About this house rental

Vacation in Aruba in our chic private villa which is a perfect combination of modern elegance, comfort and privacy. It is conveniently located only a few minutes away from Eagle Beach, voted again by Tripadvisor in 2019 has the 3rd most beautiful beach in the world ! The villa is well located close to Aruba's fabulous restaurants, grocery stores and the low rise hotels. Our well appointed villa (3100 sq. ft) is fully air conditioned and features spacious living and dining rooms, a modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 king and 2 queen size beds) with 3 en suite bathrooms with hot water (featuring a jacuzzi bath tub in the master bath) an additional half bathroom and a laundry room. Our home has been renovated and completely redecorated recently. The style is European modern with white leather furniture, stainless steel appliances and includes all amenities. The backyard features a large in-ground pool, BBQ, and spacious eating and lounging area which is perfect for entertaining or relaxing under the stars. The villa sleeps 8 people comfortably, with 3 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in a private apartment attached to the house with its own bathroom and a separate entrance.

Outdoor living: Aruba's famous turquoise water and soft sand beaches are close by. Other popular activities include snorkeling, windsurfing, kite surfing, sailing and deep sea fishing. Rent a 4x4 and spend the day exploring the untouched beaches and natural pool in the Arikok national park. The choice is yours!

Maison très confortable et spacieuse. Cuisine extrêmement bien équipée...il n’y a pas de four mais avec le BBQ c’est parfait. Denis a répondu rapidement à toutes nos interrogations.

This home is beautiful and amazing!! Our group of 7 enjoyed the spacious home for a week. Denis is a Great Host! He was easy to reach and quick to respond. The location is great, we were able to walk to the Renaissance Mall. The neighbors were very friendly. The home included Beach chairs and a Cooler with ice packs which was Perfect for the Beach! Also there were plenty of beach towels and the pool was really warm. I would definitely recommend this Home to others.

Great VRBO! The kitchen is very nice, bedrooms are roomy. Pool is awesome! Owner offered to let us stay an extra night when our flight was cancelled, which could have been a lifesaver to not have to stay in the airport. Highly Recommend.

House was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The owner was very cooperative throughout the rental process and provided excellent instructions for orienting us to the property. My family had an incredible vacation and felt right at home. We look forward to revisiting Aruba and will definitely rent this house again.

This was our first trip to Aruba and first time using VRBO. Neither let us down... The pictures do the house justice; however, furniture is definitely worn. Bedroom off the kitchen did not have hot water for showers but we made do as outside temps helped keep lukewarm water. Enjoyed the pool every morning and evening... So wished they had an oven AND an iron for clothing but those are not deal breakers. Annie and Basil were the best! Note for newbies... You absolutely need GPS as the signage is terrible...

The house was exactly as we expected. The kids used the pool everyday, it was a quick drive to the beach, and the house was large with a great layout. Annie and Basil were great, available for any questions that came up and took care of anything that was needed. We will definitely seek out this same house on our next visit to Aruba!!

My overall experience with the property was good. I enjoyed the spacious villa, comfortable furniture and bedrooms, the privacy that the villa provided as well as the decor of how the villa was arranged. Unfortunately, the better qualities of the villa doesn't match up with the poor experience I'm currently facing with the managers of the property. Although they appeared friendly and somewhat accommodating; the end result was very disappointing with little to no chance of suggesting nor recommendation this villa space to anyone else. After restoring the villa space to its original condition with no damages, complaints, nor missing items - the landlord and property manager refused to return my security deposit; providing no proof or evidence as to why they decided to keep the deposit; completely tarnishing the relationship. With little to no assistance from Homeaway.com. Nice villa.

The house is gorgeous! Very clean. The lounge furniture in the picture wasn't all there. There was a table, some chairs, & two lounge chairs. There was issues with the hot water but we made do. Make sure you ASK for the water situation to be explained! House was perfect for 7 girls there for a bachelorette party!

Although this is not a beach property, but located in a residential neighborhood in Oranjestad - it was a great vacation home for the two of us and two other couples. The home is very spacious, clean and well decorated. There is a huge kitchen with all amenities. There is a stove top and microwave, but no oven for baking, but there is a gas grill outside so we were able to cook in several meals with no issues. The swimming pool in the back is the perfect size for a small group, where we spent time almost every day after returning from the beach, or other excursions. The home sleeps 8 and also offers a full size washer and dryer and clothes lines for hanging wet swimsuits and towels, etc. There are 2 full baths in the main house (attached to two of the bedrooms, and another full bath in the 4th bedroom that is accessed from a separate entrance than the main house. We did not use this area as it had a strange smell at the time of our visit. There is also a 1/2 bath in the main house. There is a secured garage where we kept our rental van, plenty of beach and lawn chairs, a nice patio table for outside meals and lots of seating room in the house for lounging or having meals, drinks, etc. Annie the housekeeper and Basil the house manager were very pleasant, met us at the prearranged times for key exchanges, etc. Really nice people. I would consider staying here again if I ever go back to Aruba, and I would recommend this home for anyone who is ok with having a non-beach resort experience, and who prefers more of a "home" atmosphere. Great experience!

Originally my husband and I rented this villa for a getaway for the cold winter in Wisconsin, and then at Christmas we found out my mother in law was terminally ill and brought the family to stay. It was spacious and comfortable for all of us. This villa was perfectly located in Aruba, close to the airport, shopping,dining and off road vehicle rentals. We explored all of Aruba by land and sea. We ate at some great restaurants, one favorite place was the Westdock. The villa was perfect for grandma to relax and be in a quiet outdoor without all the tourist. We did yoga every morning on the patio and were able to cool off after in the pool. The housekeepers were great, always there if we needed them by phone. I would love to bring some of my yoga students here for a retreat! Thanks for the wonderful stay!
