About this apartment rental

This unit is on the river side of the gated community. The garage is below the living area, and the bedrooms and full baths are above the living area. There are 2 bedrooms, the Master with an adjustable King Bed, and the guest with an adjustable Queen bed. There are also 2 single sized hide-a-beds in the unit, that can be used in the bedrooms or in the living area. There is a large shower in the Master Bath, and a Tub/Shower combo in the 2nd full bathroom. The dining table has 4 chairs, and 4 bar stools are the same height at the counter, and can be used at the table for a larger seating area The unit is fully furnished with dishes, linens, and all of the amenities you might need. The home has been fully remodeled, including all new appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There are 4 chairs on the main balcony, and 4 chairs on the Master Balcony. ** Ring.com is used for surveillance in the shared garage, the doorbell at the unit, and the lower deck area **

everything was excellent except upon entering the condo we took our shoes off and went barefoot until we went to bed when my wife noticed our feet were just black from the dirty floors downstairs. We washed and wore socks or shoes from then on.

The property itself is an older building, but the home is beautifully renovated and clean. The owner was responsive and the property managers were pleasant and helpful, would definitely recommend.

The place was great! It's so nice when the pictures of the view/scenery shown on the listing site actually match the views seen once you're there. Too many times, we see pictures that make it seem that you'll have a great view, but once you arrive at the property that's not the case. The views of the river were wonderful and matched EXACTLY what was shown on the booking site! The whole place was lovingly decorated with a Beach/waterfront vibe. And the owner was very responsive during our stay. We'd love to go back!

So very well stocked. Everything from kitchen supplies to very comfortable bed. We were in town for an unexpected passing of a family member. Having this clean comfortable home was much needed and appreciated after spending much of our stay taking care the things we needed to while in Bullhead City. Room to spread out and relax. I almost booked the Holiday Inn so glad I came to my senses and found this gem.

If you want to stay on the river, this the perfect place. Close to restaurants and garage parking. The condo was spotless and very beautiful! We loved it. The neighbors were super friendly too!

Well stocked kitchen and linens. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. Furniture was comfortable also. Pool was a little crowded with regulars but they were very nice. Owner text right back when I contacted him.

Absolutely loved the condo! Had everything we needed and the location!!! However, I would check up on the cleaning company. Carpeted stairs leading up to bedrooms were obviously not vacuumed, bathroom floor had toenails by toilet, and floor in front of fridge very sticky! Not fault of the owner and would stay again! Hopefully cleaner next time!

Loved the view of the river and watching the birds with my morning coffee. Everything else was perfect. Beds were so comfortable, kitchen well stocked and an easy walk to starbucks. This unit is riverfront but also no one is above or beneath you. Host was delightful and responsive. Very friendly community at the pool & hot tub.

I can say one of theost comfortable places we've stayed. Cheryl, owner, is so incredibly responsive! We enjoyed a warm fire a couple of nights after long bowling tournament days. Everything was amazing. Master bedroom bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable! Hope to stay with this host for future bowling tournaments.

Very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Kitchen had a full assortment of pots, pans and dishes. Had a minor issue with the door code, but this was quickly resolved by the host. The place has a nice view of the river and it's only a short drive over to Laughlin. There's a grocery store close by too. Would stay here again.

I took my mother on a mini staycation to this adorable condo and was so happy with my choice. The views were breathtaking, the location was central to everything we needed and it was calm and peaceful. The neighbors were quiet, everyone was courteous and the condo was very clean. I would highly recommend this place for a single person, couple, or family. It had a welcoming feeling, and all the amenities any age group would require for downtime.

Place is very nice. Freshly remodeled. Has access to a dock and boat slips on the property itself. Best part is the view and being able to go out to ride and take breaks while enjoying the condo. Definitely will book again in the future.

Some unexpected issues occurred but the atmosphere was lovely. Issues I know couldn’t be the Norm it’s all about The unexpected at times. Has lovely glasses for any drink you could possibly want and the Decour is very uplifting :-)

Lots of stairs, if you travel heavy great workout. Place needed better cleaning, oven, microwave, toaster rusty. Overall nice decore . Main t.v. Hard to use, not use to streaming. Great sunsets. A couple nights tranquil atmosphere was disturbed by dog fights. Overall had a nice time.

Amazing Condo!

Amazing Condo!

This beautiful condo has all of the comforts of home and more. It is beautifully decorated, has a fully stocked kitchen and the washer/dry work extremely well. The view from the living room balcony is stunning and we loved just sitting out there every evening for cocktails. The beds are SO comfortable and although I saw an earlier review that said the guest bedroom was small I completely disagree. It was a nice size with a super comfortable queen sized bed and still lots of space in the room. The owner Cheryl is very nice and extremely responsive (I only needed her for issues I caused, not issues with the condo). One small thing is that it takes a while to get the hot water to the master bath shower but if you are patient you will be rewarded with a fantastic shower head and really good water pressure. We will stay in the condo as often as we can!
