which is great for entertaining larger parties. Moving past the kitchen you will find the laundry room, guest bathroom and then the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom comes with a mounted flat screen TV, queen size bed and twin bunks. Next is the master bedroom with a flat screen TV, king size bed and its own private bathroom. 2 additional guests can sleep on the queen size sleeper sofa as well.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.

There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. I have nothing bad to say about this place! Located right in front of the pool and very close to the beach. This Airbnb has everything you need in the kitchen and was very clean. My husband and I have 6 kids and a dog. There was plenty of space for all of us. Thank you!

This was a pretty nice place! Overall not a single complaint about the property at Ll! I also think the walls are pretty thick. Some people were hanging out at fhe pool and we couldn't hear a thing inside. Location is super close to the beach and it was just overall great!

Love this unit. It's our second time staying there. Plenty of space, plenty of bedding and towels. Kitchen is well equipped. We did have some sugar ants join us at one point but we made sure to place anything that would attract them in the fridge. Love being near the pool and the beach.

I absolutely love Village by the Beach condos. The locations and proximity to the beach and the clean and spacious pool, just perfect!
We did have one small issue this time, where the security guard came around 9:30 pm to the pool area when several other families and we were enjoying the opportunity to enjoy the pool without all the heat. He told everyone they had to be put by 10pm. Having had to resign my agreement:contract, I had read over all the rules, etc. The one in question here was that the pool was supposed to be open 10-10 Monday - Friday but Saturday & Sunday until 11. I spoke to the security guard and explained and he was very dismissive and said "I have to go by the sign". So, it was a bit disappointing and a bit bothersome that we are signing an agreement and although guests must adhere to the agreement, the condo/rental agency does not.
Hopefully that will be resolved and sign updated, to avoid others being inconvenienced. Overall, this is still our condo of choice when visiting Corpus Christi.

We stayed in i910k which was super close to the large pool. I loved that we did not have to climb stairs to get to the bedroom and keep small children safe. Only problem we had was not able to get the TV to work in the living room. Condo was very clean, cool, and the bed was very comfy. Music on Friday nite from the pool was too loud and they didn’t honor the 10 pm quiet time so anyone with elderly or small children may have hard time sleeping till the music stopped. Overall we love village by the beach.

Beautiful property and well kept. The couches and stools for dining were ok in appearance but not comfortable. Nice washer/dryer, appliances and porch furniture. The bed in the master bedroom was the worst we have ever slept on and you could hear it cracking and breaking, etc.when my husband got up, turned over. You could hear it throughout the condo. The pool area is wonderful, parking is close to beaches and golf cart rentals are in abundance. Loved it in spite of the furnishings.

We came down for an end of summer weekend with two parents and 5 teenage girls. The condo had plenty of space, was clean and modern. The pool sat in the middle of all of the units and was spacious as well. Short, walkable distance to the beach via two different ways. Would highly recommend!

This property is well maintained. This was our third stay at Village by the Beach. Every time the unit is spotless. 910 has great beds and bedding. The location is wonderful and close to beach. The pools are wonderful for all ages from littles to grandparents. This unit's kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. We had a great stay. The pool was great and we were close to the beach. The space was well appointed with everything we needed. One thing to note is that while the space looks clean, under furniture is definitely neglected. This is not something I would normally notice, but my kid’s pacifier fell under the couch. It looked like cleaning has not happened under the couch in a very long time.
