Booked it for the view and it did not disappoint. Great location, convenient parking, very easy access to the beach. This was an anniversary getaway and we had an amazing time. Would consider this a great place for a couple or a family with young kids as you do have to share the shower area. Also please note that the pool is literally right next to your balcony which was not an issue for us but if you do sleep very early that could potentially be a bother. The apartment is also perfect for people with disabilities as it has modifications for wheelchairs and is close to the elevator. Would definitely stay again.

This space suited our needs nicely. Comfy beds, great shower. Pump noise & people in hot tub just below balcony were loud, pool area lights on all night illuminating bedroom. Owners kind and communicative:)

We always return to units hosted by Lisa. She is an excellent host and easy to get ahold of. Her property manager was also very friendly and communicated promptly. Unit was recently renovated and everything was in great condition.

I have been renting from Lisa for many years. She is great to work with and I know if I have an issue she gets it fixed right away. I’ve looked at other places to stay I keep coming back her. You won’t be disappointed if you rent from Lisa.

Amazing unit with an unbelievable view. Easy check in and out. Owner and property manager are attentive to the needs of their customers. So happy with the full experience of renting this unit, will be back next year as well. I highly recommend renting this for any type of vacation.

Property was nice. The facility was a bit crowded and not what we are used too. Overall ok experience but likely will not return to this facility. Last night there was not a good experience. Very load music playing in pool area late at night and not an atmosphere for younger children.

Property was easy to find. Beach access and ocean view were wonderful. Condo was clean and exactly as described. The only complaint I have is the sofa bed. It is all springs and not comfortable. We would love to rebook for another visit very soon, once that is replaced.

Great location. Unit was very clean. Chad was great in helping us get in and out, and meeting our needs. The pool area can be a little noisy, however. One suggestion: get a floor mat for inside the front door to collect any sand that adhered to feet/shoes.

This was the perfect place for our girls’ getaway. The condo, view of the Gulf, pool, cafe, and bar were absolutely wonderful. We also enjoyed time on the balcony! We plan to return every year!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We came in February with our 2 and 4 year old, the unit was perfect for a family , supplying everything you would need without having to ever leave the property, even beach toys! There unit was very clean and exactly as listed. The views from your private balcony are stunning, and the close proximity to the pool is perfect for the kids. The owner and property manager are extremely helpful and accommodating, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect beach vacation.

Very spacious and convenient for a family of 4! The beach was easily accessible and even a large grocery store was not too far of a walk. The view of the beach from the balcony was also beautiful. I would 100% recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice family vacation.

Group of friends get together for a day. Worked with Lisa to get several units near each other. Everything was perfect from check-in with the keyless locks to the full kitchen where we prepared a "gourmet" meal. Condo was nicely updated, clean and spacious. The beachfront balcony gave post card views of the Sunset.

Beautiful property with ocean and pool views. Stay was great, had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend stay. Communication was easy with hosts. Will definitely book in the future.

The condo wasn't bad but is a bit dated for the price. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets and dirty knives in the knife holder. For a week stay we were only given two kitchen garbage bags which wasn't sufficient. Plenty of towels were provided. The beds were comfortable. The shower head needs to be pointed to the rear of the shower to avoid getting the floor wet. We also arrived to find a dirty shower rug, but a quick run through the washing machine did the trick. The location in the building is very nice, close to pool and beach front. Can be a bit noisy though for those who prefer to turn-in early. Pool closes at 10pm and everything quiets down after pool closes. We had a nice stay. Our daughter and her family stayed in another unit one floor above us.

The property was as advertised and the location was great. Could walk to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Close to the beach and the pool. Easy check-in and out. Would recommend

My mom, sister and myself did a 5 day girls trip and this was everything we needed! The condo is simple and clean. It wasn’t anything fancy and the basic household amenities were minimal (no spices/extra toilet paper/paper towel/cleaning supplies/dishwasher pods), but the condo has other perks. The view from the living area and balcony was amazing. The pool and bar and location to the beach was incredible, and the location on the Treasure Island strip was perfect. We were walking distance or a short drive from all the best food spots/bars/restaurants. It was definitely a trip to remember and I can’t wait to come back! The staff at the condo was also super nice and respectful and made our stay even better!

Beach is wonderful but condo needs attention. No number at door indicating condo unit. Living room furniture is worn, uncomfortable and should be replaced. Entire condo needs deep cleaning, especially carpet and tile floor.

We have been staying here for over 5 years during our children and grandchildrens Fall Break. We keep coming back every year because the communication with Lisa is fantastic. The place is always clean and access to the pool and beach are great.
Thanks,
Nancy

Lisa and Matt were both fantastic! I checked in on the Saturday before hurricane Ian hit, soo only stayed 2 nights of a weeks booking.
Because the hotel was under mandatory evacuation, Lisa informed me that she was refunding 5nifhts stay. That was totally unexpected! She also left messages toake sure I knew what to do . They made a scary situation alot better
I stayed in 307W , beautiful view, nice clean rooms, a little on the small size, but plenty of everything for me., And enough space for 3 or 4 people. We will be back when it's not hurricane season!

Condo was great. Location and view were amazing. No complaints. We will be back!

Sure it may need a little up dating but it was everything we need for what we paid. You have the convenience of being next to the stairs, parking right there and front view of the gulf. It does over look the pool but that didnt bother us one bit. The building management was awesome and responds immediately too. The onsite cafe and bar is a perk. Easy to get to Johns pass if you want to walk 10-15 minutes too. Check out at 10 was a little rough though. We will be back.

The condo was absolutely amazing! Would recommend to any family. My family had a wonderful time for the week. We would rent again. We didn't have any issues with anything. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing with some wonderful sunsets. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. It was nice to have a bar and Cafe on sight also. Thanks for everything we have alot of great memories from this vacation.

We had a nice time as always in Treasure Island.
The condo was perfect!

Good property, great pool and beach access. Close to many restaurants. This is a 1-1/2 bath. The two rooms are connected by the bathroom. Good kitchen and balcony overlooks pool and perfect for sunset views. Couch and chair are not comfortable and are dirty. Good bed and linens.
3.0
Verdict: I've happily stayed at worse places, but only because they were way cheaper than this; views, activities, beach, and pools/hot tubs don't quite make up for feeling ripped off.
The Good:
The beach is amazing; the condo’s pools, hot tubs, kiddie pool, and pool deck all contribute to a good time; there’s dining, shopping, and activities, very close-by; the beds are comfortable; the AC works great; the living room TV is good-sized and has smart streaming capabilities (the TVs in the bedrooms aren’t much, but that’s not really a deal-breaker in my book); there’s no lack of hot water for showers; there’s a well-stocked closet in the unit with basically everything you would want for playing on the beach or at the pool (float stuff, balls, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc); the wifi is fast (when it works); and the unit has a great view of the pool, Gulf, and sunsets.
The Bad:
The condo is definitely showing its age, it isn’t particularly well-maintained or cleaned, and the owner uses an off-site property manager which means you'll be left in limbo if you need anything addressed (and you probably will, judging by our experience).
Details:
The cleaners were still in the unit when we arrived (we weren't early), and when they left 15-20 minutes later, we found dirt, dust, cup rings, dried soap and visible hair ball in the bathroom, dirty bowls/plates in the cupboards, blender base covered in stains/food (blender jar leaks, as I found out later), and dried food and hair/filth on the mattress cover when we opened the pull-out couch.
Since the owner doesn't use the on-site property management, we had to contact her off-site property manager about the cleaning and the wifi not working, spending more time texting about things the first couple days than feels vacation-y.
The cleaners didn't come back until the next day (still didn't do a very good job), and the off-site property manager wasn't available to address the wifi for a day and a half. A bit of luck, though, it came back the next afternoon and was mostly stable the rest of the trip.
Maintenance issues we ran into: the condo room number has been ripped off the wall outside, the doorbell doesn't work, the washer or dryer left black marks on our white clothes, half of the slots in the toaster don't work, and the blender jar leaks.
2.5 stars - meh
