Quintessential Hamptons home in a private beach community. Spacious 4 to 5 bedroom home just a short walk to a private beach on Gardiners Bay, with spectacular sunsets and private marina. Light, bright and airy, this home features 4 bedrooms with extra large master bedroom and en-suite bath. Family room can be used as a 5th bedroom or playroom. Includes 3 full bathrooms, large living room with 10’ ceilings and wood burning fireplace. Dining area has seating for 8 - 10 adults with sliding glass doors to outdoor deck, perfect of entertaining. Open concept kitchen with all top of the line dish-ware, utensils and appliances. Kitchen overlooks a large backyard with large windows and a washer/dryer on the first floor.
Property is beautiful landscaped, fully fenced with large pool (Seasonal), spa hot tub open all year, outdoor shower and additional pool fence. Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed the house— very well set up and especially loved how child friendly it was with the pirate ship, trampoline, and games inside. The house was very comfortable overall with plenty of room for a family. I would recommend this property and would rent it again!

This is a lovely house with plenty of space, well appointed, high ceilings, etc. The back yard is great for spending all day by the pool, grilling, and kids playing. The neighborhood is typical Springs - quiet and serene. The house is easy walking distance to a small private beach on Gardiner's bay. The host is very responsive. Overall we had a great stay.

House and property as shown in the listing. Great house, open floor plan with plenty of space. Gated pool at the back of the lot so kids can safely play in the yard on the pirate ship and trampoline. Nice neighborhood beach an easy walk away. Would stay again.

Property is well kept and clean, pool and hot tub were both in well working condition! Plenty of entertainment for the kids and appreciated the plentiful dishware and cooking utensils for big family meals. Owner of the home was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Only call out is I wish the shipyard playground in the backyard was better maintained. The slide covered in spiderwebs and needed to be cleaned.

The house was great - just as listed and very comfortable / kid friendly. There wasn't a whole lot to do in the area over the holidays but we enjoyed the house, trampoline and jungle gym.

Spent a long early-fall weekend at this property in East Hampton with my husband, mother, and 2 year-old daughter, and we couldn’t have been happier with our visit. It downpoured almost the whole time, so we unfortunately couldn’t enjoy all the backyard and nearby beach had to offer, but we were comfortable and very well-entertained while spending our time inside this lovely home. Photos and description are very accurate representations. Host is courteous, accessible, and responsive. Absolutely on our list of places to revisit when we are able to get away again. Highly recommend!

Overall the stay was excellent. Our kids enjoyed their own rooms, and spent hours in the pool. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, walking distance to the beach made it even more inviting. I would ask for their to be more hot water available. After the 1st person (who does get warm water), it's a trickle effect where you barely get even lukewarm water. All things considered, a really good time and a place we would spend time in again for sure. Thank you

The house was fantastic for myself, my husband and our almost three year old boy. He had a great time on the trampoline, on the playscape, and having his own space in the playroom. The inside of the house was minimal, clean, beautiful. The outside has all you need with a hot tub and great pool area. The owners were extremely responsive and the location was in a lovely and private neighborhood, 5 mins from the beach. My biggest suggestion is to bring water shoes as the beach is a bit rocky close to the water.

The house and accomodations live up to the expectations the pictured set and is clean. The pool and backyard are amazing, the surrounding area is a quiet escape from the hampton towns. At night you can watch beautiful sunsets on the beach which is in walking distance. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions. We would definitely recommend this place!

This was a perfect place for a short family trip. It lacked nothing!!! The house was lovely and it was equipped with up to date top of the line appliances. We enjoyed walking to the nearby private beach and going out for dinner at the many restaurants a short ride away. Our kids enjoyed the trampoline and we all enjoyed the deck and pool. We would definitely go back again!

5 stars all around! We enjoyed our family vacation with our 3 little ones and both sets of grandparents. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, well stocked and perfectly located. You’re close to anything you should need in town, great restaurants and shopping but with all of the outdoor amenities at home and the walkable beach, you never need to leave! We can’t wait to visit again soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay and being a fantastic host.

It’s a perfect place for a family. The house is beautiful and cared for. It has everything you could need for a family and everything is thoughtfully set up and with great tate. Michael was a pleasure to deal with, always polite and responsible. The pool is amazing and the nearby beach is a wonder at sunset. We hope we can come back soon! We had an amazing stay at Mike's house. We have 2 children (1, 3) and they had an absolute blast. The property had everything to keep them and us entertained! The playroom was great, the pool, the trampoline. Would love to come back!

Mike’s house was an incredible experience for our family of 4 and our friends (family of 5). We had more than enough room to enjoy the week relaxing in the massive yard, cooking and walking to the bay for the beach. Mike’s house is the perfect setup for young children. We had a wonderful trip with our three little kids. They loved the trampoline, hot tub and playset. It was so nice having a playroom away from home as well. The host was easy to communicate with and the property was clean and as advertised.

My family and I stayed at Mike's house last week and had an incredible time! I have 4 young kids- twins ages 5.5 and almost 2, and the house had tons of toys to keep them occupied. The flow of the first floor was perfect because we were able to have the kids play in the playroom while cooking/doing laundry. Mike was incredibly responsive and helpful. My kids keep asking when we can go back to "Mike's house!" We can't wait to return!

House was ok but seemed rather worn. Had everything needed to host a crowd with a young children. The host was very responsive. The pool was fine, yet the general landscaping left something to be desired. The hot tub ok but the hot tub cover was very old and water logged which made it difficult to maneuver. Main issue is the deck was nasty and in a state of disrepair/borderline safety issue which really took away from the outdoor space. Also there didn’t seem to be enough towels for the crowd we had and the ones provided were a bleach stained and very low quality. The yard had a google nest which made it seem like we were always being watched/listened to. There was access to a beach but it’s a bay beach….too rocky, so we spent most days at the Atlantic beaches. The Neighborhood was quiet, maybe too quiet. Springs in general is a bit meh. Feels more like CT than Long Island. Wouldn’t rent again.
