This large & grand property is impressively situated on 5 Acres with expansive cleared yard areas all just 2km from the coastal township of Agnes Water home of one of the best beaches in Queensland & 6km to 1770 boat ramp & marina.
An Ideal property for extended families wanting a level of privacy whilst catering for large families or perhaps that planned fishing trip away - this acreage property can cater for a number of large boats to p &/or cars to park with expansive flat open spaces.
Boats: Due to the property being on tank water - Please understand: The cleaning of boats with tank water is prohibited (charges will apply) This is to ensure guests do not run out of water
There's a boat washing facility located across the road at the boat storage.
