We enjoyed our time but were disappointed to find our unit so dated and worn.

The location was good as we could see the ocean from our balcony. We like the Island Club tennis so chose a unit in this resort to play tennis and pickle without a court fee.

The place was shabby. The bathroom has not been updated since the 80s. Our refrigerator door rack broke the first day and a bottle of wine fell on the floor and broke. Shag carpet - really?!! The carpet was dirty too.

Washer and dryer are always a plus when on vacation! Also, the Beach umbrella and chairs was really nice to have available.

Good

The facility maintenance man who repaired the broken lamp was prompt, friendly, and helpful with suggestions about local restaurants. The ocean water was warm. The cornhole game was fun. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The washer and dryer worked well.

The receptionist had a difficult time finding our reservation and then we were sent to the wrong room, so our key did not work. The unit had a broken lamp in the living room that we reported when we arrived. The bathroom showers have no seat, no grab bars, and the shower floor had no slip resistance.The dunes obscured our small oblique view of the distant ocean. The entire board and sand pathways to the beach were covered with swarming, biting ants. The pool was small and the water was cloudy and somewhat dirty. The hot tub was tepid, usually far below 100°F. Since only streaming services were available, the TV had no local broadcast channels and was very difficult to navigate for free content.

The location was excellent. Close to the beach.

The unit we rent was fairly dated in the bathrooms and the tub/showers were very slow draining. There was a slow leak underneath the washer unit and there were dirty dish towels left sitting in the washer when we arrived.

we had an absolute amazing time and will be back!

The room was so close to the beach and playground.

I would recommend assigning parking spaces for each room since only 1 vehicle is allowed per room. We had to park in different spaces each time.

Great location and view for the price.

Location was excellent, and the view was great! Very easy access to the beach at a close distance. Bikes were easy to rent (from one of the many rental companies on the island) and stow on the property in the bike racks. We had ours delivered and picked up. The location had plenty of space and everything we needed in the kitchen.

Fixtures need to be updated and the tub backed up a bit while showering.

check in was a hassle. instructions was through an app and was not clear. the room number was a guess. check in at 4pm like we were told, not before. found the main building and all of the envelopes with check in information was in an unlocked box with a lot of other customers info packets. no directions to our building. buildings are not identified clearly. security guard was of some assist. another guest was extremely helpful in helping direct us to the room and helping find a cart to take our items to the room. room was clean. shower door in one bathroom was coming off of the glides and we were afraid to use. thank goodness for 2 bathroom. the clothes dryer was pretty much useless. kept turning off. it would of be nice if there was more information about use of amenities on the property. very vague.

A great stay in a great unit. Very clean, great location and nice facilities! Would stay again!

Great unit in Atlantis (unit 3401) Unit was very clean, updated, large kitchen, nice bathrooms, nice ocean view, great porch with chairs and table to eat, drink and relax. TV's in every room.

Mattress in MasterBR was hard maybe old?

Outstanding!

The location was excellent! The condo was very comfortable and very nice! All staff members we met were very friendly and professional! I have already recommended this place to my friends and can't wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The only complaint I would have, in it is very small is that the patio door was hard to open and close

We did have a good time!

Blinds were broke in living room, Refrig. Leaked (but we think it was because drawers were not in properly and condensation built up under them and a puddle of water was left Underneath them and eventually spilled onto the floor) Parking-terrible!! But only over the Labor Day week-end!

Best place! Coming back next year!

Location! Location! Location! Without a doubt the best location. 15-20 minutes away from “the action” but with views of the beach AND the pool, we had everything we could ask for.
