We felt right at home at this well appointed property in Granby Ranch. The neighborhood has wide open spaces between homes and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. It was not far to the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. It was also close to peaceful paddle boarding on Monarch Lake and the cute town of Granby.

beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed the hot tub and worked hard at being respectful of the rules. We also really felt blessed to have access to a 2 car garage in the middle of all the snow! Thank you also for plowing the driveway for us before we arrived! Also thank you for calling us early so we could check in when we arrived at 2:30pm. We had a wonderful time!

Overall area is great however the house was a bit dirty the owners expect you to make the beds they leave beds undone this is terrible. Hot tub is old worn out filter floating water dirty. Kitchen was dirty microwave dirty inside cabinet doors never been cleaned full of old grease. None of the tv worked.

We are so glad we decided to rent this house for our week of skiing at Granby Ranch! It was super close to the ski hill and had so much space for our family of four to spread out for some quiet time when we returned. But the space was also fantastic for gathering together for meals, games, and movies.
The private hot tub was the highlight for us! We're used to fighting for spots in common hot tubs at bigger resorts after a long day of skiing, and to have it all to ourselves was such a luxury!
Having a washer and dryer was amazing too, we had fresh, clean ski gear every day.
The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, and most spices and general cooking needs are available. There are also a ton of pots/pans options.
We simply can't wait to come back next year and do it all over again!

The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and in a great location!

We all had an amazing time. The ski resort was a mile up the road. The views were absolutely stunning from the house. Everything was better than described. All the locals were very friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait for our next trip back!! Thank you for hosting us at your beautiful home!

Nice place to stay for a group of six women to enjoy a long weekend of snow related activities. Centrally located so we had easy access to Grand Lake, RMNP and Winter Park. The house was smaller than appears in listings but was still comfortable enough for us. Could use a good dusting but otherwise clean. Comfortable beds and furniture. Could really use some towel hooks in bathrooms rather than cutesy bear pictures. Hot tub was lovely. Overall a nice place to stay for a long weekend and would definitely consider staying again.

Our ski trip went really well overall. We picked the house primarily because dogs are allowed which is fantastic. So appreciate any properties that allow dogs. The hot tub worked great and had nice views. The 2 car garage was fantastic because we arrived during a storm.

Nice place, great views, especially in the afternoon from the hot tub

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas. We all thought the property was even nicer in person than in the photos. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed using the hot tub. The property was conveniently located for skiing and also very close to the supermarket. The only issue we had was that the thermostat kept turning itself down to 55 every few hours - could have been user error on our part! We would definitely stay again!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We love the close proximity to Granby skiing, the hot tub and garage parking.

It was great

This house was great. Everything was well kept and super clean. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Kitchen had necessities, and store was just 5 min drive away so we were able to cook dinner every evening. Drive into town just 7 minutes or so- great coffee shops and all the necessities very nearby. We had a great time enjoying the hot tub and sleeping with the windows open, neighborhood was very quiet. Would love to return here again when we return to the area.

We had a great trip to Granby. This house was perfect for our guys’ golf weekend. The hot tub was the perfect way to end our day and the views were amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location to RMNP and friends in Grand Lake.Has a gas station and grocery store less then 5 min. away. Hot tub is always fun. House was very relaxing. We so appriciate being able to bring our dogs. Sharon was very friendly and we would stay again.

Home was clean and well maintained, and offered many extras, especially a variety of cookware for making meals there. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Within driving distance of fishing, boating, hiking and shopping. We enjoyed a quiet vacation here.

We had a wonderful time in Granby and Grand Lake. Wow, summertime there was awesome. The property was absolutely amazing. Everything was very clean and up to date. Our group consisted of 4 adults and two large dogs and we had plenty of room. I loved that this property offered us a rebate on the cleaning fee. This allowed us to vacation and celebrate our daughters college graduation while on a tight budget. The views of the valley were fantastic and beautiful. The neighborhood offered some great early morning and evening walks. We will definitely be returning to the area. Thank you for a wonderful opportunity and for sharing your home with so many travelers.

Sharon was a fantastic owner, had a book with all of the instructions and all of the necessary details. Property is in a perfect location near a grocery store, but with great mountain views. Highly recommend!

Great location, near lake granby and grand lake. Nice house, hot tub was out of service which was disappointing since that was one of the main reason's we choose this house. Communication was ok but could have been better.

Is a very nice property!

We stayed here for a laid back weekend in the mountains to celebrate an engagement, and it was exactly what we needed! It was clean, spacious, and the hot tub was an awesome amenity. Only a 20 min drive to get to Winterpark ski resort and very close to restaurants/breweries/stores. Overall, a great experience!!

The home was big and had great amenities.

It was a beautiful house w everything you would need. Beautiful view and very cLose to granby ranch skiing. convenient grocery store right down the road If you’re doing your own cleaning be prepared to stay awhile drying sheets and towels - dryer is pretty slow.

Well kept house with good decor. Felt homey and inviting. Hot tub was great and big kitchen dining area.

This property was perfect for our stay! The house was welcoming and clean. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 1 kid although it definitely has the capacity to fit at least a few more people. It had all of the amenities plus some including enough things to bake while the family was at Winter Park snowboarding (about 30 minutes away)! Not to mention the hot tub! It was amazing!! Such a great perk for sore muscles and relaxation.
Sharon was very responsive during the booking process. The property was so well equipped and taken care of that we didn’t need to contact her at all during the stay! This is definitely a place we would like to stay at again. Highly recommended!

Awesome place, great location, wonderful hosts. We hope to go there again next year.

We had a great time in Granby. It’s a wonderful spot for a family vacation. The home was as described and had a good amount of space for our two families to stay. The hot tub is big and worked great! Unfortunately, the beds were quite uncomfortable and although the owner was very upfront in emails a few weeks prior to arrival, the check out requests are lengthier than most. Just plan to allow some extra time before departure.

My family had a fabulous time. The home met our needs - very warm and welcoming. Great location - really appreciate the road maintenance service. The house had everything we needed!
4.8
Great house for family outside of Granby Ranch. Hiking trails just up the hill. In-between Winter Park and Grand Lake. We needed a house for dogs. This house was great for them. Hot tub was a plus for the teens.

We wanted a quiet place for a weekend in Grand Lake. We found this place nearby in Granby and were very pleased. The house is nicely furnished, the kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was very nice. Would recommend.

Very beautiful house and property that is very well maintained.

We had a wonderful week in Granby. We did lots of beautiful hikes and also had very nice downtime with our adult children. The rental home was very well accomodated with comfortable beds and everything we needed to make our time here feel like home away home. We will stay here again next time we are in the area.
4.8
The house was as described. We were very happy with the layout and convent location. Very comfortable for our family with two dogs. The only disappointments were no closet in the master bedroom (it was locked) and the mattresses in the master and upstairs bedroom weren't very comfortable.
